(First off,  Jay really stepped up as a leader in this episode and seeing Kai flailing around in roller skates is the best. Also, seeing more of Skylor is also a plus. Now, as for Cora and Aya, Masamune is kind of a jerk in the beginning, but he'll become more of a lovable jerk later on. If we all remember how he acted in Warriors Orochi 3 and Pokemon Conquest, he was kind of like that in the beginning. Without further ado, enjoy the chapter!) 

(Kai's POV)

                 Ok, there has to be a way for everyone to navigate through this island! All of these temples look the same! Oh, and it's raining! I don't like water that much... I just hope the match hasn't started. As soon as I entered, I could hear fighting. Ok, the match did start. I heard this weird string noise being played. For the First Spinjtzu Master, someone defeat him! That's super annoying!

"The Master of Sound's gotten stronger since the last time I saw him" Sensei Garmadon said surprised.

"Nobunaga could've done better" Aya pointed out with a smile.

I heard something shatter. I quickly tried to get to a seat.

"Excuse me. Excuse me" I said as I tried to not step on the other Elemental Masters' feet, "Un don't mean to block your view. Just passing through"

I then sat next to Jay who was next to Seliel. She seems to be doing ok. Sensei Garmadon was next to Seliel. Lloyd was sitting between his father and Cora. Everyone seems to be in good spirits.

"Sorry, all of these temples look the same" I said as I sat next to Jay, "Did I miss anything?"

"By the looks of it, you didn't miss much" Jay said as he gestured to the other Elemental Fighters holding their feet and glaring at me.

"Maybe we shouldn't be sitting together" Jay suggested, "I mean, the more they think we're a team, the bigger targets we put on ourselves"

"Don't say that, we are a team" Lloyd stated seriously, "Sure we just lost Cole and still can't find our friends, but we're a team. Just a bit smaller. All the more reason to stick together"

Ah, Lloyd. It seems like only yesterday when I was training him. He's being a better leader. I then looked at the fight and saw Skylor facing Jacob! She's fighting?!

"Skylor's fighting?!" I shouted as I jumped to the railings.

"You bet she is!" Masamune said as he stood beside me, "She's really great and strong, wouldn't you say?"

"Yeah! She's just the best!" I agreed with him.

I felt my face falter a bit. She and I are related... somewhere down the line of Elemental Masters. She threw a fireball, but Jacob let his sitar catch the fireball.

"What has him so excited?" Sensei Garmadon asked surprised.

"He had a crush on her" Jay answered with a smile.

"Until he discovered they could be related" Cora pointed out in a matter of fact tone.

Sensei Garmadon rolled his eyes as he said, "Her element isn't fire. She's the Master of Amber, power of absorption. She can emulate the power of anyone she's touched"

I felt a whole lot better after hearing this.

"You're telling me we're not related?!" I shouted in delight as I looked at the sensei and then at Masamune who smirked.

"Oh boy. Here we go again" Jay groaned as Cora sighed at me.

"Well, Kai should be thanking his luck. She's single" Masamune said with a grin as he sat next to Jay and watched the fight.

Skylor waved her hand in a circle to create a powerful sound wave. Jacob flipped forward, picked up a blow dart, and ran off. He blew a few darts at her, but Skylor easily dodged his strikes. The darts hit the screen and caused a breeze to blow in the room. Masamune smiled as he felt the breeze flow over him. Skylor easily walked away from the screen leaving Jacob confused. She then kicked a pot to see a Jade Blade pop out. She caught and held it in the air in triumph.

"Yes! Go Skylor!" I shouted in triumph for her.

"Winner!" Chen shouted as he pressed a button, "Loser!"

Jacob fell through the floor, and Skylor piece moved on.

"I hope the Tournament of Elements has entertained you as much as it has me" Chen said in delight, "To thank you, I wanted to give everyone fancy jewels and untold shiny things!"

I cheered and hugged Masamune in delight. Our luck is turning around! I can feel it! Cora rolled her eyes at me, but I could careless!

"But then in yesterday's battle, Master Jay and Cole tried to undermine me by teaming up and refusing to fight each other. And that made me very upset!" Chen shouted as everyone turned to glare at us, "For their insubordination, all of your fancy quarters will be taken away, and tonight everyone must sleep together in the chow house. That is all. Thank you, you can go"

He crushed the diamond in his hand as Cora groaned in defeat at the mention of us losing our rooms.

Masamune sighed as he whispered, "Skylor really loved her room. Great job"

"Nice on, Jay!" I shouted at him with a glare.

"Whoa, easy, Romeo" Jay said in defense.

"Don't worry about them" Lloyd interjected in the conversation, "We aren't here to make friends, just to save ours"

"Yes, but your exclusion of others has only made enemies" Sensei Garmadon pointed out, "Beware how you treat those around you, for they will treat you the same"

(Cora's POV)

Aya, Seliel, and I went to our rooms to see if we could get any of our belongings before we head to the Chow House. It sounds delicious, but I am pretty sure it is not going to be a nice place. I was too lost in thought to notice Aya and Seliel had stopped. I bumped into them, but Seliel covered my mouth with her hand. I just looked at them concerned as they walked to the wall.

