Oddyessa's POV

Ok, I guess you deserve an explanation even if I never get to tell Anastasia and Joe. My dad had always been in the field of hunting down supernaturals and bringing them to study in laboratories or to-gulp-..... kill them. My mom was a vampire though it was little known. Some time after me and my sister were born my mom was discovered and killed. My twin sister, Rea, has regular human traits, or as I like to call them, normals. As for me, it all started when I found out I could turn myself into a bat. I was so young and had no idea what it meant, unfortunately, my dad knew all too well. I tried to be normal. I tried to do just what everyone else was doing. I cried every night because I couldn't do what Rea did and it was funny cause what she did was just being normal. I practiced controlling every ounce of me, even to the point of almost killing myself thinking if I concentrated hard enough I could go in the sun like everyone else, but I was shut out, nonexistent to everyone else, or so I thought. It all struck me when I woke up to find I was tied to my bed. I was no stranger to the company my dad works at's methods. I usually slept in way later so I assumed they thought they would come just come before I awoke. I had always had sinking feeling that pushed aside so many times but still prepared for it being that I had nothing to do I had over obsessed on it. I kept a pocket knife always in my pocket and struggled to reach it. Then, I cut the rope off, jumped out the window, found an old abandoned house to stay, and you all know the rest. I slipped deep in thought and slowly the dim little room I was bound to grew darker. The walls felt closer and my eyelids felt heavier. Dark.

Anastasia's POV

"Are we there yet?" My feet are tiered and on top of that I haven't showered since the last chase.

"No, we aren't" I was getting on everyone's nerves and frankly I didn't care. I just felt miserable.

"Are we now?"

"NO! Uh, sorry not yet"

"Not that I'm complaining, but you've been extra nice since the false bear attack" I told Oddeyssa

"Oh look! we're here!"

I saw a super ginormous building that looked like a pest control facility.

"So, now what?"

Joe's POV

Uh! Anastasia has to spaek the truth of pestisism. Alway. Every. Single. Time. I don't know, I guess in a way I'm the leader, but this time my mind is blank.

"I downloaded a map of the place and memorized it, we just need to get to the control panel" Thank goodness for Oddeyssa's freaky computer knowledge! We somehow past most of security with out a big problem. Finally, we made it to the control room. It was so dark and cold. Suddenly, we were pulled back and tied up. The lights flickered on and I could see Oddeyssa standing over us.

"You think you could get away so quickly in shutting down such a big corporation ? We've been watching you since day one of your lives!" She laughed

"Bbbbbbut why? Why would you be so cruel and lock up your own kind?"

"My own kind? I've been normal my entire life"

"Oddeyssa?"

"Not Oddeyssa, Rea, Oddeyssa has already been locked up. Under..... special orders" I couldn't believe my ears. Not her? Then, why do they look the same? why do they have the same voice? And most important where is Oddeyssa?
