"your eyes and thighs makes me weak, baby"

────────── · · · · ✦

Jungkook huffed out an annoyed sigh, looking around his messy bedroom. Nevertheless, he just plopped down on his bed, after taking a shower, with a book in hand to distract his mind from a certain dream of this morning.

Lately, he has been experiencing dreams. Weird dreams to be exact — as if he was seeing through someone else's perspective or vision. Someone who often goes deep into the forest to admire a water stream along with a small pond — the pond oddly looks similar to the dream where he had seen Taehyung in his dreams. Unrealistic but he feels some attachment to the place.

He also vividly recalls another dream where he met with a pair of fierce yet beautiful amber eyes which looked similar but doesn't belong to Taehyung as it belonged to a tiger — walking in long and slow strides on its forelimbs on the riverside. Moreover, it wasn't even a normal tiger but double the size of a normal tiger from appearance - heavy claws, huge fangs and muscled legs.

Sounds weird, right? For a tiger to appear in his dreams. But dreams are said to show a part of our life from what we desire to what we see through our perspective.

However, Jungkook doesn't believe it. He ran his fingers through the wet locks while a soft sigh left from his lips because the book wasn't helping him. He still could feel his mind clogged with thoughts about the dream.

A dream which forced him to take shower as soon as he opened his eyes with heavy breathing and desperate for air, and a bead of sweat on his forehead and a wet patch on his shorts.

Jungkook laid down on his bed, hand still holding the book, however, his concentration was somewhere else. Somewhere where a whisper reached his ear before his back landed against the bed duvet, body heating up just feeling another body's weight dips on him.

Cheeks blooming the colour of cherry as soon as their lips met each other, fingers intertwined and he was held intoxicated by the taste of those lips. Sweet and unfettered against his mouth. His wrists were pinned down — so pliant, letting the male on his above do everything he wanted. Tongue slides, skin burns and large hands groping his thighs as his chest heaves in desperation under the moonlight. Bodies pressed against each other that their silhouettes look like a single person — two souls making their way to united through pleasure points—

The book in Jungkook's hand fell on his face, snapping him out of his reverie and making him groan while his cheeks turned crimson.

I definitely should stop reading Michael Faudet, he thought as they were nothing but provoking his needy self (which he doesn't bother to admit). Putting the book away from him, he rolled over his bed — laying on his stomach and legs up, slightly wiggling in the air. He was blushing like a teenage girl in love.

Taehyung.

Kim Taehyung. As his name came into his mind he could only think of soft glowing amber eyes, like whiskey swirling in cut glass. He held him underneath his gaze before slowly unfolding him. Lascivious lips which almost caress every inch of his skin — sending the sensation to his lower region and straining his pants. And of course, it happened only in his dreams.

Ever since Taehyung gave a hickey to him, they grew closer and more clingy to each other. Besides being a charismatic and flirtatious man, he learned that Taehyung enjoys long drives/walks, stargazing, plants and animals, archery and what not. Oh, have Jungkook mentioned that Taehyung's brain works differently considering the academic validation that he gained in a few months in school. So it feels wrong when he imagined Taehyung above him, reaching for every inappropriate place and making him whine in desperation for touches.

He could affirm that Taehyung wasn't a drug lord or either a terrorist now. But someone mysterious on his own. From the way, his brown eyes would warm up turning into amber to the way his instincts would react with everything especially whenever Jungkook's around him. He becomes more protective, more possessive and more intimidating that it could scare any poor soul.

Jungkook pushed himself out of the bed, leaving the roaming thoughts right there, to eat his breakfast and rearrange his bedroom. Thankfully it's the weekend so he doesn't have to rush to do the chorus. But weekends were the only days when he didn't get to see Taehyung - the sudden thought caused a pout to form on his lips.

ding.

Jungkook let out a smile. Sometimes Taehyung's bluntness makes him question his existence. Although he loves how straightforward Taehyung is. So he decided to mess up with him a little bit.

He knew Taehyung was joking about it, however, it upsets him more to admit that quite badly he wanted to see him or be with him, even for a few minutes. Nowadays, he has the urge to wear Taehyung's scent all over himself and display the hickey to everyone without hesitation. He's been acting peculiar as his mind could only think about one thing. Just Taehyung Taehyung and Taehyung into his mind. While he failed to comprehend new changes in him.

ding.