"Are you sure about him?" Masamune asked curiously.

"Positive. We should let him make contact with the Master of Earth" Skylor said, "Maybe we should even get some help from the Master of Earth's friend"

"If you want to" Masamune said, "Just be careful who you tell about this. We don't know how they'll react to this"

Wait, Cole? What are those two up too? I could feel Seliel shaking as she tried to keep her anger in.

"Maybe. However, the more fighters we lose, the stronger your father gets. Be cautious of our next move. As far as your father knows, we are with him till the end" Masamune said as the door opened.

Seliel placed her hand on Aya's shoulder, and our bodies began to fade away. Seliel pulled us into the wall and held us in the air. I looked around and realized we were outside! I really wanted to scream! I have never experienced this kind of power before! Once they left, Seliel pushed us back into the room.

"I knew Masamune wasn't our enemy nor working for Chen" Aya said seriously.

"But who was this "he" Masamune mentioned?" I asked concerned.

"And what does it have to do with Cole?" Seliel asked angrily.

"I am not sure... Cole can take care of himself without his powers. We need to tell the others about this" Aya said seriously.

We rushed to the Chow House quickly to find Lloyd, Jay, and Kai sitting on their beds. Things just got a lot more complicated.

(Cole's POV)

I was locked in a cell, but my spirit was not broken!

"You can take my clothes and power, but you'll never take my super strength!" I shouted as I tried to pull the bars down with all my might.

I fell back and landed on my back in defeat, "All right, so you got that too"

I sat against the wall and thought about what happened last night. I was grateful that Jay and I had made up, Seliel and I might've connected, I lost my powers, and thrown in jail. I can't give up though. I have to do something down here... Something... I then heard the door open to revel Clouse and a grunt.

"You're letting me go?" I asked in disbelief.

"Of course not" Clouse said simply, "Your presence is required in the factory"

"The factory?" I asked in disbelief, "Lock me up for all I care! I'm never gonna lift a finger you, you despicable –"

However, they pulled me away before I could finish my statement and dragged me across the rocky floor. Then, I found myself in the most terrifying and pleasant place I have ever seen. It is a noodle factory!

"A noodle factory?! Ha! Why didn't you say so? Ha, ha, ha! This is my kind of place" I shouted in delight as I looked at the entire place and ran towards the food making machines, "Look, that's how they made the noodles! Oh, and that's the dumpling machine! And is that how you make fortune cookies?!"

I looked around to make sure no one was looking and took a cookie.

"You know there's a fortune inside those, right?" I asked one of the prisoners here.

"There's only one rule: No eating the merchandise" Clouse said with a grin on his face.

My face fell as I shouted at the guards and hide the cookie behind me, "No eating the merchandise?! How cruel can this place be?! You're evil!"

I turned around and threw the cookie in the air. I was about to eat it, but the guard took it and ate it in front of my face in delight! How dare he!

"Yummy!" he said in delight.

I saw Karloft and went beside him. Tadakatsu was working with another noodle cutting machine. He was taking some cookies with him. Why? We can't eat it.

"Don't worry. After while, not so bad" Karlof said to try and calm me down, "Since you new, I show you how to chop noodles"

I don't know how I can do anything here. I saw a lever and pulled it. A bag of flour fell and hit one of the prisoners.

"Not that one" Karlof said as I took the other lever and began to chop noodles.

"See? Chop. Now don't make trouble" Karlof said seriously.

"Well, I for one don't like following rules" the Master of Sound, Jacob I think, said annoyed, "The minute you tell me the coast is clear, I'm busting out of here"

"Even if you get past the guards, Mr. Blind Guy, there's still the labyrinth guarded by big snake" Karlof said seriously.

"My name's not Mr. Blind Guy. It's Jacob! And you may have already lost hope, but not me and not my buddy Cole here. Am I right?" he asked as he turned to his right.

"Actually, I'm on your left" I said as Tadakatsu starred at me.

"Oh, heh. Hey, you moved on me. Heh. Sneaky ninja" Jacob said in relief.

I looked up at Tadakatsu who just kept starring at me. What is his deal?! Before I could ask him, the guards marched behind us and made sure we were working. I have to ask him what's up.

(Hayakawa's POV)

Well, it was late at night, but Nya and Nene both thought it would be a good for us to search around Ninjago City for any suspicious activity. I let Zane's falcon fly back to Sensei Wu. Gracia and I climb into the express as Nya and Nene were giving Sensei Wu their report on the matter.

"And you say the noodle trucks disappear at night?" he asked bewildered, "But where do they go?"

"That's what we're trying to figure out" Nya answered as I looked at the trucks, "Perhaps if we follow them, they can lead me to more answers"

"They're moving" I whispered as I looked at the moving trucks.

