Chapter One Hundred and Twenty-Six

     Mr. Collins had gone to the company but seemed worried and anxious because he had not yet informed the police; he had only lied to Martin in hopes of finding Christine but was unsuccessful. Mr. Collins was frustrated and distracted, so he pulled out a piece of paper and wrote down a few work items; then he called his secretary and, while handing over the paper, said, "This is a list of tasks that Peter Miller has to do in my place, I'm going home."
