(Update Day! Yahoo! I'm so happy I got this done! Ok, this Chapter would've been like 30+ pages if I didn't break it into two parts. (Zane's POV)

                I found myself wondering around a snowing mountain. I was silver too. I think I build this body for myself. I was walking forward until I felt the ground gave way! I hit the walls and then fell down with a thud as my arm popped off. I looked around, sat up, and put my arm back on me. I looked up to see an ice dragon coming towards me! I backed against the wall as the dragon roared at me. I looked around for a way out and saw an opening in the back.

"Zane! Are you still there? If you can hear me, wake up" a calm voice echoed as I saw the falcon, "You need to wake up"

I shook myself awake and found myself chained against a wall.

"It was only a dream" I said in relief.

"It's amazing you dream" the calm voice commented in delight, "I've always wondered what it's like. You've always bee special"

"Where am I?" I asked the voice curiously, "Who are you?"

"I'm Pixal, a friend. And you're in danger and have to get out of here" she said seriously, "Your memory drive is out of sorts, and your elemental power..."

"An elemental power..." I said to myself.

Why does that sound familiar to me?

"You're a nindroid, a ninja" she said desperately, "And your friends are here to save you. But they can't do it all. You have to remember who you are"

I shut my eyes as I felt a rush of memories flood my serves and whispered, "Friends?"

"Remember, Zane. You saved your friend and then rebuilt yourself" Pixal recounted to me, "There are things about you that you don't understand. That you have yet to discover. But if we're ever going to get out of here, you have to remember"

Then it hit me! Pixal! She's my partner.

"Pixal!" I said in delight, "We are compatible?"

She said in relief, "Yes, Zane. Yes, we are"

She's here with me. I just have to work hard and find a way for the both of us to get out of here.

(Nene's POV)

Well, that was a long meeting... Sheesh. Mitsuhide wasn't too happy about the whole mystic energy issue.

"Sorry..." Gracia said sadly and tiredly.

I glanced at the smaller girl. Her eyes were still red from the crying. I sighed. I can't say that if I was in position, I would be mad, but I tried to make sure she was safe at least. Either way, he had to leave the two of us alone in his house. He decided to visit Nobunaga and his wife to calm down. I have no idea how that is going. I hugged the little girl and petted her head.

"It's ok. Your father is just being a father. He just loves you so much" I reassured her calmly.

"Thank you" Gracia said as she cuddled into my hold.

Just then, there was a loud knock outside the castle.

"Were you expecting someone?" I asked Gracia.

"Mitsunrai went with his friends to do something stupid" Gracia said as she pondered on her friends, "Magoicih said he couldn't come, because he is supposed to watch over Masamune's castle for a while"

We walked to the doors and saw Hayakawa and Okuni holding a letter. Hayakawa looked flustered while Okuni had a grin on her face. Oh, no... What happened? We went to Gracia's room and opened the letter. It was from Aya.

Nene,

Please gather Hayakawa, Gracia, and Okuni please. I was invited to partake in a Tournament, because someone kidnapped Motochika's little brother. This Tournament is taking place in Ninjago. I don't know how this Master Chen knows about Ransei and our Elemental powers, but he does. I don't know when I'll be back. However, I want you to come to the Tournament somehow. Head to the docks at night please.

I let out a scream of frustration as I gripped the letter in my hands. Can't I have a break?! Wait a minute, where's Cora?!

"She's gone?!" Gracia shouted in disbelief as she looked at a worried Hayakawa, "Where did she go?!"

"We think she went with Aya" Hayakawa reasoned.

"She did..." I said as I crushed the letter in my hands, "Cora said she had to go to Ninjago for a meeting"

Oh, I am livid. Cora is in so much trouble when I get my hands on her!

"What do we do?" Okuni asked with a smile.

I turned my attention to Gracia and said seriously, "Create your dragon. We're going to Ninjago and saving our friends from themselves!"

"Shouldn't we tell someone we are gone?" Hayakawa asked curiously.

"Nope! We'll be in and out!" I could feel my temper flare as Gracia shrugged as she created her elemental dragon.

We all hoped on the dragon.

"Nonstop flight to Ninjago!" Gracia said in delight.

Just then, we heard a door open. We turned around to see Mitsuhide!

"Take off!" Hayakawa shouted urgently.

"Got it!" Gracia said as she made her dragon fly upward as Mitsuhide began to create an ice spear and threw it towards us!

Okuni just smiled as she held her parasol and stood on the dragon. She swung her parasol at the incoming spear and broke it!

"I'll bring her back ok!" I shouted as the dragon flew away from his castle.

"I can't believe we did that" Hayakawa said in complete shock.

"You get used to it! After becoming a leader of a castle, you have to put up with them and their nonsense!" I shouted annoyed, "Let's get them back!"

In about an honor, we entered Ninjago and flew above the city.

"We need to find the ninja! They might know something!" I said seriously.

"Where could they be?" Hayakawa asked as she looked over the dragon.

"I believe Nya had a cave in the desert" Okuni said with a grin as she pointed her parasol towards the desert.

"Let's go!" Gracia shouted in delight as she made her dragon fly to the desert.

It didn't take us long to find the cave. Gracia landed her dragon and let us get off before making hers disappear. We entered the cave to hear someone talking.

