Superboys

A/N An Authors note at the beginning? *gasp* yeah sorry you need to know what fuckery my mind came up with to make this work.

SO PLEASE READ IT!!!

So in this Damian is actually oldest in the batfam and not Dick (a personal headcanon of mine) aka Dick was found by Bruce and was made Robin and a couple of months later Talia shows up with Damian. That makes Dick 14 in this, Damian 15 and Jon is around 12.

I placed this in like August of 2011 so people are there from season 1 and I would add more but that takes effort and adding most of the team is hard enough in my opinion.

Robin grinned as the group lazily walked around in the woods and beach area around the island. The Team had decided that they should bond by spending the day outdoors like they did when they first made the team. Robin himself was currently teaching Conner how to skip rocks with Wally while the girls attempted to grab apples from the nearby trees with Kaldur'ahm's help for them to make an apple crumble with later.

Totally cheating, Wally used his super-speed to skip his rock 40 times before they lost count over the waves. Conner watched in fascination and did the same with the help of his super-strength but failed as the rock hit too big of a wave on the 15th skip. Robin huffed as his rock only did a mere 12 skips across the salty water before being swallowed by the waves. Robin huffed in mild frustration. "Don't worry dude, that was great for a normal person, we just have a little extra help from our powers," Wally assured at his best friend's frown, Conner grunted in agreement. They all laughed good-naturedly in varying degrees before Conner froze with a frown.

"Something's coming this way," he reported and the other two and they looked around cautiously for the source in the direction that the clone pointed.

Robin put a hand up to help shade his already shaded eyes from the sun to look out at the horizon. He laughed as he started to make out the shape and grinned. "Wow, he's sure coming in hot," the acrobat remarked, "I can handle him."

"Him?" Wally asked as he turned and faced the bird.

Robin smirked wickedly, "him."

Jumping up, the speeding figure grabbed the teen right out of the air with only the sound of Robin's signature cackle left as evidence that he'd been standing there less than a second ago. The figure changed course upwards with the boy in his arms before stopping where the small human could still breathe.

"You're late," Robin commented as he peaked at his friends stressing about his 'kidnapping' below.

"I was three star-systems away. Three!" Jon protested and held up as many fingers while holding the bird in one arm. "It takes time to get here you know," the half Kryptonian continued, "not to mention your brother demanding me to meet with him first."

Robin snickered at that but still insisted, "he's not my brother."

"Sure," the younger replied with an obvious eye roll.

Robin hit him on the arm. "Speaking of which I want you to meet yours," Dick grinned as Jon faltered in his hovering for a second.

"My what?" Jon demanded.

Robin grinned, "your half brother. His name is Conner. He's down there." He pointed down to where the team was discussing how to get their teammate back. Conner looking like he was ready to jump up to try and grab their bird back. "Speaking of we should go back down before they try and fight you or something," Dick added and winced as he and Jon were added to a mind link.

'Please release Robin immediately,' Aqualad's voice rang out in their minds.

'I'm fine guys,' Robin reassured, 'we'll be back down in a minute.'

Jon grunted in approval, not understanding how to use the link and flipped the acrobat to hang by his ankles. "How come I didn't know about this?" He questioned with a pout.

Robin gave a wicked smirk as he held his sunglasses on his face. "Well your dad and Luthor are his parents so you do the math," with that comment Robin flung himself out of Jon's grip and let himself fall towards the earth with a cackle.

Conner was the first of the two Kryptonians to react and jumped up to catch the acrobat before he hit the ground. "Thanks, Conner," Robin grinned as they landed and the human's feet were safely on the ground.

Robin adjusted his sunglasses and looked up at the teen in the air. "I think you broke him," Wally commented as he looked up as well.

"I blame his readjustment to Earth's environment," Robin brushed off and turned towards the mountain. "You guys grab enough apples? I could really go for that apple crumble right now," Robin commented as he started walking towards the door in the mountainside.

"What about?" Artemis asked as she pointed up at Jon.

Robin shrugged but didn't stop, "he'll join us when he's ready."

The team reluctantly followed the acrobat to continue the conversation. "He can get into the mountain?" M'gann questions as the flies in front with the basket of apples.

Robin nods in confirmation. "He's Conner's half brother, Batman made sure he has clearance for whenever he's on Earth," he states as they enter the kitchen.

The team stops and stared at the boy as he started pulling out ingredients from the cupboards. "I have a brother?" Conner asks with a slight growl as he frowns at the boy, "why didn't you tell me?"

