~Carl's pov~

Carol was helping out Hershel, his leg was cut off. Her hands are bloody. "When we get him through this he'll need crutches he won't be able to walk on his own" Carol said."There's gotta be a infirmary somewhere, if their is we'll find it" Carol said. I think i'll go over and look for it, Ashley was back. She was sitting on the stairs. Sitting. 

I'm happy that we finally found a safe place. Somewhere maybe my mom can have her baby, I'm shocked that I'm going to be a brother, But also that Shane is the dad, and not my dad, I heard footsteps and i ran to the Door "Foods here" T-Dog came in with Boxes. "What you got?"  "I opened the door Canned Beef canned corn canned cans" I saw Ashley smiling a little to herself i smiled too. 

Ashley walked over to the cell at the end putting the Box down, I helped T-Dog with the bags "Hey, Put them down here" T-Dog said, She helped them put down the food. She nodded  and looked at me. "Hows he doing?" she asked. She was as worried as we all were. "He's doing good, the bleeding slowed down, Carol stopped it a little. But we need to find the infirmary." I said. She looked at me. "There's gotta be one here right?" She asked. I nodded. "Yeah, I'm gonna go looking for it. You wanna come with me?" I asked. She nodded. 

"You sure your mom will be okay with this Carl" She asked I nodded a bit. I'm sure if i said anything besides yes. She wouldn't come looking for it with me. "Yeah" i whispered to her. She nodded. "Those prisoners, the so called leader.. I don't trust him he has a look on his face. I don't trust it." She said. I nodded. "They're prisoners. They had to do something bad to get in here." I said. She nodded a bit. "Yeah," She said. I nodded.  "Let's go look for the Infirmary, the sooner the better" I said. She nodded, she took out her gun and checked on her ammo, i did the same. She nodded. We grabbed some bags and we took off. 

We started walking the dark halls, she took out her flashlight, she shined the light at a small sign on the wall "Infirmary" She nodded and we headed over to the doors she looked inside, I did too. "Only 2" she opened the doors. She took down a walker from behind with her knife, She's so quiet. She nodded and i went to the other walker and i shot it, of course with my silencer, she took out her gun "Let's go" She said. I nodded and we headed our separate ways. i found some alcohol and put it in the bag "Carl" i headed over to Ashley "Grab those" she pointed at the further down shelf with painkillers and bandages. We put them in a bag and headed back to the cell block.

"I'll be up here" She said, I nodded and went back to Hershel. "I thought you were organizing the food?" Glenn said. "Even better" I looked up at Ashley, she smiled. Her smiles light up the mood. "Check it out" i dropped the bag and Carol gasped "Where did you get this" she grabbed the bandages "Found the infirmary there wasn't much left but we cleared it out" I said. My mom looked at me.

"We?" She asked. I looked at her. "I went with Ashley" I said "Are you crazy?!" She asked. I look at her "No big dead we killed two walkers" I said. She looked at Hershel "Ashley come down here." My mom called out. She came down and stood at the doorway with Glenn "Do you guys see this, this was with the whole group" she looked at me "Listen. We needed the supplies we went to go get them. I was just trying to help. We got them. We're okay. That's all that matters." She said and walked out of the cell. I heard the doors open and close. My mom looked at me "I appreciate what you guys did bu- " I cut her off before she could say anything. 

"Then get off my back!" I raised my voice a little. "Carl! She's your mother. you can't talk to her like that" Beth said. I looked at her "Listen i think its great that you want-" i stormed off to my cell too. Not wanting to hear it anymore. 

~Ashley's Pov~Some time later~

I didn't mean to explode like that. I got angry, We were trying to help and we ended up helping. I took off my bracelet and held it in my hands, I slid my back against the wall and sat on the floor. I took my blade out and played around with it. They should be glad we found the infirmary and the things we brought back helped. And they'll keep helping. 

~Carl's pov ~

My dad isn't back yet, I'm still in my cell, I haven't seen Ashley since she ran out of the cell. I went to where she sleeps but she wasn't there, I walked around for a little. I heard something outside like something fell, or someone dropped something. I went outside to see Ashley sitting on the stairs. Playing with the bracelet she found on the floor with her knife.

"Hey" I said. "Hey" she said looking up. She put her knife away and put her bracelet back on. "Cmon, Dad doesn't want us out here alone" I said. She nodded and i helped her up. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah, You?" she asked. I nodded. "Yeah. I just got angry" I said. She nodded. "Me too.." She said. "Cmon" She said. She and I headed back to Hershel's cell. 

Waiting for My dad and the rest to come back.. Ashley sat on the steps looking at the rest in the Cell. I sat down next to her.