"Sure, Jay's cute and funny, and I'm always laughing around him, but everything's about him, and he never takes me seriously. More light, please" Nya said in her ramble.

This cannot be happening to us.

"Right" Sensei Wu said as he shook himself awake, "He never takes you seriously"

"Then there's Cole. He's handsome, and I suppose I connect with him on a deeper level, but everything's so serious with him, you know what I mean?" Nya explained, "Socket wrench"

"Young emotions are complicated" Sensei Wu stated as he handed Nya something.

We walked towards the group as Nya took the tool from the master, "Sensei, these are needle-nose pliers. I asked for a socket-wrench. And could you at least try and impart some wisdom?"

"No way. I am not sticking my finger into that beehive" the master imparted seriously.

I wonder what he's been through when it comes to love.

"Ah! Nya! Sensei Wu!" Gracia shouted in delight as she ran towards Sensei Wu.

She gave him a warm hug as Nya picked herself up from her work and smiled at us.

"It is nice to see you again! Is it my turn to watch over Cora already? I thought I had her next week" she said surprised, "I don't mind it! I am sure I could teach her how to build a mech!"

"Actually, we came here, because something else is going on" Hayakawa said sadly.

"Does this have something to do with the missing Ninjas and my brother?" Sensei Wu asked concerned.

"Yes. We received a disturbing letter from Aya. We also think Cora went with Aya" I said as I showed him the letter.

Sensei Wu took the letter and began to read it while Nya rushed to the computer. She quickly typed up something on the computer and groaned.

"They left their communicators at their rooms. What did Aya say in her letter?" Nya asked concerned.

"That she was invited to take part in a tournament. Her partner's brother was also taken" Sensei Wu said to Nya.

"That's horrible!" Nya exclaimed as Misako entered the cave.

"Have you heard anything?" Sensei Wu asked as he saw her coming towards us.

"Nothing. It's been days" Misako said with worry in her voice.

"As am I" Sensei Wu said as he gave her the letter.

"Oh. Nene. It is nice to see you and your team again" Misako said happily, "I just wish it could be under more pleasant circumstances"

"It is time to broaden our search" Sensei Wu said seriously.

"Well, then it's a good thing I made a mobile base in case the Destiny Bounty was ever out of commission. I call it the D.B. Express!" Nya said as she typed up a code to present a tank, "Mm, not married to the name"

Gracia let out a squeal as she ran in the tank. Hayakawa chased after her as Okuni approached me.

"I am going to stay back here. I don't think my services will be needed quiet yet" she said with a mischievously smile.

I will never understand her as I replied, "It is ok. We should be able to handle this just fine"

I walked into the base as Nya took the drivers seat.

"Find my family" Misako said in a pleading manner.

"We're on our way" Nya said determinedly as she drove off.

"Wherever they are, at least my brother is there to guide them" Sensei Wu said as Okuni smiled at the thought.

"This is my husband we're talking about" Misako said in a worried tone.

"I wouldn't worry too much about Sensei Garmadon. He's pretty wise and told me that he has everything planned out" Okuni said with a knowing smile as she walked to the computer.

As Nya was driving the tank, Gracia was wondering around excitedly as she looked at all the buttons. Hayakawa was trying her best to stop the young girl from touching any of the buttons.

"So, how's everything been on Ransei?" Nya asked curiously as she left the tank an auto.

"Ok. After Gracia stopped Da Ji, we've been able to rebuild a few damaged kingdoms and help our people" I told her calmly, "How have you been?"

Nya looked at her hands sadly as she answered, "Kai's been keeping touch with me about he's underground fighting matches.... And I really messed up... I just messed up everything between Jay and Cole"

Ah, love trouble. Hm, I am not sure how I can handle this. I've just been stuck with Hideyoshi while Aya has been with Motochika for a very long time. Hayakawa might have a crush on Hanbei, but I honestly don't know yet. I sat by the young samurai as Gracia tripped and fell on her face.

"I thought Cole liked-" Gracia began as Hayakawa covered her mouth quickly.

Gracia tried to shout out Seliel's secret as Nya looked at us confused.

"She was just grounded and got out of her father's castle. As for your love trouble, you just need to listen to your heart and see yourself with the person in the future" I advised, "For me, yeah, Hideyoshi is a complete idiot at times, leaves his kingdom, and goofs around. What made me realize I could be happy with him was how much he cares for his people, his good relationship with Hanbei and Kanbei, and how much he cares about what makes me happy. Find someone who is willing to support your happiness in your future"

I smiled as I thought about how Hideyoshi took care of me after Lord David and Lady Krystal took my kingdom. He then even took care of me when we had to report to Lord Nobunaga about our defeat. Hideyoshi always protected me and made sure I had a chance to be happy.

"So, I should choose someone who I can see with in the future? Someone who will take my happiness into an account?" Nya asked as she looked away from me.

"Yes. Someone who will make you happy and also see you in their future" I replied with a strong smile and motioned Hayakawa to take Gracia outside and explain the situation to her.

(Gracia's POV)

I honestly don't get what's so wrong about this. Nya should know about Seliel and how much she clearly cares for Cole. Heck! I am even pretty sure Cole cares for her! Ugh! Why are older teenagers so complicated? It shouldn't be that hard! Hayakawa pushed the latch open, and we were sitting outside.