"We'll report more when we uncover more" Nya said as she stared at engine and pressed a few buttons, "Initiate replicate software. You're not the only one who can disappear"

The entire outside appearance of the truck transformed to match the noodle trucks. As we drove away, I thought I heard someone shouting about puffy pot stickers. Why did that voice sound annoyingly familiar? Hm...

(Aya's POV)

We were in such a tiny room. The room even reeked of old noodles. It was awful. They threw Sensei Garmadon out of the house. The Sensei was outside. I am very furious over the lack of respect they have for him. I sat up to see Lloyd, Jay, Kai, Seliel, and Cora up.

"Couldn't sleep either?" Jay asked with a laugh.

"Not when we still have to get out friends back" Kai said seriously.

"Yeah! We can do it! We just have to be more careful now" Cora added in delight.

"Speaking of backs, these new beds are the worst! Cora, can you help me crack my back a bit?" Lloyd asked as he extended a hand to her.

Cora took his hand and slowly pulled him towards her. Before Cora could help crack his back into place, the lights turned on. Kai and Jay gasped as we rushed to our beds and faked being asleep. We heard the gong echoing through the hallways.

"Good morning, fighters" Clouse greeted, "Oh, that's right, it's the middle of the night"

Just then, I felt someone put something on my feet.

"What is this?!" Cora exclaimed as I looked at her.

The grunt looked at me as I gave him a cold stare. He whimpered and ran away from her. I looked at her feet and saw skates? This is certainly strange. I heard Jay, Kai, and Lloyd exclaim about the skates or the time they were awoken.

"Yes! I love skating!" Seliel exclaimed as she skated towards me.

I stood up and slowly picked up the pace while Cora stumbled a little. The other fighters were able to skate just fine. Masamune pushed Skylor towards a stumbling Kai. Kai fell on his back. He's never skated before. Skylor helped him up as Kai let out a dreamy thanks. Cora twirled around in her skates. Funny, I don't think any of us took her skating.

"Let me guess, another one of Chen's impromptu battles?" Lloyd asked as he saw how skillfully Cora was skating.

"Oh, roller skates! I love roller skates!" Jay exclaimed in joy as he skated backwards with ease and then jump, "Did I ever mention I once placed first in the Mother-Son Skate – Off! Heh, heh, I should have never admitted that..."

Seliel was impressed as Mr. Pale called Jay a weirdo.

"Master Chen wants everyone in the Royal Arena" Clouse announced, "I wouldn't be late if I were you"

"If most of us have already fought, why are we all in skates?" Skylor asked seriously.

"Only two of you will be fighting, but the rest of you will have a chance to affect the outcome" Clouse informed us.

"Who's fighting? Tell us now" Griffen asked eagerly.

Clouse motioned the grunts to come with him as he informed, "The Green Ninja versus the Master of Form"

The door shut as everyone began to talk about this.

"Master of Form? Who's that?" Lloyd asked us as Kai finally stood in place.

"You haven't heard?" Kai asked surprised and skated with ease, "I hear she can look like anyone. She's be right under your nose, and by the time you figure it out, she's already discovered all your weaknesses, then it's game over. But you're the Green Ninja, what weakness could you have?"

"Ugh, aside from the sore back, not many" Lloyd said in relief as he tried to crack his back.

"Thanks" Kai whispered as he skated away from us.

Something is not right about him. I turned around and gasped as I saw Cora and Jay showing off their skating skills as Seliel was watching out for Kai!

"Skates? Why did it have to be skates?" Kai asked in complete disbelief as he fell on his back.

"Kai?!" Lloyd and I exclaimed as we heard a laugh and turned around to see the other Kai laughing at us.

"Watch your back, Green Ninja" Camille said with a snicker as she transformed back into her very odd appearance and skated away.

This is going to be tricky. She can appear as anyone we know. How are we going to beat her?

(Cole's POV)

Tadakatsu keeps eyeing me as the guards left us alone for a while. Jacob heard the door closed. He crawled on the ground. He went behind some crates and listened to the sounds the different machines gave off along with the footsteps the guards made. Jacob then rolled away. Maybe if I escape, I could find Zane and the brother!

As I was about to join him, Tadakatsu put his firm hand on my shoulder as Karlof said in a harsh whisper, "Make noodles, not trouble!"

Jacob then used a crate to hide himself and move towards the door. Hey! He might it! He went to the wall and opened the door, but Clouse was there! I tried to shout to warn him, but Karlof put his hand over my mouth! Jacob ran to the door, but he bumped into Clouse!

"Hey!" Jacob shouted annoyed, "Not one of you could've warned me?!"

Clouse held Jacob's wrist as the other grunts came over to them. I felt Tadakatsu wrap his arms around me to prevent me from rushing over to help Jacob.

"Make an example of him Take him to feed my serpent" Clouse ordered the guards who took Jacob away!