Jungkook bites down on his smile while his ears turn crimson, even though no one was home. His stepmother went to her office while his father was abroad for business trips as always. He went upstairs to dress up as soon as he read the message.

↭↭↭↭↭

Taehyung stopped at a flower shop to get some pink lilies for his beloved mate — Jungkook. The sweet and refreshing aroma and the fragrance of flowers reached his nose as he walked into the shop.

"Pink lilies? Any special occasion, young man?" The florist asked while binding the flowers for a bouquet. She had a soft grin and looked like in her early 40s — a human. She seems to be working here alone as his eyes wander around and find no other soul.

"No special reason,"

"Ah," She uttered, a smile stretching out on her lips. "It's rare to see nowadays people taking flowers for their beloved one for absolutely no reason. Your partner must be a lucky one."

"You can conclude that I'm the lucky one here," Taehyung said, earning a laugh from the lady. He took the flowers and paid for them, slightly admiring them before giving them to the prettiest man in the world.

"You aren't a human, are you?" The question made Taehyung's gaze pry off the flowers to the lady in front of him - alerting his animal instincts. It was rare for humans to recognize them as the wereanimals have blended perfectly into human society — adapting everything that a human could do. Except for some human authorities, none of the humans has the idea that mythical creatures are veracious — to maintain the power and peace between humans and wereanimals through an accord.

"Neither a lycan nor a werewolf,"

Taehyung's nose could never betray discerning the difference between a human and a werewolf. However he could get the familiar pheromones of a feline animal from the woman — her partner probably could be a wereanimal. She was marked and mated to a feline animal.

"A tiger." Weretigers ranked first — the royal blood — out of the feline community. They were considered strong, ruthless, ambitious and knew how to take control of the throne.

The woman dropped the pair of flowers that she was binding for some other customers. Eyes widening while lips parting — appears that she was unable to utter anything further.

"Who are you?" Taehyung asked, eyes darkening - radiating an intimidating aura off him.

"My husband... My husband is a werejaguar.." She revealed while her gaze kept flickering from Taehyung's face to around the shop — looking around to see if any other could hear them or not.

Taehyung examined her face. It was very rare to have a human mate considering having a human mate is a curse and mating with a human without any love affair is strictly against their law.

"Is your husband aware that it's forbidden to mate with a human?"

She nodded. "I'm his soulmate. We didn't break any rule according to the accord," Judging from it, Taehyung observed that they must have been using suppressants to eliminate the scents to prevent any attraction from people who are other than humans for safety purposes. However, Taehyung was privileged to belong to royal blood as he could sense any feline creature around him.

"But.. we've been attacked by the werewolves so many times," She began. "Our shop had been destroyed by them-"

Taehyung's eyes set on fire. "Why haven't you reported it to the headquarters?" He despises the entire breed of werewolves, ever since they ravaged their family — assassinating his grandfather and his Hyung. The hatred and seething towards them only grew day by day.

"We did.." She cried. "I am afraid to voice it out but nothing helped us. Instead, they took my husband away with a demand to approach you, your majesty, to release one of their pack members."

Fucking cowards.

"They have abducted a few innocent humans to experiment their wrongdoings on them. My husband went to help the humans but they caught him. I just want my husband to be safe, your majesty. I want nothing else..." She pleaded, eyes misty and looking forthright to Taehyung with hope. A lot of things have been happening simultaneously, first the couple in that forest and now the new cases of abduction. It was unfair to the human community who were oblivious about them.

Taehyung drove to Jungkook's house — mind wasn't leaving the thoughts about the new cases. He couldn't calm himself down until he could pull Jungkook into his embrace, graze the tip of his nose against Jungkook's skin and inhale his soothing scent.

A kiss pressed underneath Jungkook's earlobe, making him inhale sharply. "Hi?" He grips on the bouquet that Taehyung brought for him.

"Hi." Taehyung squeezed his tiny waist in response.

"You smell so good," The sudden compliment made Jungkook clutch on Taehyung's bicep — who was scenting him before taking him out somewhere today. As he continued to rake his nose against Jungkook's neck he could perceive a different odour, something strong lingering on him — something of arousal. His pupils dilated as Jungkook's strong scent invaded his nose, usually, Jungkook would have a mild fragrance of something flowery and fresh.

