The kids are all told by their parents their mom's they have a big meeting this afternoon.

Ellie and Chloe are crying in the club house of the seaside sac because they believe there will be bad news.

Brody tells her that everything will be okay Margaret Molly and Brody on the about change growing up many years in foster care so used to moving and changing so they're not too worried. They go on cleaning the beach and the ocean picking up all the trash and garbage they can find and turning it in for recycling. At dinner the all four of their mothers are gathered together and they tell the children they have a big announcement. Brody's mother takes the lead and states that she has sold the animal rescue then Margaret smother tells them that she has sold the bookstore and then Molly's mother states she has sold heard gymnasium Ellie's mother states that she did not sell the ice cream parlor

But the four of them have bought a hotel resort with a chocolate Plantation. And that the four families will all live together at the resort and manage it and take care of it together the girls are all happy the only one who is a little upset is Brody what about my beach cleanup non for profit I don't want to leave my clients. Brody's mother tells him the beach resort is only 4 miles away so he will be able to expand his Beach clean-up and his two boats can be parked at the resort. She does tell him though that they will have to remove their Shack but they can bring their chickens and the Pelican surge with them to the resort

The mothers have bought the resort for a million dollars but then are going to spend one year remodeling it spending over $3000000 of their money as well as 1 and 1/2 million dollars in government grants to take a collaborated run down beach resort property that has been abandoned for 3 years turn it around plus clean up the environment.

I always mother tells the kids that she will open a new ice cream parlor at the resort as well but we'll continue to have this ice cream parlor in their little community and they can continue to use the school community centers as their school here so if they want to still see old friends or do things like that they can. She also tells the children bed they're preach clean up crew or not have more Peach surface to expand and that was one of the reasons why they were awarded the one and a half million dollar Grant from the state and federal government because they know that Brody and his friends will clean up the beach weather Resort is located as well as the surrounding water for eco-tourism. She tells all the children especially Brody it's very important that he continue with his unique creatures clean up crew to clean up their beach and ocean I'd only for the environment good for their business

From the first day I arriving at the resort the children find for small homes on the far end of the property. The homes separate the resort from the chocolate Plantation
The resort covers 5 Acres it has one large cool that splits the resort down the middle

This is a picture of the resort after it is finished from the sky a helicopter point of view it was run-down and dilapidated but after a year-and-a-half of Renovations because of delays is finally completed

Each one of the mothers will have a responsibility and they will be a director of a part of the resort.

The the chocolate Plantation is used to make money make chocolate candy bars chocolate martinis and also visitors see the tropical trees San people book The Resort just for the chocolate trees. One of the other elements that the mothers decide to add a honey bees so they will pollinate the chocolate trees to make more chocolate plus they can sell the honey and also use the honey to make mead. They decide to open up a Distillery on the property and make mead as well as their own brand of margaritas and martinis.🍹🍹🍹🍹🍸🍸🍸🍸🍹🍹🍹🍹

Ellie and her mother are in charge of food beverage and other entertainment at the resort including a family movie night where they get permission to show Classic Movies to the guests at the resort. As well as tours of the chocolate and Distillery. They also have kayaks and other beach toys for the people that use Aries mother is always on Brody to make sure that the beach is clean and sparkling as well as continuing to go with her back to their home Island where he cleans up the beach there. He at first believe she's just trying to drive him crazy but it's true she loves the environment just as much as he does.
Margaret and her mother handle all the HR duties hiring and letting go of staff as well as maintenance or any other facilities

The beach is always the biggest draw to bring in the guest or the wedding or the event or the conferences who wouldn't love this beautiful water

Ellie  mother continuously remind the children they must do their best to keep the ocean clean and healthy
Last up in directorship is her role as guest manager and day-to-day operations of the resort each one of the mothers of a specialty. They each own 25% of the resort and have an important role without all four working together the families and the resort will not succeed.
The resort is only five acres. But the plantation is 14 1/2 acres of chocolate trees along with the Distillery and honeybee Farm🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🍫🍫🍫

There are a separation partitions between the resort and the chocolate and honey bee farm is a half an acre of a line where the 4 mothers have homes on the property

Of course because they have the biggest family Brody and Chloe and their mother have the biggest small house on the property

Brody Brody lives on the 1st floor with his dog Cole where Chloe and her mother both have bedrooms on the second floor Chloe has the smaller bedroom with her pet turtle in the front of the house on the second floor because of course the mother has the biggest room in the house

Each of their children settle into their new roles. With their pets Margaret Ann and her parakeet Molly and her gecko Brody and his puppy Chloe and her turtle all the girls have been spending lots of time at the resort Molly and Margaret had become best friends as the same for Ellie and Chloe.

Probably spends a lot of time on his own going back to the seaside Shack disassemble Enya and recycling all the materials as well as taking the chickens in the chicken coop to their new home at the resort even taking poor Serge who can no longer fly because he got is wind damage by fishing line with him into the fishing boat but he doesn't like to stay at the resort he likes to stay on the boat either the sailboat for the fishing boat Brody thinks it's because it's closer to the Sea even still can keep out fish out of the ocean.

. The mothers and the children all fall into their new roles Brody don't keep in contact with all their own client picking up recycling as well as cleaning up the beach in the old home. He understands that you must always do your part that he doesn't forget along with his now larger family they keep the beach clean at the resort and help the guests with paddle boards and kayaking

Life is full of changes in ups and downs this will be a New Journey and a new life for now this large family instead of these mothers raising these five children on their own individually they'll raise them as they collected a community because it takes a village to make kids the best they can even the staff at the resort help Mentor the children to become better people and now the children have a big beautiful extended family like they have always wanted