Wait, feed his serpent?... I felt my blood run cold when I heard that sentence and stopped struggling against Tadakatsu. Clouse closed the door as Tadakatsu put me.

"Feed his serpent? He doesn't mean-?" I asked as I looked at Karlof in shock.

Karlof moved his head away from me as he advised, "Karlof not make trouble. Karlof make noodle"

He then pulled the lever to make a bag of flour hit me. I was covered in it. I kind of look like a ghost.

"I'm so not into this dumpling dump after all" I said in defeat.

"Good" Tadakatsu said as he walked to the other noodle cutting machine, "You need to think straight"

What does that mean?! Why is he still keeping an eye on me?!

(Lloyd's POV)

This doesn't look good. Kai can't skate, and everyone else isn't too happy with us after the fight between Cole and Jay.

"I don't like the look of this" I admitted to my friends as they stood by me.

"Don't worry. We got your back" Kai said as he fell on his back.

"We promise to protect you and Cora" Aya reassured me, "You two will always have our support"

Seliel picked Kai up and helped him to the arena. We entered the arena as Chen skated behind us.

"Welcome to my favorite event!" Chen said in delight, "Thunderblade!"

"Hey, I know this game!" Griffen said in delight, "It's just like –"

"No! It is not like that! This is my game, I made it up! Fully originally!" Chen said defensively as he took out two Jade Blades, "A Jade Blade for you, Lloyd, Master of Power. And another for Camille, Master of Form"

He then gazed around the crowd for her until she revealed herself next to me. Woah! I didn't even see her coming! He tossed one blade to me and the other to Camille.

"Each lap you cross with your blade in possession, a point. Most points before time expires, you win" Chen explained.

That doesn't sound too bad. I think I can win this.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! What about us?" Griffen asked, "Are we supposed to just stand here?"

"You get to help anyone you want or hurt for that matter!" Chen said in delight and a wave of his hand, "You're free to choose sides. I'm not a dictator"

Oh... That is going to make things harder... Griffen shoved me to the side as Cora helped me up. Jay and Aya looked in shock as the rest of the elemental masters picked the helmet color matching Camille's. Seliel helped Kai up as Jay skated to Cora and me.

"What was that you said about having targets on our backs?" I said to them in disbelief.

Kai stood away from Seliel and said, "Don't worry, we're still a team-!"

He fell on his face. That looked terrible... Seliel rushed to help him up as Cora sighed.

"I gotta be honest. This doesn't look good" Jay said as we faced the other masters.

We put our helmets on as I went to the starting line.

Chen spun around in his chair as he announced, "Lloyd, Master of Power, versus Camille, Master of Form. Most laps with their Jade Blade when time runs out wins, loser is out"

I glanced back. Seliel was insisting she help Kai as Aya and Jay prepared to skate. Cora gave me a reassuring smile. At least Cora was trying to help me feel calm about this whole situation. I honestly can't find a good reason to be positive about this.

"Thunderbladers, on your mark, get set, and good luck to everyone!" Chen said in delight and then spiteful, "Bust mostly Camille, because we all want the Green Ninja out. Now go!"

Are you kidding me?! That wasn't needed. My father just waved his hand in a motion to ignore him. The horns blasted, signaling us to start. I was able to keep pace with her, but she was fast!

"It's us against the world, guys!" Jay said seriously as he took charge of the group.

Huh. If I am honest, I would have never taken Jay as the leader type.

"If Lloyd has any chance of moving forward in the tournament, it's up to us!" Jay railed as he, Cora, Aya, and Seliel.

Skylor skated to Kai's side and said loud enough for me to hear, "Lloyd's your greatest competition. If he loses today, what's left to stand in your way from winning it all?"

Kai answered strongly, "I'd never think of that"

"Maybe you should" Skylor said as she shoved him into Seliel and Aya!

Camille and I crossed the start line. We are tied for first place. Cora swiftly pushed the Master of Light away from Kai. Aya was facing Masamune while Seliel used her powers to avoid the incoming punches from Neuro. The Master of Shadow allowed Camille to pass, but he pushed me back! Cora growled as she created a dark energy sphere and tried to throw it. However, when she threw the sphere, she was launched backwards. Aya and Masamune skated after her as Seliel and Jay went to Kai's side.

"We have to give him some room!" Jay shouted.

"And just how are we supposed to do that?" Kai asked annoyed.

Jay looked at Seliel and said, "I've got an idea! Don't touch anyone. Seliel come with me!"

"Then who am I supposed to hold onto?" Kai asked as he stumbled around.

"Use your powers when you hold Lloyd's hand" Jay shouted as he skated towards the Masters of Amber, Light, and Mind.

He waved his hand to shock them away from me. Seliel held my hand and skated towards the Master of Poison and Shadow. We phased right through them, but we were still going fast.

"Get ready!" she shouted as she threw me forward with all of her might!

Whoa! She's almost as strong as Cole with a grip and throw like that! I was close to crossing the line until Kai knocked me to the ground!

