Rico's POV

Sefur, Ramone, Emoni and I finally got back to the Ando's headquarters. Sefur was looking disgusted and whispering something under his breath. Emoni was panting with her hands on her knees. Her hair was wet from all her sweat. Ramone just stood there, staring a the little cottage.

Suddenly, the front door to the little cottage opened slightly.

"Come in, we were expecting you." Zarku said. We all walked inside the tiny headquarters.

I sat down in a chair and Emoni did also. Sefur went straight for a bed, and Ramone went to the bathroom.

"Where are the others?" I asked Zarku.

"They went to raid the avatar's hideout." He explained, expressionless. The title, that word. Avatar. Avatar. Azaria used to be my friend. Why did I leave her in that warehouse like that? I couldn't answer any of the questions I had just asked myself.

Just then, the door to the cottage opened, and in walked Nephlim and the rest of the Ando's who had left a few hours ago.

"Where's the avatar?" I asked, my evil side taking over.

"We left her get away, but don't worry. It's all a part of my plan."

Unknown POV

The chains on my wrists and legs jingled as I shifted my weight on the warm, hardwood floor. My sister was sitting right next to me, asleep. I put my arm around her shoulders.

"We'll get out of here. Don't worry sis."

Rishelle's POV

Raven was back in the room and laying on her bed. Her wrists had casts now and weren't as flimsy. I sat up on my bed, wondering what we would do the next morning.

"So, what next?" Azaria asked before I could.

"We-" Takaro came in and sat in a chair that was set up beside a wall and took over the conversation.

"We can't stay here, we're gonna have to leave and go somewhere else."

"But, where?" I asked, with one eyebrow up.

"We can go to my parent's house. They're probably wondering where I am. Plus, I haven't seen them in a while." Azaria suggested. I nodded, so did Rolock, Keneo, and Adele. Raven, however, was laying down, so she just gave a nonchalant thumbs up.

"We leave tomorrow." Takaro said. But for now, you all need you rest. He stood up and walked back out of the room, this time, closing the door behind him.

"Lights out." Rolock stated, before switching the light switch and the light disappeared.
