This is just a final note from me in regards to this story!
First of all, thank you so much for reading; I appreciate every single person who's taken the time to do so. The feedback I've had on this story has been so lovely, and I never take it for granted. Reading people's comments in regards to different scenes and sub-plots has been truly entertaining and encouraging for me; and has only made my enthusiasm and passion for writing even stronger than it ever has been.
Secondly, if you've enjoyed the story, I'd really appreciate it — if you haven't already — if you could vote on each chapter by pressing the cute little star icon! This lets me know that you've liked the book, and it may help other George/Wham! fans discover me and my work. One day, I'd really love to be an author (admittedly it's quite the ambitious dream) — and we all have to start somewhere, right?
Third, I thought it would be cool to show you guys just how I picture each character (or, as close as possible. Google only has so many stock photos of people/celebrities). So, I'll include a little collage of all the main characters from the story. I'm aware some of them are legitimate celebrities, but I guess it can't be helped how my mind imagined them! I think it's fascinating how everyone has pictured the likes of Stephanie and Levi entirely differently!
Fourthly — and I know a few of you have actually raised this question with me already. I'm extremely excited to let you know that the foreword and the first chapter to the sequel for The Things That I Hide, titled The Things That I Know, is out now for you to read! Originally, I wasn't planning to make a second story — but the number of people who wanted it convinced me (along with the fact that I have some strange emotional attachment to George and Levi's little world). The story is set in late 2014, and follows on almost exactly from the ending of The Things That I Hide (which concludes in early-to-mid 2014). To help you find it in my Works, here's the cover:
Also, while I'm here — if you love George the way I do, then I have a book of short stories and imagines titled Sweet Georgios which I update periodically.
And, alongside the sequel for The Things That I Hide, I may have another separate story in the works ... before I publish it, I'll give you a little hint in the form of a book cover! Can you guess what year it's set in?
Finally, on a non-story-related note: if you have Instagram, and enjoy random but heartfelt posts about our beloved George, then be sure to follow my fan account under @yogswhitelight! I'm incredibly active there, so if you found me here before Instagram (although I am aware most readers came from Instagram), then it would be brilliant seeing your face there!
That's it from me, for this time around. I look forward to interacting with you again through my other stories! xx