"Use your power!" Kai shouted as he tried to stand up.

"Did you not see Cora?! You're crazy! I'd never stay on the track!" I shouted at him as I reached for Seliel.

"You're supposed to be helping, not hurting his chances!" Jay exclaimed at Kai.

When Kai stood up, he was skating backwards as he shouted, "Thanks for the tip, but I can't skate!"

(Nya's POV)

We followed the trucks to a dock off the shore of the city. I can't believe this is working! I wonder what Jay would say if saw my machine working? Probably something sweet...

"Nothing unusual to see here" I whispered to myself, "Just a technologically advance mobile base camouflaged as a noodle truck"

"Relax! This is going to work!" Nene reassured me as she put her feet up on the dashboard, "We can do this"

I smiled at her in relief until we heard someone knocking on the window! The two of us screamed in horror at the window as Hayakawa and Gracia peeked their heads from the other side of the truck.

"I beg of you, you gotta tell Master Chen not to give up on the Puffy Potsickers!" a familiar voice I recognized shouted.

"No, no, no, no!" Nene whispered shouted in annoyance.

Of course, I didn't realize they were checking the driver's faces and the truck!

I whispered to the other girls, "Can someone do something about them checking our truck?! We'll get found out!"

"I'm on it!" Gracia said as she placed a hand on her head.

I don't know how that is going to help us, but we can't let Darreth blow our cover either. I rolled down the window.

"Huh? When did you two start slinging noodles?" he asked surprised.

"Quiet! You're gonna blow our cover!" I said as I gestured to Hayakawa and Gracia.

"Cover? Oh, my gosh, you're on a mission!" he said excitedly, "And why is your truck tripping me out?"

"Someone shut him up! I can convince the guard to not check the truck, but him being loud and stupid won't help us!" Gracia whispered shouted as she gripped her head tightly.

What did she do to convince the guard to not search our truck? Nene then pulled Darreth into the truck and covered his mouth with her hand. He mumbled something about noodles.

"It's not a noodle truck!" Nene and I shouted at him.

"It's our only hope of finding our friends!" I shouted at him as he pulled his mouth away from Nene's hand.

"The ninja have gone missing? Sounds like a job for –" before he could finish his sentence, Nene blew some kind of powder over him!

He breathed the gas in and passed out. Ok, I have a lot of questions for them, but I was ready to throw him out of the truck.

"We can't get rid of him. We have to go" Nene said as she gestured to the boat.

Nene and I sighed in defeat as she took Darreth to the back area of the truck.

"We're gonna regret taking him..." I whispered to them as I drove the truck onto the boat.

(Jay's POV)

Ugh! Lloyd's having trouble with the other Elemental Fighters! I have to do something! Seliel skated between Griffen and Neuro. Masamune decided to take on Aya and Cora by himself. The two of them were about to slam into her, but she phased through them! The Masters of Speed and Mind crashed into each other as she skated forward.

"Jay! Lloyd!" she shouted as she pointed to Lloyd.

Oh, no! A ramp shot upward underneath him! He quickly jumped and then rolled to the ground to skate forward! Oh, man! That was too close! I quickly skated in front of him and extended my hand. No one is here, so this should be easy to handle.

"Grab my hand! I'll whip you!" I shouted at my younger brother.

He grabs onto my hand, and I throw him across the line. However, I didn't throw Lloyd across the line. I threw Camilla! She laughed as she skated ahead of me! I then found myself facing the Master of Poison! She created a toxic cloud and threw it at me. I twirled away from her and then zapped her with my lightning. I have to get everyone together!

(Masamune's POV)

Once I got Cora and Aya away from everyone, I figured it would be a good idea for me to tell them my plan. I snapped my fingers to create a powerful windstorm around us. Cora tried to skate away, but the windstorm was too strong for her breakout from. It might've hurt her a bit.

"Ow! Do you have something against us?" Cora shouted in a threatening manner.

"Relax. I am on your side" I said to them as I turned to Aya, "Lar is as well"

Cora jumped as Aya's expression grew dark.

"Where is Lar?" she asked as darkness gathered around her hands.

"He's safe. The both of us are here to help Skylor" I said seriously, "Her father is the real mastermind behind all of this. I am sure you know that much. I am not sure what though"

"Why do you want to help her?" Aya asked me seriously as she made the darkness disappeared.

"Because, her father possesses as a huge threat to our world. I don't want him to come there and take over our kingdoms. Also, Skylor doesn't have anyone here. No friends. No family. I don't want her to be alone like that. That will only make her fall deeper into despair. Similar to that of Nobunga during the War of the 17 Kingdoms. I don't her to be the next Nobunaga" I said seriously as I skated backwards.

Cora looked at us and then skated to me as she took my hands and said, "Ok, but you have to be our alley from now on. You have to tell Aya and I what's going on with your plans and Lar. No more secret keeping"

I was surprised. She easily trusted me. Actually, there's something about her that's different from the others. She has a similar power to that of Lloyd, but it is something calm and powerful. Lloyd is more like strong and excitable. It is like those two are yin and yang...

