*Kaiba's POV*

Once I joined Joey in the car, we started off in the main city. Nothing seemed wrong so we went to the side of the city. I remember when Yami was younger and we came here, some gangs tried to make us crash. It was as calm as a meadow, which was kind of disturbing to me... "Driver we need to go closer to the palace," I said and we changed direction. 

The driver took us to Tyke's little favorite spot and nothing seemed wrong, just the usual city light. "Well everything seems to be good. Is there any other places that we need to check?" Joey asked and I checked my phone for the list of places and it seems like everything was done.

"Seems like we're good, I guess now we can head back," I said and Joey nodded his head. "Hey driver, we can head back now. We're all done."

"Um...excuse me Master Kaiba, but there is someone on the road in front," he said and when I looked in the front I did see someone. I got out the car and went over to the man.

"Hello Sir is everything alright?" I asked and the man stayed silent. He doesn't look like a normal person...but what is someone doing just standing here. I saw something shine sticking out from  his pocket and got a little nervous. "Sir is there something wrong?" 

"Yes, yes there is," he said and reached down into his pocket. He grabbed the object, which was a gun and pointed it right at my head. "You are standing in the way of Master Pegasus!"

I ducked down before he shot and grabbed his hand with the gun. "Sorry but-" I said and threw him over my back and he landed hard on the ground.  "If you're trying to fire at me then your arm shakes too much."

"Seto! What the hell was that!?!" Joey yelled and came out of the car and practically jumped on me. I could feel him shaking, that must of spooked him.

"Hold on give me a minute. Hey bring a pair of handcuffs!" I yelled and the driver came and handcuffed him. Joey just kept his arms wrapped around me, trembling like a scared puppy. 

"Hey calm yourself," I said and hugged him back trying to calm him down. He soon stopped shaking but didn't let go of me. "We need to get back to Yami and say what's happened." Joey nodded in my chest and when he looked up I kissed him on his forehead. "Hey look I'm fine he didn't get me."

"Not yet..." the guy under my feet said and started to chuckle like a mad man. "Master Pegasus will come for you and your precious Prince. AND YOU WILL ALL BE DEAD!! DEAD I TELL YOU!"

"Oh shut up," I said and punched him knocking him out. "We'll take him to the prison not too far from the palace."

Joey nodded at me and went back to the car first while I grabbed the man and threw him into the truck. I sure hope Tyke's ready to fight...because we may not have any time left...

*Yami's POV*

"Finally! I'm done!" I yelled to myself and laid down on the table. Everything had been looked over and signed, I shouldn't have any for a while!  I wonder what Yugi is up to? Might as well go find him. As soon as I stood up I heard my back crack and fell to the ground in agony. I heard the door opened and looking up I saw Yugi at the door. 

"Hey. Why are you on the floor?" he asked and came over to me after closing the door. He knelled down to me and put a hand on my back. I winced in the pain and he let out a laugh. "Do you have any cream for your back?"

"Yeah I should do, in the drawer at my desk." I said and just gave up and fully lay down on the ground. I heard Yugi opening the drawer and rummaged around until he found something and came back to me. 

"I'll roll  up your shirt so it will easier, or would it better if you had it off?" he asked and didn't realize what he said. By the time he had we were both crimson red in the face. "A-Ah sorry it's fine if you don't want to."

"No it'll be alright. I don't want this shirt covered in the cream," I said and tried to take it off but pain shot up and down me. "I-It's kind of hard..."

Yugi grabbed the bottom of my shirt and looked at me. "I'll give you a hand." he said and I nodded letting him take it off. I laid back down with my back up.

Yugi popped the bottle top and poured some of the cream on my back. It was freezing so when it hit my back I shivered a little. "Don't be a wuss, it won't take long," he said and started to rub the cream all over. It tickled at first but then turned to relaxing. "You alright?"

"Yeah, thanks for doing this. What did you do by the way?" I said and felt him slow down his movement a little.

"Well I haven't looked at my deck for a while so I had a duel. Turns out that some of the staff here do Duel Monsters," he said. I heard knocking on the door and before I could speak, it opened with Seto on the other side.

"U-Uh am I interrupting something...?" he said and Yugi shot up from my back. He tried to speak but nothing came out and Seto started to laugh. "See when you two are done come find me, it's urgent."

"No just talk here. What's up?" I said and put my arms under my head, lifting me up from the ground a little.

"Pegasus is making his move, one of his men tried to gun us down," he said and fear sunk into me. I looked at Yugi and he didn't have any expression on him. "We'll talk later once you finish here." With that Seto left and Yugi came back down to me.

"Your back should be fine now, sit up for a minute," he said and grabbed my arms. He helped me up and grabbed my shirt putting it over my head. "I'll go wait with Kaiba." He left the room and I fixed myself and got up. So Pegasus, is this war that you are trying to start? I'll warn you know...you won't win if you continue...

0-0 Things are heating up once again. I wonder how Atem is doing? Not really much to say here but IT HAS BEGUN!!
