Summary/Blurb:

After Eric's girlfriend, Izzy, suggests they have a threesome, the Yale baseball team catcher wonders whether his relationship with his long-time high school sweetheart of a girlfriend will last post-grad school. But with a bit of liquid courage and insistence from Izzy, Eric accepts her suggestion as a way of finally exploring his bisexuality.

However, their one-night threesome turns into an all-out nightmare as Eric discovers more about himself and his friendship with the one person he shouldn't have had involved in his relationship with Izzy.

Author's note: I absolutely fell in love with the idea of Eric and Kenji's (and Izzy's) story while writing The Weekend in Room 512, and couldn't help but tackle their complicated friends-to-lovers romance with the help of the Gen 3 Contest.

What is the Gen 3 Contest?

The Gen 3 Contest is part of the Literary Lounge Discord server, which is designed for writers and readers to collaborate and socialize. The contest asks writers at any level to complete a novelette between 10k and 20k words using the following three keywords: Tender, Tragedy, and Trace. The contest began on May 19th and will end on August 25th. The results will be announced in September.
