Naruto ducked under Kisame's now unwrapped blade as he flipped over Sasuke, kneeing him in the back until a loud crunch was heard, causing the Uchiha Heir to fall to the ground as he screamed. 

"I just broke your spine, Sasuke," Naruto commented as if he hadn't just crippled his previous best friend. "You'll be out for the rest of the fight." Sasuke clenched his teeth, tears of pain threatening to come out of his eyes. 

"Woah, that's pretty brutal," Kisame commented, a vicious grin on his face as Itachi stood next to the shark-like man impassively, his fist clenched. 

"He was in my way at the moment, you understand don't you?" 

"You broke my little brother's back because he was in your way? For trying to protect his family?" He whispered as he was suddenly enveloped in an orange chakra, it forming into an upper body of a man with armor and a shield in its hand. 

"Are you angry?" Naruto said, looking a little bored. "Good, show me what you have Itachi," He stopped talking when Kisame suddenly charged the grey-haired shinobi, who rolled his eyes. Kisame swung his blade, only for a voice to crash over the two shinobi. 

"Kisame now!" Naruto's single eye widened when Itachi shouted those two words before an orange sword pierced Naruto's chest, making his eye turned to one of shock to one filled with amazement and fear. 

"Nice Itachi," Kisame commented as he saw that Naruto was impaled on the chakra sword. "I'll finish him off." 

"No needs Kisame," Itachi said darkly as he approached Naruto, his Susanoo not disappearing. "He's mine." Naruto fell to his knees as he coughed up blood. 

"The Totsuka Blade huh? A-Am I going to die here?" He knew full well of what he Totsuka Blade did. It sealed the person who was ever pierced by it into the blade and made them see and endless genjutsu, therefore, death. 

"I admit, the Uchiha are wrong. Most deserve death," Itachi said as he was now in front of Naruto. "But the moment you hurt my little brother is the moment when I throw everything away to hurt you right back." Naruto coughed a little bit, blood trailing down his chin. 

"You're filled with surprises Itachi, but," Naruto began chuckling, it starting out low and almost undetectable, then increasing to full blown out laughter. "I'm far more surprising then you are!" Then, Naruto exploded, blowing Itachi back as his Susanoo disappeared. 

"If you think that I would let you kill me because of that little sword, you're more stupid than I thought," Naruto said, making Itachi and Kisame whirl around to see Naruto holding Sasuke by his neck, the teen unconscious in his hand. 

"You will let go of him now!" Itachi shouted, activating his Susanoo once again, but was stopped when Naruto held a single kunai in hand, putting it over Sasuke's heart. 

"One more move, and I'll kill him." Itachi froze with those simple words, not wanting to risk it. "Good. Now, I'm not a liar, so I'll admit that I'm at the disadvantage here, especially with the Totsuka Blade at your command." He put a single paper bomb on Sasuke's chest, causing Itachi's visible eye to widen. 

"You will let me leave Itachi, and I shall leave Sasuke here, but the moment you try and attack me is the moment you can goodbye to your precious little brother." Itachi nodded, deactivating his Susanoo instantaneously. "Good. This won't be our last battle, I can promise that." He dropped Sasuke and disappeared in a shushin, and Itachi immediately ran towards Sasuke, tearing off the paper bomb and throwing it away from the unconscious Uchiha. 

"Well, that was pretty anticlimactic, I thought we had him for a second," Kisame noted, wrapping up his blade back in the bandages that held them. 

"I can say the same." He muttered. His hands glowed green as he healed Sasuke broken spine. 

"After all that talk that we wouldn't be able to speak, what utter garbage." Itachi slung Sasuke's unconscious form over his shoulder, standing up. 

"Yes," He whispered, his Sharingan deactivating. "Garbage." 

"Damn it!" Naruto shouted after he was a safe distance away from the group he had just fought, slamming his hand into a tree, causing a large crack to go straight down the middle. 

He had lost. His pride, gone. Sasuke, gone. At the moment, he had nothing but himself, whether that was good or bad, was up to him. 

"I can't believe I didn't kill him." He whispered angrily to himself. "You stupid piece of shit! You're worthless, trash, an insect! You can't do anything right!" He roared. In his anger, he activated Amaterasu, burning the tree in front of him easily as blood flowed from his eye, but this time, it hurt worse than usual. "Agh!" 