Taehyung's tiger wonders what thoughts occur such changes in Jungkook's scent. He forcibly detached himself from Jungkook's neck before his tiger's greed could even flame up.

"You look pretty, Jungkook." A white t-shirt tucked into the pair of ripped jeans with a denim jacket, he was the prettiest boy in the world for Taehyung, clothed or unclothed. Jungkook felt the shivers down to his spine as his name rolled out of Taehyung's tongue — causing his butterflies to play every sport in his stomach.

"You look handsome," It was ridiculous to comment about it. Of course, he was aware that he was an epitome of beauty, black slicked-back hair and deep brown eyes which reminds him of the book he read recently — defining the admiration of touches without being touched. Whereas, Jungkook knew that those eyes had already unfolded him shamelessly. The bold thought makes Jungkook feel embarrassed and special at the same time.

He squeaked when Taehyung pulled closer — eyes that never looked away from him.

"So? Where are we going today? Uhm somewhere fancy or-?"

"No, Mister!" Jungkook interrupted him. "You're 10 minutes late," He showed his wristwatch to Taehyung. "So I will choose where we are going all day." He poked on Taehyung's chest with a scoff. And Taehyung didn't have the right to say 'no' to that face — he was just powerless to his mate.

That's how Taehyung found himself standing in front of a shop that looked like a small restaurant after walking through the pocket roads of the market. He never visited such places in his entire life — he never left the palace till he turned 10, he was living in the palace and was being trained for the future till he turned 15. And then he began to travel across the world in search of his mate.

"They make the best ramen in the whole world," Jungkook affirmed, immediately earning Taehyung's attention. Speaking of food, Taehyung wasn't fond of human food and how they cook every flesh and leaf before eating, especially adding spices which makes everything worse. He prefers everything raw, fresh and crude. The two best things that humankind made are alcohol and Jeon Jungkook.

Taehyung looked around the restaurant, although it had a small space — it was crowded and packed. They ordered their food and soon they were served their Tonkotsu ramen.

"C'mon take the first bite," Taehyung picked up his chopsticks and took the first bite.

"Isn't it good?" Jungkook asked him with a glint of enthusiasm. Eyes bigger in curiosity — those eyes which make Taehyung kneel in front of him as they hold serenity and power like the earth.

Taehyung moaned at the delicious taste. But he groaned slightly when the spice flavour kicked in and he wasn't so good at handling spicy food — his tiger mewled, definitely not liking the taste.

"It's too spicy, Jungkook."

"That's the fun part."

Taehyung saw how Jungkook slurped his noodles, watching how his eyebrows would knit together as if he was mad at the food for being so good. The little human was just endearing in every way.

After taking more bites, Taehyung could only see red. "I can't eat anymore," He took a breath, sniffling as it was spicier than he could handle. "And stop eating, you're literally crying."

"I'm crying because it's so good." Jungkook managed to say it before sniffling — cheeks and lips turned red from the spicy ramen. He would like to recommend this Tonkotsu ramen to every heartbroken person, to let them know what hurts the most.

"Cmon, finish it up." He encouraged Taehyung who seemed to stop after eating a few more bites. All of a sudden, Jungkook doesn't know where he gets the courage to say it.

"Y'know kisses can cure the spicy problems the best." He doesn't know what he said or what he even meant by it but he never imagined himself saying something like that. His eyes became wide when he saw how Taehyung began to eat his noodles again and Jungkook was silly and competitive enough to not understand that Taehyung wasn't competing with him but rather wanted to stick his lips against him.

↭↭↭↭↭

The day came to an end, the sun was setting down spreading the last sheet of gold and red across the sky — ending it beautifully.

"It's beautiful, right?" Jungkook asked, a little awestruck because of the scenery in front of him. They were somewhere in a park where kids were playing and stuff, although it wasn't that crowded.

"It is,"

Jungkook was oblivious to the fact that they both were talking about different things because Taehyung wasn't even looking at the sunset.

"Stop biting on your ice cream, Tae." Jungkook cringed at the way Taehyung bit on his ice cream. "There's a technique to eat ice cream. You are supposed to lick it, not bite on it." He tried to explain with the tone of an instructor - dramatic.