"Ok, what is going on? Why can't I say anything?" I asked Hayakawa as I crossed my arms over my chest.

"Easy Gracia. Love is a very complex emotion. It is not easy to understand love" Hayakawa explained, "I don't think you'll understand the emotion of love when you get a little older"

"But I love you, my friends, and my father a lot! Is it that different?" I asked her in frustration.

"Yes. We are sisters. You have a very good relationship with your friends and love your family dearly. I do as well. However, it is a different love between two people who want to possibly spend the rest of their lives together" Hayakawa tried to explain.

I sighed. I don't think I will understand it just yet, but for now, I'll have to wait until I will understand love between two people. I hope that's a good feeling. Maybe I'll find someone too.

(Cora's POV)

I let out a yawn as I sat with Aya and Lloyd early in the morning. I think it was 5 am. I am not entirely sure. Either way, we have a match today in the jungle.

"There are enough Jade Blades in the jungle for everyone but one" Master Chen's voice echoed throughout the jungle, "FIGHT!"

"Seriously, how does he plan this?" I asked in a whisper as I walked ahead, "Hey, Lloyd where's your father? I thought he was helping us?"

"He's making sure Clouse isn't doing anything to hurt our chances of winning" Lloyd reassured me with worry in his eyes, "Are you sure you're ok? You look a bit out of it"

"Sorry, I had a little trouble sleeping after the whole scene we saw yesterday. I don't want to lose my powers" I admitted to him. '

"And we won't" Aya reassured me as she waved her hand towards a tree, "The Ninjas and I promise to make sure you and Lloyd will not lose your powers"

Darkness appeared from her hand and pulled the tree down towards us. Lloyd and I climb into the tree. Aya soon joined us and released her hold on the tree. We were looking over the entire jungle and saw a few Jade Blades in the distance. However, the Masters of Poison and Shadow were also heading towards the blades.

"I'll help you two get the blades" Aya said seriously as we climb out of the tree and went to get the blades.

I ran towards them as I created a powerful dark energy sphere. Lloyd had created his energy sphere. The two of us jumped in the air and threw our spheres to the ground. The spheres blew the Masters of Poison and Shadow away. The two of us then ran pass them to get the blades! We high fived in delight. I then turned to Aya who faced the two Masters.

"Don't worry about me. Just get to the throne and turn your blades in" she advised us.

Oh, no. I am not going to leave my friend behind. However, Lloyd took my wrist and pulled me away from her.

"Hey!" I said annoyed.

"We have to make sure we can stay in the tournament. Plus, Aya is super strong and can handle herself" Lloyd reassured me.

I sighed as I created my dragon. Lloyd's right. We have to survive each round.

"What?!" Lloyd exclaimed as he saw the dragon.

I was surprised. Can't he do this?

"Just hop on" I said seriously.

Lloyd just nodded as he jumped on the dragon.

(Jay's POV)

I was with Seliel and Cole. Kai followed Skylor and Masamune deeper into the jungle. You know what that means? A super awkward time! I don't know what I did... Cole's glaring at me while Seliel is warming up to me a bit. I feel like I did something wrong, and I just don't know what I did! I created a spark in my hand as I stepped forward.

"Do you guys see any Jade Blades?" I asked them as I turned around to face them which was a bad idea!

Seliel and Cole were not even facing each other! Uh! Think Jay! You're good at making distractions!

"No" Seliel said as she walked ahead of us.

I wanted to Cole and wanted to ask him something, but he kept a close eye on Seliel. Just then, the Master of Speed sped around her!

"Hey! What's going on?!" I shouted in a panic as I looked around.

"Let me out! Gah!" Seliel shouted as she suddenly stopped shouting.

My eyes widen in fear. He's trying to make Seliel suffocate! Cole was ready to charge in there and save her, but I ran in front of him.

"No! Wait! It's too dangerous to just charge in!" I shouted at him.

"Then what do you suggest we do? She's going to get hurt!" he shouted at me.

I began to think of a way to help her. I've got it!

"Cole strike the ground!" I shouted as I ran to the tree.

He was surprised, but he drew his fist back. Cole then punched the ground hard to make the ground shake. Griffen Turner tripped and fell forward. Cole then rushed to Seliel as I zapped Griffen Turner.

"Haha! Shocked?" I asked as I jumped from the tree.

Cole held Seliel close to him and went behind me. Griffen Turner spat at the ground and ran off. Sheesh! What was his deal with us?! I then heard Seliel coughing. She seemed surprised to be in Cole's arms, but she wasn't complaining. Oh! I get what she was trying to do before! Man, I am so stupid at times. I looked forward and pretended to not be paying attention to them.

"What happened?" she asked in a whisper.

"Griffen tried to suffocate you. It was thanks to Jay's quick thinking that you're safe" Cole explained with worry in his voice.

Yeah, that's right. Keep being concerned over each other. Wait, does Cole like her?! Then why did he get involved with Nya and I?!

"Hey! Jade Blades ahead!" Seliel pointed to a tree in the distance.

In the leaves of the tree were in fact four Jade Blades. I ran up the tree and took it down from the leaves. I handed two to Cole and held the other two in my hands. I just walked on ahead as Cole talked with Seliel the whole way back. What kind of best friend is he?

