I've been riding all night,when light started to peak above the clouds. I searched London high and low and once again I still had no suitable Governance for Victorianne. Most of them where too young or too old ,not strict enough and not kind enough.My Head started to ache with frustration, walking up the steps I'm met with one of my servants with a letter in hand. "Pardon me master Dalton , a letter from James Harrison. A quick nod excuses her back to her duties. Carrying the letter into my study I pour my self a glass of whiskey when I crack the wax seal open  while taking a quick sip as I read.

 "My Dear Friend  Ed 

,I am hereby writing to inform you of administering a girl into your care, after our encounter at the Greenwich Bizarre.I saw her being maliciously attacked by a local drunk. As you where the closest I thought who better person I should choose until she could recover under your care.

 I scrunched the letter in anger while sculling the last shot in my glass.Slamming it down on my desk I head out of the my study and walk through the hall."who was this girl, if I had known any better , it would be James setting me up for another match.

Im taken back by a large bang that is coming from my upstairs library. Racing up the stairs I see through the slightly parted door, my brother talking to who looks like one of my maids.Slamming the door open I see the sight of their shocked expressions.

"Brother"  ,I nod what I see next chills me."YOU!" . My eyes drift up and lock onto the familiar beauty. My thoughts are broken when suddenly she breaks an escape, not today darling. I shoot back forcing her stuck to the door.

 I could smell a scent of fresh flowers,looking closer I could see her swollen broken lip and purple bruising all along her jaw. Her mouse brown hair flowing past her shoulders."Didn't I tell you I'd make your life a living hell if I were to see you again!?" I warned in a huff.Was I angry at myself for leaving her there helpless when all of this could have been avoided.

Grabbing her chin, I start  looking at her poor broken purple skin.I could feel my anger boiling. "Who did this to you!?" I Shout.

"Don't you dare pretend to care!!"She chokes out.  Her face starts to redden with anger." If I knew it was going to be you , I would have turned away at first light. I wouldn't be here staring at your Disgusting face! Now just let me the hell go" She spat out. 

 There was a look ofPain in her eyes , looking down at her uniform she looked like she didn't belong here, or belong as my servant.I lean closer to her lips while whispering in her ear.  

          " Since I'am a generous man, I will let you forgo a second chance, I expect your full obedience and respect. If there is any funny business -" 

I lean back out while standing straight. "Then you'll answer to me , do you understand?" A slight role of her eyes whilst returning a swift nod. "Yes".

"Yes what!?" I demand while holding my hands arms behind my back . "Yes,,, Sir" she quietly said under a low breath, while looking in any direction but my own.She then swiftly opens the door and runs down the stairs.

Turning around I'm met with my  brothers Mischievous gloat. "Why  she is definitely something" he slithers out while taking hit top hat off the table."What do you want Henry!?" I force out under  sigh.  Pretending to look hurt,"Can't a man see his own brother ?Henry scoffed." Our evening dinner party isn't until 2 more nights. I Express while looking him straight in the eye.         

"Well not everything goes to plan now does it" he winked."Whats her name by the way?"I Gave him a look of warning.

"Thats none of your business brother. I don't condone any personal affairs to happen to her while she is under my roof. Do you understand !?" He nodded with a smirk,while returning his top hat and leaving the room.
