The next day, Isaiah and I meet Terra at the Library.
"Ok, now what's going on?" She asks forcefully. She must be eager to hear the news about Beast Boy.

Isaiah and I explain everything, and then we tell her our plan.
"If I can get the computer in the Tower running and see if there's anything about the transmission, we might be able to find out where the video came from, and trace it back to the Titans" I say.
"Why couldn't you do that on your phone? Where you saw the message?" She asked.
"I tried that last night, I couldn't find anything" I answered.
"Terra, you were the last one to see Beast Boy, is there anything you might know?" I asked her.
"I...I know that there was this monster that Robin called Beast Boy about, that was the last time I saw him"
"No, after that they had a mission in Tokyo, I was in school so I couldn't go, but I heard that they came back afterwards" I remembered.
"Wait," Isaiah starts, "when did they disappear? Like, what day?"
"January 11, 2005" Terra said.
"....the day after the Punk Rocket attack" I say.
"Huh?" Isaiah asks.
"We should start heading to the Tower, I'll explain on the way" I say instead of answering.

Terra gives us a ride as she levitated a big chunk of Earth to travel over there, we of course had a few stops, but we got there that evening. The Tower was a mess, it reminded me of the day Silkie trashed the living room before Starfire first met him. Except that the sofa didn't have bite sized pieces missing from it this time. I noticed a huge pile of something on the coffee table that only one person I knew would use that much of. Hair gel.
"Speedy" I said.
"What?" Terra asked.
Before I could answer, a red arrow flew right past my ear, it landed on the ground near us, and exploded, releasing a gas that made it hard to see my surroundings.
I quickly covered my face so that I wouldn't inhale the smoke.
"Speedy, it's me!" I yelled, "Liz!"
I guessed that he couldn't hear me, because not long after that, a blur of red, white and yellow circles the three of us to keep the smoke in. Then, shots of stinging electricity come from above us, just barely missing hitting us, and I could notice the droplets of water following the swirl of wind that the blur was starting to create.

I had to find a way to stop them, let them know that one of their friends was here, not one of their enemies. Without thinking, I swerve my leg to the bottom of of the blur to create a speed bump. Like I'd hoped, Mas and Menos tripped, and the blur stopped. I grabbed my staff that I kept around for self-defense and extended it, then I used it to reflect back Bumblebee's stinger shots.
"Hotspot, now!" I called. The smoke had cleared up mostly, so I hoped when he ignited it that it wouldn't kill us. Before he could try anything after he powered up, Aqualad washed away the smoke (is that possible?) and managed not to drench us with it.
"Guys! It's Liz! What are you doing?" He said.
I took a look at my old friends, the Titans East, they all looked so much older than the last time I saw them.
They were all in their old suits, Speedy grew out his hair a little bit and had sideburns, so he looked almost like a red-headed Elvis. Aqualad was starting to grow out a beard. Mas and Menos, who were twelve years old when I last saw them, were so much taller now! Their hair looked a lot like Speedy's old hair. Bumblebee had cornrows up to the edge of her head, where she held it all together with one big bun. Seeing them all together almost made me tear up again, but I held it together.
"Hey guys" I said nervously.
The Titans East all came in for a group hug, and they drowned me with questions.
"Where have you been?"
"How did you get here?"
"Quién es el hombre ardiente y la chica rubia?" (I took Spanish in High School to understand Mas and Menos, they said, "who is the burning man and the blonde girl?")
That reminded me.
"Isaiah, you can power down now" I said.
"Why?" He asked.
"If you don't, you could burn down the building, this place has been unstable for twelve years" I told him.
"Don't tell me what to do!" He argued.
"Hotspot! What is wrong with you?! Power down now please!" I said firmly.
"Power down to this!" He said as he aimed to throw fire at me. Aqualad blocked it with a wave of water.
"What was that about??? What are you doing Isaiah?!"
"Nobody tells me what to do with my powers!" He snapped.
"Your so stubborn!" I retort.
"At least I didn't drag us out to travel for miles on a lump of dirt!" He said.
"Guys, stop!" Bee interrupted.
Isaiah grunted and walked out.
"I'll talk to him" Aqualad said.
"No," Speedy stopped him, "let me"
He left after Isaiah to follow him.
"Okay," Bumblebee said, moving on from the intensity, "Liz, what are you doing here?"
"I got a message on my phone...from the Teen Titans," I said. Everyone looked toward me when I said that, "I think they're coming back"
The Titans East had expressions of amazement.
"The video came from the Tower, but they aren't here, if I can look through the computer's transmission files, maybe I can get more info" I explained.
I turned and walked toward the computer. But when I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't work.
"That is why we're here," Aqualad said.
"Right, we got something from our servers too, it was fritzy, but we could understand some of it"
"era del señor Cyborg!" Mas said excitedly.
"What did he say?" Terra asked from behind me.
"It was from Cyborg" I translated.
"Yeah, and the others, Raven said something about us needing to know..."
"...that they're still here" I finished for them, "you got the same message I did"
"Well, it stopped right after Robin came on the screen, so we didn't get much" Bumblebee said.
"What? I got a bit more than that, he said that he thinks they found a way back" I told her.
"Really?!" She said, the rest of the Titans East celebrated with excitement.
"So why did you guys come all the way over here?" Terra asked.
"la misma razón que tú" Menos answered.
With Terra's confused expression, I said, "the same as us"
"Oooh"
"Exactly, but when we saw that nothing here was working, we decided to clean up the place and get it working again, since it's been worn down for twelve years" Bumblebee said.
"Well," I start, looking at the mess in the living room, "you're doing a great job!" I say, trying not to offend anyone.
"We're...working our way up" Aqualad said, "it's a little difficult cleaning the whole Tower with only five of us"
"Well, when Speedy and Hotspot get back..."
"Ha" I scoffed. Terra looked at me harshly.
"...how do you feel about eight of us?" She finished.