"I will. I'll let the two of you know what is going on with Skylor and her father. I'll even tell Lar you're here to save him. Just make sure Cora stays in the Tournament. I feel like she's going to important" I said to them as we turned our attention back to the other Elemental Fighters.

(Jay's POV)

"Ah. His back is hurting him. Shadow strike his back!" she ordered.

Tox moved away from me as Seliel joined me. Lloyd was behind us.

The both of us gasped as we looked around for him, "Wait, where'd the Master of Shadow go?!"

The Master of Shadow reappeared behind Lloyd and roughly pushed him to the ground! He dropped his blade, and the Master of Light grab it! Seliel and I nodded at each other. She went to help Lloyd up and grab his hand. She then skated as fast as she could and threw Lloyd forward. I quickly elbowed the Master of Light to the side and took the blade from him.

"You didn't learn that in your Mother-Son Skate off, did you?" Lloyd asked as I handed his blade back to him.

"It was a fierce competition, Lloyd!" I shouted at him as I swiftly knocked the Master of Light out of the ring, "And this isn't the time to judge. It is the time to skate faster!"

Seliel then took Lloyd's hand and used her powers to help them phase through any Elemental Master. I made my hands spark and shocked any Elemental Master near him. When Lloyd crossed the start line, I cheered! We were just a point behind! Kai was trying to keep up, but he was able to take the Master of Speed out. Tox skated in front of us and cast a poison cloud towards us!

"Watch out for that poison cloud!" Seliel shouted as she and Lloyd phased through it.

I went to the side as Masamune, Aya, and Cora joined me. Kai wasn't so lucky.

"Release the buggy!" Chen shouted as another floor opened up.

"Are you kidding me?!" Cora shouted annoyed as a buggy appeared and drove pass a few Elemental Masters.

Oh, no! It was heading towards Lloyd and Seliel!

"Look out!" I shouted as I pushed them both away from the buggy.

"How did she get on?!" Cora shouted angrily as Camilla was waving the Jade Blade in the air and holding onto the buggy.

"She has the lead, and she gets a lift?! I know Chen wants me out, but this is getting ridiculous!" Lloyd shouted annoyed.

Seliel and Lloyd skated ahead as I saw Tox preparing to cast another poison cloud.

"Sorry, Tox! Must be my allergies kicking in!" I shouted as I elbowed her out of the ring and then skated after my friends.

Seliel was then elbowed by Shadow in her stomach as the Master of Light held Lloyd in place. Cora rushed over to help him as Aya and Masamune rushed to help him. However, Neuro held me back as the Master of Speed ran away from us and knocked me into Lloyd! The Master of Light then shoved Cora into Aya as Masamune skated towards Skylor and Kai.

"We are so not loved..." I groaned.

"You're very convincing. In no time, Lloyd will be out" Skylor said with confidence as she skated pass Kai and us, "And he'll never suspect it"

"This did wonders for my back though" Lloyd said in relief as we skated.

Kai let out his usually angry groan, "That's it! I may not be able to skate, but that doesn't mean I can't help!"

He lit both of his hands-on fire and was launched across the ring until he crashed into Camilla. Aya raised her hands to make the darkness rise around the buggy and hold it in place. Camilla dropped her blade, so I took it! Alright! This are looking up for us! Lloyd crossed the line and gained another point!

"Nice, Kai! Now you're cooking with fire!" I shouted in delight as Cora stood behind Lloyd and held his other hand.

"I've got an idea!" she reassured him as she extended her free hand to shoot a dark energy beam.

The two of them were shot across the ring and crossed the line! Now, that's a duo! The Master of Speed, Mind, and Shadow charged towards Seliel and I, but Masamune stood between us.

"Help Lloyd! I've got them!" he said as he smirked.

The both of us skated ahead as Camilla skated pass Masamune. He snapped his fingers and slowed them down using some kind of power. I didn't get a good look at it.

I then skated backwards and faced Camilla as I taunted, "I got it, you want it! Come and get it! Come and get it!"

I nodded at Seliel and Masamune. I tossed the blade to Seliel, and she threw it back to me as Camilla let out a frustrated yell as she tried to reclaim her blade. Masamune smirked as he waved his hand towards the side and pushed the Masters of Speed, Shadow, and Light towards Camilla! She hit them and fell down!

"Lloyd! Jump!" Cora shouted as she used her powers to give him a boost to jump over the pile of Elemental Masters!

"What are you doing? We need Lloyd out!" Skylor shouted at Kai who was trying to stand up.

Kai said seriously, "We need to stick together! We're friends and ninja!"

"Ha! That's right, and the rest of us aren't! I should've known better" Skylor said as she skated on ahead.

Kai sighed as we regrouped around him.

"We don't have much time left, and Lloyd needs more points!" Seliel said urgently.