"Cream is supposed to be licked off- wait that sounds so...." Jungkook pursed his lips into a straight line.

"I mean just lick your ice cream instead of biting it... it's not something rocket science."

Taehyung's expressions haven't changed since they walked out of the restaurant — sulking like a kid who didn't get his favourite toy except Taehyung didn't get his kisses to calm down after eating spicy ramen instead he got ice cream from Jungkook.

However, he could sigh in ease watching his mate, smiling and enjoying his ice cream. With every shift of mood swings, Taehyung could perceive every releasing pheromone of Jungkook which makes it easier for him to communicate without asking much. The sweetness in Jungkook's scent burgeoned in the air while he licks his ice cream — cheeks full of love. Being all happy and achingly adorable.

"Are you planning to go on the camping trip?"

"Depends on you," Jungkook's cheeks reddened, might have the aftereffects of eating spicy ramen and definitely not because of Taehyung's reply.

"I'll be joining the camping trip only if you're going to it."

"Have you ever been deep into the forest?" Jungkook asked genuinely.

"You have no idea." "No," Taehyung lied.

"There would be many wild animals," Jungkook began. "Wild and scary." He tried to describe the scary creatures by acting scary. "So you better stay behind me everytime."

"Didn't know that you liked it from behind better,"

"Hey, what does that supposed to mean!?"

Taehyung breaks into grins, pulling Jungkook into his embrace and cupping his cheeks to look into those eyes — which he has known for eternity and have fallen in love with before — in some other existence. He was chosen for him, and only him.

"I want to kiss you, my highness." He whispers, husky voice turning soft as he leaned down slowly to connect his lips against those small and plump lips. As night deepens, stars hovered over their heads, witnessing their closeness.

Jungkook panicked as they were outside and under the open air — heart beating rapidly. They are not even boyfriends.

"No!"

"No?"

"I mean look at the stars. They look so pretty."

Taehyung releases a breath which he doesn't realise holding on for long. Fond gazes while looking at his pretty mate who seems to step back from claiming him under the open air.

"How am i supposed to look at the stars when you are in front of me, my highness,"

A mere rejection from a soulmate might look like nothing to a human but it causes a soul to bleed — it aches when they refuse to accept them in any way.

Jungkook immediately placed his hands upon Taehyung's hands which were cupping his cheeks. He could feel a pang of pain when he saw the look, and the gaze on Taehyung's face. Don't say it don't say it don't say it....

"Do you regret anything?" The question caught Taehyung off guard, voice wavy and nervous, it sounded almost like a whisper.

"Like meeting me?" Jungkook asked, voice small and insecure before closing his eyes at the realization. He doesn't want to ruin anything, not after spending a good time with Taehyung but his insecurities got the best out of him.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to ruin the moment but I...just...maybe sometimes or... all the time think a lot more than necessary..." He finished while fumbling with his sentence to form — looking everywhere but Taehyung.

"It's okay," Taehyung ensured. "I really love how you trust me enough to share a little part of you," He took Jungkook's hands and stared into those doey eyes which shimmers brighter than the stars, metaphorically.

"Let me tell you one thing," Jungkook felt kisses raining on the back of his hand and on his cheek — making him scrunch his nose as if he didn't like it while a blush crept out of his cheeks.

"We met again and I'm so glad about it."

Taehyung let out a sly smirk. "Now wanna make out?"

The confused frown fades off Jungkook's face and he pokes out his tongue to mock him like a kid.

"Yeah, we'll add the tongues, c'mere my love."

Jungkook's eyes widened before he took a step back to run away from there. He giggled loudly when he saw Taehyung chasing him, however, later he was the one who pulled him close before shoving tongues into each other's throats.

He arches his back a little bit — reaching to kiss Taehyung back while hands wrapped around Taehyung's neck, fingers carding smoothly through Taehyung's hair. It feels like the dream — the hunger for each other was evident the way their bodies pressed against each other, large hands grabbing his plump arse emitting small whimpers from the little human, tongues were unable to speak as they were tangled against each other.