(Masamune's POV)

Sigh, when I said I wanted to help her make a friend, being a third wheel is not what I meant! She's not even that good looking! No one is as good as Lady Krystal's beauty. Either way, I was currently watching the red ninja talk to Skylor with the weirdest flirts. He and Magoicih would be terrible friends and scare or anger the women of both worlds.

"And then I saved my sister from the skeletons" Kai boasted as Skylor rolled her eyes at him in a happy manner.

Maybe I can blow them together or something. I don't know. However, I saw the loud, blue ninja coming towards us expect he wasn't being very loud... Something's going on.

"Jay! How are you?" Kai asked as he waved his hand to his friend.

Jay didn't respond... I snapped my fingers and created a gust of wind which blew him away! Kai was shocked and angry as he turned his attention to me.

"Why did you do that?" Kai asked as he lit his hand on fire.

"Because appearances are very deceiving" I said as I ran pass him and elbowed "Jay' away from us.

Instead of his usual high pitch voice, we heard a girl scream. I knew it.

"The Master of Form is always deceiving" I stated as I saw a Jade Blade under a root.

However, I felt someone run pass me. I turned around as I saw vines spring up from the ground! I gulped as the vines held me in place! It's Bolobo!

"Hey! Let them go!" Kai shouted as he lit both of his fists on fire.

I looked upward to see Skylor held by the vines. What is she doing?! She's supposed to stay in the tournament! This is not the time to get the attention of a guy you like! Kai lunged at Bolobo and slammed his fists on his staff! The staff was scorched, but Kai didn't let the fire burn Bolobo. Kai does have honor in his fighting style. He then swiftly kicked Bolobo away and chased after him. Well, he's gone. I then smelled something burning and turned my attention back to Skylor. She burst from the vines holding her and ran towards me.

"I suggest you figure out where the Jade Blade is instead of helping me get out of here" I advised her seriously.

"I should save my friend first" she said as she placed her hands on the vines and began to burn it.

At least she's starting to care about others.

"What about the friend you want to make? Or do you want to be more than friends with him?" I asked annoyed as I freed myself from the vines.

She hid her blushing face away from me as I rolled my eyes. Figures. I then felt myself getting lighter! I guess the Master of Gravity and Nature decided to try and tag team us! I then got an idea.

"Skylor! Give me your hand!" I shouted as I tried to reach for her.

"Ok!" she said as she grabs my hand.

A faint green light passes from me to her.

"Use Kai's fire!" I shouted as we raised our joined hand in the air.

"Got it! Fire!" she shouted in delight as I created a windstorm around us.

Skylor extended her other hand to shot fire at the storm. I waved my hand to use the wind to blow the fire around us. I honestly don't care about Chen's island, so I burnt down the area around us. I could hear the Master of Gravity yell as we fell to the ground. Looks like he released us.

"How did you learn to do that?" Skylor asked impressed.

"Next time stay focus and do not stare at your crush!" I scolded seriously as I marched forward.

I could hear her sigh in defeat as I continued to walk. She marched quietly behind me. Stupid temper of mine.

"I learned from Lady Krystal. Now, let's stay focus please. We still have a lot of work to do ourselves" I said softer as I turned to face her, "Sorry for shouting at you. You're just a good friend of mine. I don't want to lose you"

Her expression softened as she skipped to my side.

"Sorry. I don't have a lot of friends, so I don't know how to react to one. I'm sorry" she said to me.

"It's fine. I get mad easily. You don't have to worry about it too much" I said as we quietly looked around the burned jungle.

I soon found a couple of Jade Blades under the burnt root of a tree. I have a feeling that these two were taped to a tree. I handed one to her, and we made our way to the throne.

(Kai's POV)

I was not letting him out of my sight. I am going to get that blade and prove myself as one of the strongest fighters here! I continued to punch Bolobo's staff. I was so close to breaking it and landing a good punch at him, but Sensei Garmadon rushed towards us! I knocked me back as Bolobo ran away from us! Why did he do that?!

"Calm yourself!" Sensei Garmadon said seriously as he faced me.

I didn't realize how hot I felt. I mean, I normally feel hot but not that hot. That was weird.

"Kai, you need to calm yourself down! You cannot let your petty emotions keep you away from the real goal" he said seriously.

He's... right... That was a bit weird. I do want to prove I am strong, but I didn't realize I was close to pounding Bolobo away...

"Thank you, sensei" I said with a bow, "I need to control myself a bit"

"It's fine. I just don't want you to make the same mistakes as I once did" Sensei Garmadon said in relief as he took off in another direction.

"Where are you going?" I asked him surprised.

"I'll see if the others need any help. Find the Jade Blade and move on" Sensei Garmadon said as he continued to run away from me.

He's right. I have to keep my eyes on the main goal. We have to stop Chen! I ran towards the pond and looked around for a blade. You know, if I just stopped to look around, I would've seen the blade in the pond. Sigh, Sensei Garmadon was right. I saw a vine and used it to pull the Jade Blade from the pond. Well, I should head back and join up with the others. I wonder where Skylor and Masamune went. I thought they were behind me. I guess not...

(Aya's POV)

After I dealt with the Masters of Poison and Shadow, I went towards a deeper part of the jungle. There were a lot of vines here. I don't even know where to look. I suddenly felt a small dark presence behind me. I drew my fists back and turned around to see Sensei Garmadon.