"So is everyone else" Aya added as she noticed the Master of Poison join the other Elemental Masters.

Kai got an idea as he said, "Garmadon's right, the more we exclude everyone, the more they gang up on us!"

"What are you saying?" Masamune asked curiously.

"I'm saying, why don't we tell them about Chen?" Kai said seriously, "If others knew what this tournament was really about, maybe they'd help us!"

"It's worth a try, but time's running out" Jay said as he Seliel went to the Master of Light and Speed, "And Lloyd's got a lot of ground to make up!"

Camilla then took her blade back as she skated forward. Kai gasped as he saw Skylor. Masamune then pushed Kai to her and skated on ahead.

"Are you trying to take me out too?!" Skylor asked annoyed as Kai grab onto her arm.

"No, you're right. We aren't all friends and ninja here, but Chen's the real enemy!" Ka explained as he pointed at Chen.

Cora skated to the Master of Light as she said, "He doesn't care about who wins! He just wants to steal our powers!"

"So, he can perform a spell" Aya added seriously.

Lloyd jumped and barely missed a strike coming from Camilla.

"What kind of spell?" the Master of Light asked curiously.

"We don't know, but we have to stay in the tournament to find out" Seliel said as she joined with everyone.

"This isn't about Lloyd winning. It about all of us stopping Chen" Jay said seriously.

"And why are you telling me this now?" Griffen asked suspiciously.

Lloyd skated pass us as he said with a grin, "Because it's never too late to do the right thing!"

Neuro pushed Tox away as he backed us up, "He's telling the truth. I know"

"Then why are you helping us now?!" Cora shouted annoyed.

"I'd rather be on the winning team" he replied with a smirk at her.

"Then let's win this!" Lloyd said loudly as he skated ahead.

Camilla then knocked Kai away from Skylor and hissed at him as she left him. Kai and Skylor then looked at the buggy and grinned. Kai hopped on and drove up to Lloyd with Skylor behind Kai.

They drove next to Lloyd as Kai shouted, "Need a lift?"

"You took the buggy?" Lloyd asked surprised.

"We took the buggy! Take the wheel!" Kai said as he and Skylor pulled Lloyd onto the buggy and jumped off.

Lloyd used his powers and drove forward! Cora stopped skating and created a dark energy sphere and threw it at the Master of Shadow, so Lloyd could get through!

The Master of Poison was ready to cast another poison cloud at Lloyd, but Griffen sped passed Lloyd and tackled Tox to the side of the ring, "Cut the green guy some slack!"

Chen was slamming his hands on the panel as he made more obstacles appear in front of Lloyd. Lloyd was able to move pass the obstacles with ease! He was catching up! Alright!

Lloyd then pulled next to Camilla and offered his hand to her, "We don't have to keep fighting each other. We can all win!"

"All of us?" Camilla asked surprised.

"United" Lloyd said as she took his hand and threw him off the buggy!

"Only one can remain" she said as she skated pass him.

We just watched as Lloyd picked himself and jumped off a ramp. He caught up to Camilla and their blades clashed against each other as they were approaching the finishing line! The clock was counting down! This is getting too intense! Clouse was about to cast another spell, but Sensei Garmadon tackled him to the ground.

"He's rigging the match!" Kai shouted as he pointed at a grunt who was trying to change Camilla's score and lit his hand on fire, "I'll stop him"

"Let me" she with a smile as she raised her hand to hold the grunt in the high.

Lloyd and Camilla attacked each other with the blades until Lloyd and Camilla fell! Camilla dropped her blade as Lloyd picked himself. Camilla jumped on him and then went to the start line. Lloyd skated after her. She crossed the line! We all skated towards them and saw Lloyd raise his blade in the air in triumph as Camilla looked at her hands in shock.

"She doesn't have her blade!" I shouted in delight.

"Lloyd won!" Kai shouted as we skated around him and cheered.

Cora then tapped Skylor's shoulder and pointed to the grunt.

Oops, I almost forgot" she said as she released the grunt.

Chen let out a frustrated groan as he shouted and pointed at Lloyd, "He cheated! Lloyd loses!"

"No way! Lloyd won fair and square!" Cora defended as she skated in front of him.

"You were the one who cheated" Griffen shouted as he pointed at Chen.

Chen hopped back to his chair as he said, "My tournament, my rules"

Mr. Pale skated in front of Lloyd, "And just what rules are those? If Lloyd's out, then so am I"

Kai, Jay, Masamune, Seliel, and Aya stepped in front of Lloyd as they agreed to be kicked off the tournament.

"If you kick us all out, what kind of tournament will you have then?" Skylor added as she helped Kai stand up.

Chen turned to Clouse who just nodded.

"Fine, have it your way. Form loses" Chen said annoyed as he pressed a button.

Camilla fell through the trap door. Everyone was cheering as Lloyd and Cora shared a hug. Kai fell backwards as Skylor caught him and pulled him and Masamune away.

