Now, here are the Regulations to the powers, description, and others.

Powers -
ABSOLUTELY NO TRIPLE MOONBORN, LIGHTING BORN, OR ECLIPSE BORN POWERS. IF YOU FILL A FORM WITH ANY POWER FROM THAT I WILL DELETE YOUR COMMENT. I AM NOT JOKING. I am not picking favorites either.
The only thing is double Moonborn powers, because there is a chance that your dragon may or may not have any enhancements.

Colors -
Like stated in the first info chapter, absolutely no Red, brown, orange, Or White. Red is strictly forbidden as a scale color. (Will be explained soon) Can be punished by being thrown out of the Kingdom, or in some cases, execution.

Build/Traits besides color -
You canNOT NOT have any frills. That goes against being a Thunderwing. There has to be a head frill and ear frill, no exceptions. (Unless a hybrid, but those aren't allowed yet with Thunderwings.) However, the tail fan/frill is optional.

Now, if you want your own, please ask first before filling the form. I will most likely allow every one to make one, but there may be a chance I'll say no. (For whatever reason, there will probably be no no's lol)
The only way I'll probably say no is if you make like, 5 of them lol.
Please only make a maximum of 3 Thunderwings.
