Other Freelancers and Blues

Freelancer Past

Washington had led Louise to the cafeteria, immediately she went to grab some food.

Donuts, fruit, meat, other pastries. The new agent could eat it all, in fact she grab so much food it almost stacked on top of each item.

Going to sit at a table Louise took off her helmet. Wash watched amused that she had grabbed so much. The orange and blue freelancer really was hungry.

She set the tray down and pulled off her helm, looking towards Wash she spoke up.

"You getting anything?" Louise asked. The grey and yellow freelancer just shook his head.

"Nah, you enjoy your food, I can eat later. When the cafeteria is empty." He muttered. Louise rolled her eyes.

"That's just an excuse to keep you helmet on, isn't it?" She questioned, making Washington rub the back of the neck.

"Maybe..."

Louise shrugged and turned around, stuffing one of the donuts in her mouth.

"Agent Louisiana, right?" A new voice had spoke next to Washington making him jump.

The new agent turned, part of the loop of the donut was still hanging out of her mouth.

"Who's asking?" She mumbled, mouth full. It was barely audible, but the Agent in grayish-white armor seemed to understand.

"Name's Alaska, the guy in blue here is Wisconsin." The freelancer had said, the blue armored one next to him nodded in greeting. "We just wanted to welcome you to the team."

Louise took the donut piece out of her mouth.

"Thanks." She started, observing them. Wisconsin was the only one of the two who had his helmet off. His dark blond hair barely cover his light blue eyes. His expression was soft, as if looking at Louise reminded him of someone. A family member perhaps?

Alaska, on the other hand, hid his face behind the helmet, a mysterious type no doubt.

"Nice to meet you," she continued stretching a hand to shake their's. The two had done so.

"Now if you don't mind, as you see I am striving to eat all of this food. So if you want to join us you can, but mind you, I eat messily." Louise offered sitting by her tray, Wash sitting across from her.

"Sure." An unexpected low voice came from Wisconsin had accepted the offer as the two sat down, with trays in their hand.

In the distance a purple agent and a pink agent seemed as if they were arguing with each other. It seemed as agent with blue armor and a orange trim had spoke to the pink one. The pink had backed off seeming annoyed.

"Who are those three?" Louise spoke while eyeing the argument.

"The one in purple is North, his twin is the one in Pink, South. The one in the blue and orange would be Indiana." Wash started to list them off, watching her reaction. Louise eyed the blue and orange curiously as the agent looked back.

Indiana had started to come over, standing nearby.

"Well, well," She started, "Is that you Samantha?"

"That voice..." Louise started. "Wait, what! Jessica?!"

"Heya Sis!" Indiana responded.

"Sis?" Wisconsin and Alaska said at the same time.

Present

"So you're Agent... Louisiana?" Church was saying as Louise groaned.

"Are you brain dead? I said that like 10 minutes ago." The orange had said. "Now for the 100th time explain Tex's death."

Sheesh, pushy. Church's thought floated in Louise's mind. Raising her gun she threatened him.

"Call me pushy again." She growled.

"Wow he didn't say anything!" Tucker defended.

"But he was thinking it!" The agent accused.

"I actually was." Church admitted, "But how would you know?"

"Are you some sort of Mind reader?" Tucker asked. "Aw yea, a girl mind reader... Jackpot... Oh wait... Don't read my mind, you'd probably sma-"

Slap. Tucker tumbled to the side.

"Awww God!" He cried. Tucked had curled up in pain.

"You read minds?!" Caboose called excitedly. "Do you have X-Ray vision to see our minds to read them?" He asked.

Ignoring Caboose, Louise nodded.

"Yea you could say that I'm a mind reader." She finished.

"Don't forget your X-Ray eyes!" Caboose continued.

"Anyway what about Tex now?" Louise asked again.

"The pink on the red team had a lucky throw with a grenade..." Church started.

"Yea she aimed at the tank Tex was in and it blew up!" Tucker finished as he returned to the conversation.

"She?" Louise question. "You sure the one in pink is a girl?"

"They're wearing pink armor! We can only assume!"

"That's sexist Tucker, sexist." Louise warned. "Pretty sure the guy in pink was male. Considering if there was a girl there, you'd already have lost this little fight."

"Now that's sexist." Tucker retorted, earning a kick from Louise where the sun doesn't shine. "But totally true." He squealed as he fell over.

"That's right," The agent started, "and don't forget it." She warned.

"Now, since you seemed out numbered here, I guess I'll stick around. Investigate a bit." She said, putting her weapon on her back.

"Alright!" Tucker cheered earning a glare from both Church and Louise. "Okay I'll shut up now." He stopped.

"Yay!!! Roomie!" Caboose cheered.

"There is another place to sleep besides by blue over here.... Right?" Louise asked, almost pleading for there to be.

"Nope."  Church had said.

"Oh god..." She muttered wandering off. "I'll sleep in here on the floor." She called to the blues. "I may not even sleep."

"You can sleep in my room baby!" Tucker called walking after her.

"Tucker I swear to god." Church started, hearing a slam.

"Oh god no!" Tucker's scream was sounded. "That's okay! I like girls that play hard to get!"
