Traits and Build
So, first off, Thunderwings are far descendents from Rainwings and Seawings, like Hivewings were from Nightwings and Silkwings!

Although they don't have powers like a Rain or Seawing, they hold some of the physical traits.

They have a frill that starts from about the middle of their head and ends about the middle of their neck.
They have a smaller frill behind what can be described as abnormally larger ears than most Tribes.
Their underbelly has overlapping, sharp scales that are bent triangle shaped.

Their horn shape can range from slightly curved to as straight as an arrow, but they are all pointing about midway. Not too high up or level with their head.
They usually have long, sharp claws, like that of a Rainwing, but they're just a bit thicker.
They have long, thin tails, thinner than a Rainwings, and they usually end in a fan like frill.
Their wings are large, with thicker "fingers" to help with flight control while in storms, and they have at least seven separate ones, for maximum control. There are some rare cases where they can have more, but no less.

Their build is on the broader and more muscular side.
Males can grow to be as large as a male adult Skywing, roughly about 17-18 feet tall (5.48 meters)
Females, as big as a female adult Skywing, when full grown.

Colors
Thunderwings can range from any color blue, grays, some greens, occasionally yellows, pinks and sometimes purple. Males often have green or yellow markings or tints, while females usually have pink and purple tints, but their main body color is ALWAYS a hue of blue, or bluish-gray.

Now, these aren't all the selections, but the main and most common colors/tints.

It is common for females to have more pastel looking colors, while males can have bright, vibrant, OR darker colors.
But these are the colors like for accenting the main body color.

Now, it is NOT impossible for females to have male colors (As Zera has some green tint to her), or vice versa. It's quite common, but still uncommon.

The one acception is trans, gay/lesbian, or others like that, to where they can dye their scales to the way they want, if they wanted to.

But no colors outside of
Blue, gray, VERY UNCOMMONLY Black, pink/purple, green/yellow, or any in between.

Unacceptable colors for Thunderwings are
Reds, oranges, browns, Reds. (Yes, reds are not allowed AT ALL for their scale colors, and I'll tell you why when I get to their village/Kingdom info.)

White, however, is the most rare color for a Thunderwing, as it means you are a Thunderscale. (More info on that in next page/chapter)
Whenever a Thunderwing has white on/in their scales (including wings) it is ALWAYS glowing, unless they/ wearing something that has/have been enchanted by an Animus.

Their eyes are in the same limits. But, if Lightning born (explained in next chapter) eyes are a pure, glowing white, that symbolizes that they have very strong Thunderscales.
Dragons are usually afraid when they have this trait.

(Now, so far, they may seem op, BUT fear not, as the "op" traits I am listing off are one out of thousands, even millions of chances it will happen.)
