Chapter Eighty-Four
Evelin Dixon
 
     Evelin Dixon also came to that ceremony to see Anna up close, but the main reason for her presence was to face her fear after years; a fear that had made Evelin live strangely and not return to London with her family. She and her husband approached Mrs. and Mr. Collins.
A terrible silence had filled everywhere.
   Steve said, "I don't think there is any need for introduction, Josh."
The color drained from Christine's face.
   Mrs. Dixon achieved her goal and smiled at Josh because she wanted to see his fear.
   Josh said softly and doubtfully, "I can't believe what you are doing here?" His face was red.
   Evelin smiled and wanted to say something, but Steve quickly said, "Evelin is my wife."
Christine sat on the nearest bench with difficulty.
   Evelin smiled and said, "I haven't seen you for a long time, Mr. Collins."