"Oh, sensei. I'm sorry. I thought you were someone else" I said as I bowed to him.

"It's alright. I am just grateful you didn't use your powers on me" he said with a grin.

"Are my powers that dangerous?" I asked him surprised.

"No. They just remind me of the element of Darkness. Your element of Dark is just able to use anything around you, but the dark form of it" Sensei Garmadon explained, "It also reminds me of my time as Lord Garmadon"

He walked ahead of me as I followed him closely behind.

"Is there something about our powers that you are worried about?" I asked him.

"A little bit. When you, Nene, Hayakawa, and Gracia were taken to our world, your powers seem to have resonated with Cora's. However, Cora's powers are very similar to Lloyd's expect for the color" Sensei Garmadon said seriously, "I am wondering who her family is"

"I regret to inform you, sensei, but Cora doesn't have any family members alive. We all found her alone that day" I said as I pondered on her powers.

"That's a bit troubling. I am sure we can help her. I just hope her powers won't be too much for her to handle. It did take Lloyd a while to master his" Sensei Garmadon said.

"Don't worry. My friends and I will make sure she can control her powers" I said with a smile.

However, as Sensei Garmadon turned to face me, he froze in place as a red light shined over him. I quickly tensed up and looked around for the attacker. I placed my hands on the ground and used the dark element to make the earth break apart! I heard someone grunting and running. I swiftly turned my hands towards the attacker and made the earth trap him. I motioned my hands to pull the attacker towards me.

"Tadakatsu" I said as I crossed my arms over my chest.

The earth held his legs in place as he placed his hands on it. Sensei Garmadon was freed and pulled me away from Tadakatsu.

"You're an Elemental Master of Time" Sensei Garmadon said in a tense manner.

The earth shined a yellow color and fell apart!

"Hey! Aya!" Jay shouted loudly as he made his way over to us.

Sensei Garmadon shouted seriously, "Aya! Take Jay and get out of here!"

I could feel Sensei Garmadon's tension rise as he glared at Tadakatsu. Something is wrong about this. I can't leave them. I placed my hands on the vines and made the vines tie Jay up and away from the fight.

"What?! Why?!" Jay shouted annoyed.

"Just hang in there for a while" I said as I rushed back to the sensei.

Sensei Garmadon avoided Tadakatsu's punches. However, each punch was colored differently. Sensei Garmadon backed himself into a tree and moved away from the tree which made Tadakatsu punch the tree as his fist glowed green. The tree died away! I ran back into the fight as I picked up a stick. I made the element of dark gather towards the tip of the stick. Tadakatsu drew his fist back as a blue color shined. He tried to land a punch on Sensei Garmadon, but he continued to avoid the strikes. I ran behind Tadakatsu and swiftly pointed the stick at his back. A beam of dark energy shot out and knocked Tadakatsu away from us.

"You did not inform me that you had an Elemental Master of Time" Sensei Garmadon said as we cautiously approached Tadakatsu.

"To be fair, you never asked about the others who could wield elemental powers" I pointed out as I drew my stick to the ground.

"I don't understand it. How could you have one? Is he power hungry? Has he tried to harm any of you?" Sensei Garmadon asked with his voice filled with concern.

"Of course not. Tadakatsu is a proud father and future ruler to his kingdom. He takes pride in his powers" I stated seriously.

"Young Aya is correct" Tadakatsu said as he approached us without his fists changing colors, "I only came here to prove myself as a strong Master of Time. I have no intention of hurting others"

This left us in silence.

"How did you get to Ninjago?" I asked him seriously.

"This is Ninjago? I thought we were still in Ransei" Tadakatsu answered.

"Who took you here?" Sensei Garmadon asked.

"I was with Masamune. We both received invitations to come to this tournament and meet at a dock near Fountain. Clouse appeared through some kind of mystic like portal to take us to the docks" Tadakatsu answered.

I looked to Sensei Garmadon as I crossed my arms over my chest, "It appears Clouse was involved with this. Even he knew about Ransei. He asked for Tadakatsu when he had to kidnap my beloved's little brother"

"That's not good. If Clouse clearly knew about your world, then Chen does as well" Sensei Garmadon said as he stepped up to Tadakatsu, "This maybe hard to ask, but I need Aya in the tournament. We need to win this to stop Chen and whatever crazy plan he has cooked up for us"

I wasn't sure if Tadakatsu would listen to Sensei Garmadon. After all, Tadakatsu is a warrior filled with pride.

"If someone is threatening our home, then I will do everything I can to protect it. I don't want anyone to hurt my daughter's chances at being a wonderful queen" he said seriously as he turned his expression to me, "You must move on and stop this man. Then find Motochika's brother. You must do everything you can to protect our world, do you understand?"

I bowed to him as I answered, "Yes, I do. I will not let this treacherous man win"

Sensei Garmadon just smiled at the two of us. I glanced around and saw Jay still trapped in the vines. I ran over to the blue ninja and pressed my hands on the vines. Jay suddenly let out a huge gasp and breathed in a lot of air.

"Why did you leave me in there for so long?!" he shouted in a panic.

"Sorry, we had to make sure you were safe" I said as I noticed the two blades.

He handed me one as he turned to see Tadakatsu, "Uh, is he a friend?"

"Yes, but we have to hurry" I said as I helped the Master of Lighting to his feet.

