Chapter Fifteen

I don't own the pictures...they belong to their creators.

After enjoying the lovely time in the forest Lincoln invited Star Fire, Raven and Beast Boy for dinner. While on his way home, Lincoln remembered that he was going to have Issei's friends over as well.

"Guess I have to cook a lot tonight." Lincoln said as Issei was talking to another friend of his. He originally wasn't going to show up at all, but thanks to his plans falling through...he decided to take the invitation.

"We're back." Lincoln called just as he hung up the phone.

"Did you enjoy spending time with Dick's friends?" Wally said.

"Yep. I invited them to dinner so expect seven people to come." Lincoln said.

"Actually make it eight. My friend, Tanjiro is also coming over." Issei said.

"Alright. Do they have any preferences?" Lincoln asked.

"Not really. But I should warn you that Sting and Natsu like to eat a lot." Issei said. Lincoln nodded and started to get to work on cooking dinner while Naruto watched him.

"Why are you watching me Naruto?" Lincoln asked.

"What can I say. I want to learn how to do so...since my mother never allowed me to do anything with Menma." Naruto said.

"Makes sense. But I'm curious about your original world." Lincoln said.

"You want to know if they are all still alive." Naruto said.

"Yeah. They think that Menma is the child of prophecy, but in reality...you are so.." Lincoln said before Naruto interrupted.

"During my time here...I managed to transport one person named Gaara to this village. I tried to transport others here, but it never worked...because they were all dead." Naruto said. (Will add Gaara to harem. The boy needs love.)

"And how does that make you feel?" Lincoln said.

"Bittersweet. They were cruel and stupid, but they were still my family. Yet part of me wishes that I could see their faces when they realized that they doomed the world by trying to twist the prophecy so Konoha can prosper." Naruto said.

"I won't say that you should forgive their actions. But try to think of the good times that you had with the people who helped you throughout your time in Konoha." Lincoln said. As Naruto blushed and continued to watch Lincoln cook. When he was almost finished...the doorbell rang so he let Naruto stir the stew while he opened the door.

"So you're the one that Issei talks about?" A salmon haired man said as he studied Lincoln.

"Yep. My name is Lincoln and you must be Natsu." Lincoln said.

"How'd you guess?" Natsu asked.

"Issei told me that you have salmon colored hair." Lincoln said which impressed Natsu. At the same time, the three other members were also impressed by him. Noting that he had a calm demeanor about him.

"Wow. I can see why Issei fell for him." The blond haired man said as he talked with Natsu.

"Yes. But we should probably see what he's made of before we seek to join his harem." The white haired man said.

"Agreed. Besides...we still don't know how good a person he is." The black haired man with burgundy tips said.

"Come inside. Make yourselves at home and dinner will be out shortly." Lincoln said as he allowed all four of them inside. As they did...they noticed that Issei and Tord were sitting in the living room.

"Issei! How are you?" Natsu said.

"I'm doing good. Lincoln's an amazing mate who listens to everyone about their pasts and gives some advice on how to move forward." Issei said.

"Really? That seems too good to be true." Tanjiro said.

"He even talked to Percy and got him to move forward." Issei said which made all four look at him in shock.

"He managed to convince Percy to trust him?" Sting said.

"Yep. He helps all of us out and even blush's when he gives thanks." Issei said.

"Then he'll listen to our stories and give advice?" Rin said.

"Yep. But remember if you want Lincoln to be your mate then you need to talk with the others." Issei said with a teasing smile. He knew that no one could resist Lincoln's charms. Especially since he almost snagged three more men today.

At the same time, the Louds were with the Santiago's who were wondering if the police had any leads on the whereabouts of their only son. They weren't as close as they were since the Santiago's were still disgusted with the Loud's actions.

"Any news?" Maria said.

"No. They still searching for him." Rita said.

"Sigh...Hopefully they'll find him soon. My daughter hasn't been the same without him here." Maria said.

"I know they will find Lincoln soon. Besides my daughters haven't exactly been the same too." Rita said.

"Speak of which...have you talked to them?" Maria said.

"Yes. We should've done it a long time ago. But we were so focused on their hobbies and activities that we allowed them to keep doing what they've been doing." Rita said.

"Good. They really needed it. Because if they didn't than they would just repeat the same mistakes that you've been doing or be put in jail." Maria said. Rita nodded and continued to talk with Maria while the sisters were with Bobby and Ronnie Anne. No one was talking to each other though and the two oldest couldn't look at each other.

"Sigh...How's life been?" Lucy said breaking the silence.

"Good. Just wondering when Lincoln will be home." Ronnie Anne said.

"Yeah. So I heard that your parents finally talked to you all." Bobby said.

"It was a real eye opener. We had no idea that our actions could end up with series consequences." Luan said.

"I..I can't do this anymore." Ronnie Anne said.

"What do you mean?" Leni said.

"If I'm going to be completely honest...I can't stand to be in the same room or even talk to any of you excluding Lily." Ronnie Anne said.

"We don't blame you. We're disgusted by ourselves too." Lori said.

"We should've been there for Lincoln, but instead we let him suffer." Lynn said.

"At least you feel regret. But you still need to make amends with Lincoln or he'll hate all of you..." Bobby said before their mother called for him and Ronnie Anne. As they left, they didn't see the stray tears going down the sister's faces. Hate them? Lincoln would hate them for what they've done. It was heartbreaking to think about since they wanted to redeem themselves to their brother. Slowly the girls all walked out of the room and laid down in each other their beds. As they did..they had one thought in their heads:

Lincoln wouldn't hate us right?

Hope you enjoyed the chapter...Bye 👋
