Chapter 21 |---|Walking|---|
|---|Previously On, The Three Line Title|---|
"Let's go." He told me, and with that, we left the Fire nation poster filled room.
Azaria's POV
Ruko and I moved swiftly through the Fire Nation-looking prison, as I call it. There were little rooms like the one I was in all of the prison. People were crying, eating, sleeping, everything. We just passed them like they weren't there, all the while I felt sorry for them. Some glanced at us, others glared, but nobody bothered to confront us.
There were guards in front of some doors that stared at us too, but none of them did anything. I soon realized why they didn't.
Ruko was dressed as a guard, and as we walked through the prison, his back was straight and he had a stern look on his face. He was trying to trick the guards into thinking he was taking my to another cell. Clever.
All of my thoughts of his plan being clever were overthrown by a guard who walked right in front of us.
"Where do you think you're going?" He asked. His face looked stern.
"I'm escorting the avatar to a smaller cell. I don't think she should be treated with such a huge room." Ruko broke out into his deeper voice.
"Very well." He glared at me before walking back to his spot in front of a cell. I glared back. We kept walking.
"Nice accent." I teased in a whisper. Ruko just gave me a proud smirk. I giggled a little.
Maybe Ruko wasn't so bad after all...
Rolock's POV
I climbed out of the bedroom window, all the while trying to not wake Adele.
Once I was out, I quickly looked around, to make sure nobody was waiting for me, then I started walking.
The moon's light shined on me so brightly, that I was forced to look down. And that's where I discovered that there were lots of footprints on the ground. I followed them.
As I walked on, more footprints appeared. It was as if, people joined in as whoever made the first footprints walked on.
Then it hit me.
They must have been hiding in the bushes just in case someone tried to fight to get Azaria away from them. Azaria must have been asleep when they kidnapped her. I reasoned to myself.
I kept walking, until, suddenly, someone touched me on the shoulder. The hairs on my neck stood on end and I stopped in my tracks.
"Going somewhere?" Came a familiar, cold voice from behind me.
Rishelle's POV
Emoni, Ramone, and Sefur were sitting on the ground in a small room, with chains around their wrists and ankles.
I took them there after I electrocuted them about an hour ago. They surely deserved more, but I figured that everything has to be taken step by step.
I then decided to go check on the three criminals.
Their backs were against the wall and they were all looking pretty angry.
"You'll pay for this." Snared Emoni. Ramone looked angrier than ever.
"How did you do this?" Sefur asked, still out of it. I decided to cross my arms and show off a little.
"I learned from my dad." I told them, right before lightning bending the metal wall that was beside them. They stared at the wall with wide eyes, then looked back at me.
"I've never seen anything like that." Sefur confessed. I laughed in his face.
"All of you are pathetic." I smirked, before walking out of the room and slamming the door behind me.
But I stopped walking just in time to hear a door, from inside the room, open.