The two of us were the last ones to arrive with the Jade Blades in hand. I heard our friends cheer as I turned around to see Tadakatsu facing me.

He nodded his head firmly as Chen shouted "Loser!"

Tadakatsu didn't yell as he fell through the trap door. I promise I will do everything I can to stop Chen.

(Lloyd's POV)

Another round, another elemental power lost. How are we going to stop him if we keep losing more allies?! Ugh, I wish I knew how I could stop Chen. I walked with my father as Aya walked in with Cora. I could tell those two had something on their minds, but they didn't want to share it. I won't pry.

"Breakfast is ready" Clouse announced as he let the rest of the elemental fights depart for their rooms or the dining hall.

"I'll be back!" Jay said excitedly as he ran to his room.

The rest of us made our way to dining hall to get some breakfast. Dad and I were about to be served when the chief refused to give some biscuits to my father.

"There's a valuable lesson, son. If you turn your back on your first evil sensei in an effort to go straight, you may not be served creamy biscuits" he taught me as he picked up his tray and went to sit with Aya, Cora, and Seliel.

Kai scooted next to me as I whispered to him, "Well, I know what we are being served. A whole bunch of baloney. This isn't a fighting tournament, it's an alibi for Chen to steal everyone's powers. But we still don't know why"

Kai replied simply, "Isn't it obvious? Chen wants to destroy New Ninjago City. I don't what it is, but that place has had a string of bad luck"

Cole interjected, "I'm not so sure. From what Sensei G's told us about him, I have a feeling it's something far more sinister"

Jay added as he was strutting in his bath robe, "Ann may I remind us, we still don't know where our missing friends are. Which is why we need all to take care of our first rounds to give us more time. Don't look at me. I've already moved on"

Cole pointed out angrily, "Your opponent got himself kicked out"

"Ha, ha. Either way, it's my day off" Jay said excitedly, "Extra creamy biscuits. And don't skimp!"

I was sitting next to Cora and my father while my Aya, Kai, and Seliel were sitting across from us.

"Taking a day off?" Cole said surprised and annoyed, "and here I thought ninja never quiet"

Oh, no. They're going to fight again. My dad walked out of the booth and went up to them. I saw Seliel looking away from them. What did she do to make this worse?

"And I used to think a ninja wouldn't steal your girlfriend?" Jay shouted angrily, "And then get used to make someone jealous!"

"Whatever you have to say to each other, say it now, because harboring grudges hurts no one but yourselves" my father advised.

"He's right. You should be preparing to fight your next opponent, not each other" I added from the booth.

That only seemed to make things worse. My father stood by the booth as we watched the two of them begin to argue.

"What grudge? I already dropped it" Cole said as he turned his head away.

"I dropped it first!" Jay shouted angrily.

The two of them began to push each other around and knock their food on the ground.

"I'm so sorry..." Seliel whispered to us sadly.

"What did you do?" Cora asked surprised.

"I tried to make Cole jealous by hanging around Jay, because I was a bit mad he had feelings for Nya..." she admitted to us.

"Yeah, you made things worse" Kai said as he ate his biscuit.

I rolled my eyes at them.

"You should definitely say something to them" Aya said seriously.

Her cold stare could just make a person freeze in place.

"She's right. Seliel, you need to say something to them about what you did. However, it is not entirely her fault. This tournament will test them. Either find a way for them to make peace, or neither of them will move on" my father said as he went to eat his rice.

Just then, Chen's voice boomed through the PA, "The Tournament of Elements continues. Fun Time! Would the following Masters please make their way to their assigned arena? Speed, Gravity, Smoke, Nature, Mind, oh, and last and hopefully not least."

"Hey! Maybe we all get the day off!" Cora said brightly as she tried to lighten the tension in our team.

"FIRE!" Chen shouted happily, "Remember, only one can remain"

Cora and I both heard a gasp and turned to see Skylor looking at Kai with concern while Masamune rolled his eyes. Skylor and Masamune seem like such a weird team. We finished our breakfast and made our way to the arenas. I just hope Kai doesn't let his temper get the best of him.

(3rd's POV)

The first round featured the fighters starring each other down. They were both underneath a cherry blossom tree while the rest of the fighters were sitting in the stands, watching their fight begin.

Chen introduced the first round of fighters, "Turner, Master of Speed, versus Gravis, Master of Gravity, FIGHT!"

The Master of Speed quickly sped to the tree while the Master of Gravity floated towards it.

"Gravis' control over gravity, it is a bit different from how Hayakawa controls hers" Cora whispered to Aya.

"Hayakawa just has to think about floating in the air. If anything, she uses her deku stick to help control her powers" Aya whispered back to Cora.

The Master of Speed continued to run around the tree while Gravis shook his head and continued to fly higher into the tree.

"Though I do find it odd that he shakes his head a lot" Aya pointed out, "Hayakawa clutches her hands tightly when she uses the power"

Griffen ran away from Gravis in the tree. Gravis floated towards the sun as Griffen swiftly sped in and kicked Gravis away! Griffen ran around Gravis, so Gravis took the tree branch and smacked the Master of Speed away.

"What, can't keep up?" Griffen taunted as he sped around Gravis, "I'm over here. Can't catch me!"

Gravis tried to fly back to the tree, but Griffen punched him away. Griffen pulled the branch back and had it smacked against Gravis. However, Gravis raised his hands to make the flowers float around them.

