Cursed Place

Curse's POV (First person because I'm bored)

I flew into the court house, phasing through the window with ease. Zee finished tending Grian's wounds and the other Grian was a bit more tamed. Mini and Solidarty still shooting worried glances at him. It felt odd to feel two different yet familiar bonds, I could barely fly straight due to the two forces trying to drag me towards them. I sighed.

"I'm sorry..." I mumbled as I landed on the floor next to Grian and Zee.

Grian tilted his head towards me, "How come?" He asked through a thought.

"I didn't help much... You could've died... and that would've messed everything up," I clarified, "That could ruin my entire purpose here... I'm so sorry."

Grian only looked at me and sighed, "You know it's not your fault... right? I was the only who time traveled anyways. It's my debt I need to pay."

I nod, "Just please... don't die yet. I'd cost me a arm and a leg if you do that right now-"

Grian, the other one, the one from the past, snapped. Pulling out an axe and swung it at Mini who had his sword. The axe hit his honey-brown-hair-covered head hard and he fell back and hit his spine on a chair. A loud crack and scream echoed through the halls. My pale eyes widened as Mini disappeared into his items in a puff of smoke. I hissed and arched my back at Past Grian, in a puff of black smoke I leapt towards the 5 feet tall blonde and bit his right arm. Zee and Solidarty, now taken by surprise, jumped up and pulled out their swords. I quickly let go of Grian's bloody arm and ran towards Zee and bit onto the very bottom of his pants, trying to drag him out of the hall.

"COME ON!" I hissed through my physical teeth, every time I tuck on his pants, it felt like my white teeth were threatening to pop out of their gums. God I hate using my physical form, "There's no time to explain! Just get away from him, we can't win a fight against a corrupted soul!"

Zee glanced at Taurtis who was crying even harder. Solidarity was now fending off Grian while EVERYONE just STOOD THERE and IGNORED ME. Grian reached for me and plucked me off of Zee's pants, I hissed and wiggled out of his glitchy grip. Zee jogged over to Taurtis and helped him up, they run out of the hall.

"Come on Solidarity! GET OUT!" Zee shouted.

Solidarity blocked another blow from the corrupted Grian and kicked him away, racing after the two. I look at Grian and shoved him out impatiently. He got up and lagged his way out. I fluttered my black-green hummingbird wings and zipped after them. I could sense the other Grian getting closer and closer to the running Evolutionists. I lead them into the underground network of secret tunnels. Zee has been breaking ladders and placing blocks on our way down, once we gathered up at the bottom, I drag Grian away from the rest.

Grian shot me a confused glance and I looked around, "Just... make yourself def for a few seconds!"  After, I rush back to the rest and look at Zee, "Zee, you take Taurtis and go to Taurtis Land. Solidarty, go get Mini and the others and bring them to there as well. Got it?"

They nodded, they walked around and read the signs before rushing in through their respective tunnels. I sighed and flutter back to Grian, who was confused. He shoot a purple-green-orange look at me and sighed. He removed his cut-up hands from his ears.

I shook my head, "I don't want to take risks, if both of you are linked together, the Grian that's the hunter can get a cheat-sheet of where his prey are heading to if you heard all that."

He nodded, "̸̡̮͖̝̪̹̼͍̯̿̐̇͠N̷̦̦̮̲̖͖̰͍̪̝̥̯̯̥̍̇̽̃̑̌͒̊̕͠͝ó̶̡̫͇̯͖̹̪̣̞̝́w̸̡̨̬͈͔̭̥͉͓̱͎͆̄̀̽͊̈́̃̈́̐͆͋̌̄̕ͅͅ ̵̩̭̙̝̅̽̎̌̃͗̏̃͛̀͠͝w̵̹̼͖͍̼̠͚̠̩̃h̴̡̡͙̹͔̲̜̹̺͔̫̺̝͊͆͌͊̋͒̈̏̋̓͝ͅe̴̡̬̜̫̲̱̹͚̝̳̾̆͋̋͌̾̌̕ͅr̴̛̗͍̝̪̖̙͕̟͇̺̯͉͍͕̳̀̾̆̀̆̇̃͊̅̈́͘͘e̶̢̩̭͇͇͓̱͖̾̌́̓͐͛̆̋̅̔̽́͜͝ ̵̤̥̦͔̀̔͑̌̓̀̀́̓̊͠͠͝d̴̡̢̛̠͇̰̹͚̭̣̺̞̼͌̔̐͐͂̚͠ơ̸̡̻̰̦̟̳̟͈̯̦̂̉̽͂̅̑͋̀͊̅̏̓̈ ̷̖͖̞̼͇̹͋̒̀̔́͂͊̓͛̃͛͋͜͝͠Ĩ̴̧̟̞͖̼͇͉̑͂͛͋͊̾̏̑̄̈́ ̸̩͈̔͊́̊̃̀͂͗͜g̶̞̖̫̪̥͉̻͓̫̹͉̥̀̀̒͗̓ͅö̸̧̦͖̘̜͈̼̤̣͕́̆̕?̵̯̾͌̒̅́̚͝͝"̷͍̉̄̀̀̈́͊̂̓

A black circle of void appeared next to me, I pulled out a blind fold and tied it around Grian's eyes and ears, "All you need to do, is be quiet and follow my guide. Simple enough, right?"

