Chapter One Hundred and Twenty-Four
James Cobb
 
     During this time, James was at Mr. Dixon's house. James couldn't believe what had happened; it was impossible. James Cobb, deeply shocked, finally broke the terrible silence and said, "When did you find out about this?"
   Steve sighed and said, "Not long ago, I found out this morning before I saw Anna."
   "Did you tell Anna everything?"
   "Not entirely; my son and I argued, and I didn't get the chance to explain it to her completely."
   "I can't believe it, but I'll tell Martin."
   "He needs to know."
   "But stealing Christine was a mistake."
   "I was tired of this calm and motionless situation."
   "Josh suspected Martin and searched the whole house for Christine."
   Steve, who was busy writing something and working with a tablet, said, "Then his suspicion is cleared; Josh will never suspect me, so don't worry; I'll keep Christine until this affair is over." He smiled and said, "There's a lot of company work." He pointed to the door.
   "I say again, it was a mistake."
   "Because of what you did, you managed to send a video to Josh to save Amy."
   James sighed and said, "Right. I'm leaving." Then he stood up and said to himself, "Martin even suspects you of ruining his life, Steve, so he won't believe you." James left to take care of the rest of Martin's business.