Taehyung picked Jungkook up and let him sit upon a wooden cabinet — pressing him against the wall while he remained in between his thighs and also making things fall due to the action. He felt a tap on his chest, making him pull away from Jungkook who was gasping for air — his little human. Lips swollen and red from biting and sucking hard on them.

Taehyung's eyes raked shamelessly on Jungkook who was breathing heavily and had his back pressed against the wall while his chest heaves. His tiger growled lowly, looking at his mark of claim on his mate's neck — which looks like jewelry on him. Everyone, especially those who saw them today, was aware that he was already marked by him — it swells his pride.

He pressed his fingers against the fading mark on Jungkook's neck, making his little human press his thighs together while he was watching in amusement — the slight response from Jungkook makes it prove that his mark has been blended well with his bloodstream and now whosoever tried to mark him — would die in a fraction of seconds. The mark of claim from royal blood turns into poison whenever someone else other than them tries to force themselves upon their claimed mates.

"You taste like ramen, hot and spicy."

"Shut up," Jungkook let out a small laugh, nevertheless he pulled Taehyung closer to kiss him for the last time, and again for another last time and then repeated it.

"You have no idea how much I want to make love with you, darling, hard and the loudest."

Cheeks reddened and a shy smile on his lips while hugging Taehyung whose body was unnecessary so warm and cuddly that he hates his bed now. Body so pliant as he holds on Taehyung after losing every breath.

"What are you, Taehyung?" Jungkook asked, a smaller voice and head resting upon Taehyung's chest. The silence from Taehyung made Jungkook glance up at him, now his chin was propping on Taehyung's chest — warmed up amber eyes staring directly down at him.

"Tell me you won't run away-" A sudden knocking on the door interrupted Taehyung from finishing his sentence. Jungkook looked confused, looking back at the door. As much as he was aware, no one should be knocking at his door at this time.

Taehyung sniffed in the air and it was a human. So he stepped away to let Jungkook jump off the cabinet to open the door and they met with a man, doe eyes but they don't sparkle like Jungkook's and had the same buttoned nose.

"Oh?" Jeong hwa uttered when he spotted an unknown male in his house. As soon as the business meetings ended, he took the first flight to come back home.

"Jungkook, you brought your new friend here, how lovely." He said cheerful, smiling as if he wasn't tired from the flight journey. Jungkook bites on his lower lips nervously, looking at Taehyung and then his father.

"Hello, I'm Kim Taehyung." Taehyung reached to shake his hand as he was never taught to hold his head down or bow his head in front of anyone but the King. He was the future King, and a prince of the feline community.

"I'm his father," He shook his hand, smiling.

"Did Jungkook invite you here for dinner? Even if not, then you better stay for dinner, it'd be really nice." Jungkook tensed up, he doesn't want to have dinner with this man — his father. But he felt relieved when Taehyung made some excuses about getting late but he promised to join them some other day.

They exchanged a glance before Taehyung left — where the elder pointed towards the wooden cabinet where they were making out a few minutes earlier, making him blush furiously.

Jungkook picked back the things which were dropped off the cabinet from their action, blushing at the memories before his father approached him.

"Is Taehyung your boyfriend or something?"

Jungkook didn't respond.

"He's very handsome, so I have no problem."

"None of your business." Saying so, Jungkook went upstairs and locked himself in. He slept with a smile on his face that night as he recalled everything and blushed at his thoughts. He was so drowned in thoughts that he didn't notice how the blue bunny crystal ball began to glow.

↭↭↭↭↭

As the days passed, Jungkook again felt himself locked inside his room — heart heavy and too tired of everything around him. He still hates the day — when he almost lost everything. He was still stuck there, however, there were no tears left to shed anymore. He just feels so empty and the solution to feeling good again is cutting off connections till he feels good to see the sun again, to see the crowds of students and unknown faces like before.

Yoongi and Hoseok knew about the day. So they never bothered him till he approached them again.

Jungkook glanced up to the window, watching the scattered clouds passing and softly smiling at him in different shapes. However, his gaze averted from the window to his phone which was vibrating on his study table — he chose to ignore it.

He pushed himself to climb off his bed when he saw the empty bottle of water — he went downstairs to the kitchen to refill the bottle when the doorbell rang off. Jungkook sighed before going to open the door — suddenly the air around the residence shifted when he opened the door and met with someone who brought a small smile to his lips.