"If what you say is true, you are playing a dangerous game" Skylor warned seriously, "Chen will find other ways to get out of the tournament"

"Which is why we'll need all the friends we can get" Kai said as Masamune nodded at them, "There's always hope"

(Cole's POV)

After working in the factory for the whole day, I felt exhausted and down. I just don't know how I am going to help the others. Tadakatsu pulled the chains to direct the guard away from one tunnel. What is he doing? Is he trying to get eaten too? Has he given up hope as well? We marched along without protest.

"I don't know, Pixal" a very friendly and familiar voice said, "But I sense these chains are unbreakable"

I looked at Tadakatsu who nodded his head at me. I walked up to the door in shock and peered through the bars. It couldn't be...

"What are you doing?" Karlof asked seriously, "Don't make trouble!"

Tadakatsu whispered, "He's going to realize what he should've been doing the moment he got out of the tournament"

I looked into the window as I asked with hope in my voice, "Zane. Is that you?"

I stopped the prisoners from moving, and the guard looked back at us as he asked, "What's the holdup?"

"One second, Karlof tie shoe!" Karlof said as he got to his feet and tried to mimic tying a shoe.

I looked back at the window and felt hope explode from me as I saw my friend, alive and well!

"You're alive!" I whispered to him in complete happiness and relief at my brother, "And you're silver?"

"Titanium" he corrected me, "Cole, you look white"

"Boy, it's great to see you!" I exclaimed in relief, "Look at that, you look brand-new!"

Wow. He really did rebuild himself! He's here! Now, I just have to find the little brother!

"Tie shoe? What shoe?" the guard asked in realization.

Gotta make this quick.

"Hold tight, lugnut. I'm getting you out of here" I reassured my brother and gave him a fist bump, "I'm getting us both out of here! That's a promise"

Zane then went away as I rejoined the line.

"Where's Cole?" the grunt asked as he pushed Karlof aside.

"Right here! Keep it real, big guy!" I said in relief, "It looks like you've seen a ghost"

The grunt went away from us as we continued to march.

"Did you find your reason to keep on going?" Tadakatsu asked in a grunt.

"You bet I did, Tada!" I said with determination, "From here on out, Karlof, I'm making more than noodles. I'm making trouble! Chen can try his best to split up our team, but he's about to find out what happens when we put ourselves back together!"

(Nya's POV)

Whew! That was close! I glanced at the other girls and saw them relaxing as well. Darreth was still out though. Gracia placed her hand on her head as she glowed a faint pink color. Then she removed her hand as the pink color faded.

"We're good. They won't check on the trucks now" she reassured me.

"Ok, good. I have a few questions to ask you three" I said as I turned my attention to them.

"Ask away!" Gracia said in delight as she smiled at me.

"Do you have elemental powers?!" I asked loudly.

"Oh.... That's right. We didn't tell you" she said nervously as Hayakawa tried to compose herself after my outburst.

I couldn't believe them! They kept this a secret from me!

"It wasn't really our choice" Nene explained as she sat next to me, "On the day you found us, when did use our powers. However, Sensei Wu probably told you some lie. Sensei Garmadon wanted us to hide our powers away from you and the other ninjas. He seemed afraid of it. Nya, we did not mean to keep this from you. We wanted to tell you and the rest of the ninjas. Sensei Garmadon didn't want us to tell you until we figured out Cora's elemental power"

"Is their something wrong with Cora's powers?" I asked curiously.

"We don't know. In fact, Sensei Garmadon was surprised about our elemental powers" Hayakawa said as she began to reason all of this, "He didn't think it was possible for us to have the elemental powers and Cora. He wanted us to help her and make sure our powers were well hidden until today"

"Well, I'm grateful to know and discover my girlfriends have powerful elements. Honestly, the boys are pretty reckless with their powers" I said with a smirk forming on my face.

"Hey! Maybe you'll have an elemental power one day! It takes time to unlock your true potential! Mine was when I was able to protect the kingdom during the Junior Warriors competition!" Gracia said as she sighed at the memory.

"I don't know. My brother and I don't even know if our father or mother was the elemental master of fire" I said sadly, "It's ok. I'm happy being a samurai. At least I can do my best and help my friends out"

"That's the spirit!" Nene said in delight as she patted my shoulder, "Oh, we should probably tell you our elemental powers. I'm poison. Gracia is the Master of the Mind, Hayakawa is the Master of Gravity, and Aya is the Master of Dark"

I listened to my friends until Darreth yawned. Nene sighed as she mumbled about her element wearing off over him. He sat up and looked around.

"Wow. So, where are we going?" he asked.

"We are going to save the ninja" Nene answered.

"That's great! Could I get some air? I feel like I ate something terrible" he said as he stood up.

"I've got him" I reassured them.

Nene opened the hatch and let Darreth and I out. We both stood on top of the express and looked onward. Our next adventure is about to begin. We have to do our best and bring our friends home together.