"Wow!" Cora said surprised.

"Could Hayakawa do that?" Seliel asked impressed.

"Sort of. She's still learning more about her power" Aya said.

"This doesn't look good" Griffen said as he saw the flowers.

Then, Gravis waved his hands to send the flowers towards Turner. Turner was being pelted by the flowers! Griffen sped around in a circle and ran away from the Master of Mind. Gravis just chuckled as he extended his hand to pull the Jade Blade towards him. However, the Master of Speed ran towards the blade and caught it! Griffen raised the Jade Blade in the air in triumph.

"Maybe Gravity isn't that strong of an element" Seliel said.

"No. It can be powerful like the other elements. It just takes time and patience" Sensei Garmadon said seriously, "Never underestimate anyone's element"

"Winner!" Chen shouted as he slammed his hand on the button to face Gravis, "Loser!"

A trap door appeared under the floating Master. Gravis just laughed as Chen hit another switch. A bag of sand fell from the sky and hit the Master of Gravity. He let out a scream and fell through the trap door.

"Huh. How many buttons does that man have?" Turner asked.

It was closer to dinner time when the Master of Mind and Nature were about to face off. There was a large stone between them where the Jade Blade was placed.

Chen shouted loudly, "Neuro, Master of Mind, versus Bolobo, Master of Nature. Fight!"

Neuro quickly placed his hands on his head and starred at the Master of Nature.

"It's just like Gracia's!" Cora whispered to Aya.

"They call this a fight?!" Lloyd exclaimed annoyed.

"Wait for it" Aya said with a smirk growing on her face.

Neuro's eyes were wide with realization as he jumped up to step on a growing vine! Cora cheered for Neuro, because his actions reminded her of Gracia's fighting style. Neuro then let the vine grow high enough to reach the rock where the Jade Blade rested on. Neuro then climb on the rock as he tried to reach for the blade. Bolobo then slammed his staff on the ground to make a vine grow underneath him. The vine took him to the blade.

"Ah!" Neuro shouted as Bolobo cast a vine to wrap around him!

However, Neuro placed a hand on his head to send a powerful wave towards Bolobo. The Master of Nature was blown to the ground as Jay gasped in shock.

"In my defense, Gracia is way stronger" Cora said strongly.

"Never underestimate the power of the mind" Sensei Garmadon chimed in.

Neuro jumped from the rock and continued to send a strong wave to Bolobo. However, Bolobo moved away and wiped his staff at the Master of Mind to make vines appear and hold Neuro.

"I didn't see that coming" Neuro said as the vines held him down.

Cora rolled her eyes as she stated firmly, "Yep, Gracia's definitely strongly"

"In man vs. nature, nature usually wins" Lloyd pointed out.

Bolobo made sure he could hold Neuro down as he waved his hand to create another vine grow towards the Jade Blade. Neuro slammed his hands on his head to send a powerful wave to cause a powerful headache to form in Bolobo's head! Bolobo groaned as he placed his hands on his head and dropped his staff. Neuro jumped on him and then climb the vine to pull the Jade Blade out of the rock!

"Huh. He's not that bad" Cora said surprised.

"I think I underestimated the true powers of the mind" Lloyd said sheepishly.

"Just be lucky Gracia didn't hear you say that" Aya said as she clapped.

"Ha, ha! Gracia would've probably given you a piece of her mind!" Jay said with a laugh as the rest of them groaned.

"Winner!" Chen declared as he slammed his hand on the button and faced Bolobo, "Loser!"

A trap door opened underneath Bolobo, and he was eliminated for the tournament.

"The Master of Mind moves on!" Chen said in delight.

(Kai's POV)

Ok, it was close to midnight, and here I was, standing on a bridge over a pit of lava facing the Master of Smoke. The Jade Blade was in the middle of the bridge. How on earth does his island have this? Also, when did he have time to make it? I put my bandana over my mouth to get ready.

"Kai, Master of Fire, versus Ash, Master of Smoke. FIGHT!" Chen shouted.

I ran towards the blade as Ash jumped from side to side on the bridge causing it to shake! I gripped the sides of the bridge as I saw the Jade Blade fall to a piece of land over the lava. Oh, come on! Ash ran over the bridge as I climb underneath it.

"Come on Kai, you can do it" Lloyd encouraged as I was growing closer to Ash.

I used my whole strength to kick through bridge and hurl myself forward. I then tried to kick him, but he puffed away in smoke! I turned around to see him appear with smoke swirling around him. Ash then threw a smoke ball at me. I coughed as I blocked it and then flipped forward and tried to kick him. Ash then disappeared in smoke which made me land on my side on the wooden bridge hard! He then reappeared behind me and laughed! I slid towards him, but he just disappeared in smoke! Every time I launch a punch and kick, he would just laugh and disappear in smoke! Ugh! That's annoying! He reappeared behind me and swiftly kicked my back hard! I turned around to see him launch a powerful punch at my chest!

"Ugh!" I groaned as I was launched through the bridge and broke all the wood.

I then quickly grab a loose floorboard and to stop myself from falling into the lava. Ok, this is really dangerous! I glanced up to my friends with their concerned expressions. Hehe, Skylor was even worried for me. I then heard Ash chuckle as he threw another smoke ball at me. I swung myself around to avoid his attack until the board broke! I quickly grab onto the longer piece and saw the lava.