Grian nodded, and I lead him through a tunnel that lead towards Netty's tree house. I had already planned out what to do, both of the Grians will get confused that'd effect the chances of the-Grian-that-wants-to-kill-us finding where all of the Evolutionists are hiding. We finally arrived at Netty's tree house, I only lead Grian towards back to the train station, by then, the other Grian surely will have taken the wrong tunnel. I nudged the blonde into a minecart and hastily pushed the circle of minecarts, slowly but surely, Grian's minecart started to move and gain momentum. I smiled a invisible smile and zipped towards the minecart.

Soon, Pumpkin Tunnel came into view, I forcefully nudged Grian off of the minecart and lead him away from the train tracks and towards the seashore. (Gahhhhh, I forgot where Taurtis Republic is, in fact, I don't remember if G MADE a tunnel to his base. I forgot and I'm too lazy to check again... I'm sorry lol :') ) I slowly lead Grian towards Taurtis's base, hopefully this wild goose chase will prevent another attack, as well as buy enough time for the Dreamers and the Vyrmms to set the world back on track. I sighed and told Grian to stay still, I revert back to my spiritual form and poked around a hill. There I found most of the Evolutionists, I floated back to Grian and took my physical form again, I nudged Grian towards the hiding hole. I pawed at a few stone blocks.

"Hey, it's me, Curse. I have a delivery." I said impatiently, A two-block hole opened up and Zee's face light up. He quickly took Grian inside, he beckoned me to follow inside, I shook my head instead. I have other things to do. "And remember, whatever you do, do NOT take the blind fold off of him."

Zee and the rest of the Evo members nodded, Zee blocked off the hole again and I stood there in silence. I breathed in and disappeared from the doomed server.

--- (third person because it makes more sense that way lol- Also, no glitch text... I'm too lazy to do that XD)

Curse opened it's pale eyes and breathed in. They stood in a giant palace, overflowing with brightness. Curse sighed and flapped it's now-golden humming bird wings, floating towards it's destination. The bright cat was then faced to two large, pale doors. Curse floated back onto the ground, prepared itself and pushed through the doors. The spirit animal ducked it's head down, partly because it'd get blinded by light if it did so and partly because it was rude in this realm. As the bright cat bowed, it sat in silence as it waited for the two tall, bright figures finished their job. Suddenly, the two winged figures' heads rose up.

"Yes, Curse?" The Butterfly-Winged one asked, "What do you have to say?"

"Uh... not much, I'm sure Code-Viper said this already but the two Grians are kinda dying... and uh..."

"Curse." the tallest figure hissed, their eagle wings flaring up.

The spirit animal gulped, "Yes, sir...? I- I mean Dreamer?"

"Quit the childish tone, this is serious! Unless you want to be replaced and thrown away into the Corruption Realm, I recommend speaking in a more ClEaR manner!" the Dreamer boomed, it's wings spread in a aggravated stance.

The other Dreamer put a hand on the other's shoulder, "Xela- don't be so harsh on Curse. I know you're scared, we all are." Xela hissed but didn't interrupt the other either wise. "Curse, anything else?"

"O-oh... um... I've done my assignment, the wild-goose chase has been set up. I'd estimate it'll take Past Grian about 2 days to find them, AT MOST."

Xela growled, even though it's top half of it's face was obscured by a porcelain mask, it was still obvious that they were still upset. "I knew your plan was the worst out of all of our options, Zena. If we knocked him out, it'd buy us a few more hours!"

"We don't want to hurt Pesky Bird, Xela!" Zena said, fluttering their yellow butterfly wings, "Please... just be happy with the amount of time we have left..."

Xela sighed, silence fell over the 3 beings. At last, the eagle-winged Dreamer waved Curse away, "You're dismissed."

Curse nodded and paced away from the Dreamers' balcony-perch. The hummingbird-cat animal shut the doors and floated away from the doors with a sigh. Curse always wondered why the halls of this Dreamer Fortress were always this empty. Maybe it was because each entity had access to one hallway? And maybe each hallway lead to the balcony? It could explain the size of the fortress. The spirit shrugged, it didn't have access to most of the fortress anyways, so there's no way Curse would know the answers to all it's questions. Curse sighed again, it hated visits to the Dreamers, the only nice one was Zena and it hated how it was.

Curse didn't want to be reset nor replaced. It was scary, a being without a purpose... they all went to the Corruption Abyss. It wasn't pretty, the place where things would disappear from the fabric of reality, forever forgotten by mortals. The main scary part was that... once you died in that hell-hole, you're gone, you can't come back. No one would remember you, every remaining memory tied to you would be replaced or erased. It was scary. Curse didn't want to feel that, it didn't want to be alone, or forever forgotten. It was terrifying, it was what kept workers like Curse in place. Curse hated it, but the spirit animal loved it's job, the scary job that was so amazing. Curse sighed, it knew that it'd fade away at some point, nothing lasted in this twisted multiverse.

Curse breathed in the air of the Dream Realm one last time before warping back to Evo, the white and golden hybrid disappearing from the realm of the Dreamers.

================================================================================

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, it's short and I'm sorry. For I might miss class and get a tardy. Oh well, at least you have 2 chapters to feast on, both on a cat-story and this very fan-fiction. If you are wondering why I speak in rhyme, it's really because it's just rhyme-time. Anyways, I shall flee, for if I am late, I'll never be free.