He fell to one knee, clutching the right side of his face as the world around him spun around, his vision getting blurry. "What is this?" He screamed in agony as his vision went totally dark, not being able to see a thing. 

"No, no, no, no, no!" He shouted as he tried opening his eye wider as if the more effort he put in the more likely it was to reveal his vision once again. 

"Hello, brat!" A deep voice sounded out, resonating as Naruto felt himself ankle-deep in some form of liquid. 

"Where the hell am I?" Naruto questioned calmly, still trying to figure out why he's blind at the moment. 

"Your mindscape, where else?" The loud voice boomed once again. Naruto was silent for a second before he spoke. 

"So, we finally meet face to face Kyuubi," Naruto said, his face and tone both neutral. "I thought you would've tried to kill me and escape already." The Kyuubi let out a low chuckle, pure hatred coming off of it in waves. 

"Kill you? No, I want to see you suffer. Do you want to know why you're all of a sudden blind?" He said, amusement lacing its voice. Naruto's eyebrows narrowed in the direction of the voice. 

"You'd best explain yourself," Naruto said in a threatening tone, only to receive laughter in response. 

"Or what? If you hadn't noticed, you're blind, you're Sharingan is basically useless at the moment, and this may be your mindscape, but it's my home!" He shouted the last three words, throwing Naruto back into the water of the sewer-like place. 

"Why am I blind?" The Kyuubi laughed before answering. 

"Well, ever since you unlocked the advanced version of that blasted eye, I've slowed the process of the deterioration down a bit so you wouldn't notice the drawbacks quite as fast, building it all up in one moment, that moment was when you used those black flames and all the damage happened at once, making you blind and weak." 

"So you caused this?!" Naruto shouted, not even trying to keep his calm facade up. Kyuubi rolled his eyes, not that Naruto could see. 

"No, all I did was slow down the process. If anything I helped you." He stated, causing Naruto to get angrier.

"If I had known that my vision would slowly go away, I could've found a solution!" He shouted. "I didn't know it'd make me blind!" The Kyuubi laughed, making the water around Naruto ripple. 

"That's why it's so funny! You've probably could have!" 

"You bastard fox!" He shouted at the tailed beast. "If I could use my eyes, I'd take control of you just like Madara Uchiha!" The Kyuubi growled, massive killing intent flooding the air, putting pressure on Naruto. 

"How dare you even speak that man's name and threaten me!? If I wasn't in this cage, I'd tear you limb from limb." Naruto began laughing hysterically, looking in the direction of the Kyuubi, even though he couldn't see him, it seemed as if he were staring deep into the Kyuubi's soul. 

"It seems you've forgotten, you're my prisoner, and I am your warden. I don't care if you're the strongest of the Tailed Beast when I gain back my sight, my Sharingan, I will find a way to take you down." The Kyuubi glared at Naruto before a smirk played upon its face. 

"You know if you die, I get to be free, correct?" Naruto didn't answer, allowing the Kyuubi to continue. "So if you wish to go on another suicide-crusade as you did when you were a boy, you better be prepared to give me up and let me roam around once again." 

"I won't let you," Naruto said, clenching his hands into fists. "I'll find a way to make sure you go down with me, and when I do," He stopped talking, trailing off as silence filled the voice. 

"You're going to die. You have no intention of living long enough to actually live, do you?" Naruto didn't speak, he just turned his back to the voice and began walking away. "Don't walk away from me bastard! I'm speaking to you!" Naruto stopped walking and turned around, his one blind eyes meeting the Kyuubi's. 

"Don't care." And like that, he disappeared, leaving a very angry Kyuubi in his wake. 

Naruto opened his eyes, realizing that he was laying on the grass, but could see nothing. 

"This sucks," He said aloud, standing up as he slowly wandered around, his hands outstretched as to not bump into anything. 

"Need a hand Naruto? Or perhaps an eye?" He heard a voice speak up, and he was suddenly on guard. It sounded familiar, but, he hasn't heard it in a long time. He focused for a second before he dropped his guard, his face stoic. 

"Hello again, Zetsu." 

And done. How was it? Good? bad? It feels rushed imo but it'll get better I promise.