"Kai!" Cora and Skylor shouted with worry.

Cora was probably saying that out of concern. She cares a lot about Lloyd, but I am hoping Skylor was saying my name out of love. I then launched myself in the air and used Spinjtzu to break the remaining board pieces. Ash was still avoiding my attacks! I launched a kick, but I went right through him!

"Come on, Kai. Use your power" Lloyd urged me.

Oh, man. I am getting taught by a 10-year-old... Well, I lit my hands-on fire and threw the fire ball at him. Ash disappeared in smoke as my fire began to catch the bridge on fire. I didn't notice. I was too busy focusing on Ash.

"Hey!" Cora shouted as she noticed Clouse doing something.

"No magic!" Chen shouted at Clouse.

However, Ash disappeared and reappeared behind me. He held me back as I threw a fireball at the bridge. The ropes holding the bridge was burnt to ashes and fell apart. I elbowed Ash and ran forward. I flipped forward as Ash jumped to the side. I landed on a piece of land away from the blade and faced Ash. We both lunged at each other and blocked each other's strikes. We knocked each other away and then charged back at each other! I can't keep this up! Ash was pushing me back! Ash and I looked at the blade. I got an idea! I need to make him disappear! I pushed him towards the edge of little piece of land to make the Master of Smoke disappear. He then reappeared in between the me and the blade. I lit my hands-on fire and threw another fire ball at him. Ash disappeared in smoke, and I flipped forward to grab the blade. I landed on the piece of land and held in the blade in the air. I could hear my friends cheer! Oh, I could get used to this!

"Winner!" Chen shouted as he pressed a button, "Loser! Master of Fire moves on!"

Phew! That was bit too hot for my taste. Man, I need a break.

(Skylor's POV)

I am so relieved Kai is still in the tournament. However, my father had summoned Masamune and I to the throne room. I wonder what he is planning. We saw Clouse at my father's side looking very upset.

"Master, it was the ninja who snuck into our ceremony" he said annoyed, "yet we allow them to move forward. I beg you, let me use my sorcery and put an end to this"

"No!" I exclaimed.

Masamune quickly stepped forward as he said, "What your wonderful daughter is trying to suggest is that we need them in the tournament and destroy them from the inside. After all, it would be better to divide them up than to have them eliminated"

"He's right! I like him!" my father said in delight as he pointed at him, "We will use your magic in time. We have other ways to whittle them down. Like using a pervious affair to break them! Perhaps it's time to switch things up"

I don't want my father to hurt them! Masaume gripped my wrist tightly. I glanced at him. Clouse left to change the board. We both followed him as I growled at him. He made the bracket show Cole fighting Jay.

"This should break them!" Clouse said in delight as he then left us.

I wanted to change it, but Masamune held me back!

"Why?!" I shouted at him as he motioned me to keep my voice down.

"I know you want to change it, and I do too, but if I am going to help you get out of here, you have to play by your father's rules a little longer" he said to me seriously.

"It's not fair. I don't want to hurt them. I don't want to him! This isn't right! How long am I going to be under his rule?!" I shouted at my friend as I felt tears rolling down my cheeks.

"Not for long" he reassured me as he placed a hand on my shoulder, "We just have to find the right moment. However, we just have to wait. We have to get out of here. Let's go and check on Lar"

He's right... I can't be thinking selfishly. We have to get out of here... Masamune and I made our way to the dungeons with a bundle of food and water. I swiped the keys from the guards and unlocked his cell. Lar moved his messy blonde hair out of his face and smiled at us.

"How's it going little guy?" Masamune asked as he handed him a whole loaf a bread.

"A little cold and crowded. More Elemental Masters are here. However, they won't let me work in the factory as much because of Tadakatsu" Lar said as he sat next to Masamune.

"I figured as much. Tadakatsu is pretty strong. Nothing can beat him" Masamune said in delight as he looked at me, "You should've seen Skylor. She's clearly head over heels for the Master of Fire here"

I could feel my face heat up with embarrassment. How dare he!

"Well, at least I can live my life without having to mention the lady I am clearly in love with" I joked as I sat next to Lar.

Lar burst into a fit of laughter as he held his side, "Lady Krystal is the best! She's superior to everyone!"

I added in delight and mimicking tone, "She's a better elemental master!"

Masamune rolled his eyes at us as he then pulled Lar in for a noogie. The three of us laughed and goofed around together until Masamune and I had to leave. We locked the door until Masamune snapped his fingers.

"Come with me" he said excitedly as we went to the factory.

He swung the wooden door back and ran into the factory to find Tadakatsu. He pulled the bulky man back and towards a corner.

"We need a favor" Masamune said as he whispered to Tadakatsu about the situation we had.

"Alright. I will look after Lar with my life" he said as he lowered his head at Masamune.

I was surprised to see a man that massive bowing to Masamune. Masamune smiled and then took me away from him. Tadakatsu went back to work in the factory.

"So, he's with us?" I asked him confused, "Why did he bow to you?"

"Yep! I am very good friends with his father. I am above him in the ranks of warlords" he explained as he got us out of the factory.

We then went to the bracket as the other fighters began to gather around it.

"What's all the commotion about?" Jay's voice pierced through the crowd.