Robin pauses and looks at Conner with a shrug. "He hasn't even been in the solar system for over a year so I didn't think was relevant until he got back. Actually he wasn't due to be back for another 4 months or something."

"So he's back early," Artemis asks skeptically, "why?"

Robin smirked as he grabbed the milk and butter from the fridge, "I asked for him to come back. When it was clear that Superman was going to continue being a worse father figure than Batman, I sent out a message so that you two could meet." Robin glanced at the way they had entered from for any sign of the other Kryptonian. "It took him a little longer than I thought for him to get here though, I sent that message months ago," he added.

"What did you tell him for his thoughts to become so clouded? It felt like he was in shock when you fell," M'gann commented as she started measuring out the ingredients into the bowl Robin set up.

"Oh, I told him about Conner. He's processing right now how you have two fathers," Robin motioned to Conner. "Batman's son trained him though so he'll piece it together eventually."

"You told him about..." Conner trailed off and stared down at his hands before forming fists. "Why would you tell him that?" Conner demanded, getting right up in Robin's face.

"So he won't freak out at his mom?" Robin shrugged. "Plus it's not going to change anything for him."

Conner looked down in confusion at the boy, "it won't?"

Robin jumped up to sit on the empty counter space behind him. "His mom dated both Luthor and Batman before she married Superman," Robin said with a laugh.

"Hold up," Artemis butted in with a scowl, "Batman's son trained him, like as in there are more of you gremlins running around?"

"Heh, he's not that bad when he isn't trying to stab you," Jon commented from the entranceway to the kitchen. "Hi," he waved awkwardly when all eyes turned to him.

Robin rolled his eyes as the two brothers just stood and stared at each other. "You two are more awkward than Wally when he's trying to pick up girls," he commented and walked around to push Jon into the room more and join the group.

"I-I'm Jonathan Kent," Jon said nervously, "Apparently I'm your brother."

"Conner Kent," was the response and said boy furrowed his eyebrows. Jon fidgeted and looked around at the others.

"Who are your friends?" Jon said eventually.

"I'm M'gann," the martian girl introduced, "This is Wally, Artemis, Kaldur'ahm, Zatanna, and Raquel."

"It's nice to meet you all," Jon replied. "I'm gonna guess Dad has been a bit of a distant parent figure and thank you all for taking care of my brother," He added with a grin.

Wally scoffed, "distant is an understatement." Jon grimaces slightly at that.

"Robin here," Dick said as he activated his comm. "Yeah, I have Jon... No, I'm not telling him that... How about I invite him to dinner so you and your boyfriend can spend the night?" Robin grinned as Jon flushed red.

"He's not my Boyfriend!" Jon protested. Robin raised an eyebrow at the younger boy. "Yeah I'll come over," he answered the silent question. "Can Conner come too?" he added.

Robin shrugged, "Ren?" Whatever the answer was seemed to make Robin happy as he grinned. "Thank you~" Robin chirped happily.

"Rao, it's scary that you can do that so easily," Jon said cheekily.

Wally nodded in agreement, "it's terrifying."

Robin just shrugged in reply and hooked both half Kryptonians arms with his. "Come on, let go do something fun like break into Superman's base," Robin said as he started to pull the two away towards the closest Zeta-Tube.

"Wait- what? We don't have the key," Jon protested and tried holding his ground without hurting or really stopping the remarkably strong older teen from his goal.

Robin chuckled as he continued his mission with the two, curious as to why Conner wasn't commenting on the decision. "You two are the key," he commented once they stopped in front of the Zeta-Tubes.

Conner's face screwed up in confusion at the comment. "The only thing you really need is super strength and the knowledge of how dumb Superman can be," Robin added without looking up from the screen.

"Need a personal heater?" Wally asked as he zipped to be leaning up against the transporter's framing, the rest of the team curiously watching from a distance.

Robin looked up and narrowed his eyes as he stared at the speedster but just turned to the powering up Zeta-Tube and gestured for the Kryptonians to go through the device. Wally's face imitated the Cheshire Cat's as he hovered behind the avian and eventually followed the group through the white light.

"Will they be alright?" Artemis asked in the following silence when the light finally died away, bringing the room to the normal level of illumination.

"They will be fine," Kaldur said with a smile and stared back towards the common area. "Robin has been planning this for months. I doubt he will do anything to overwhelm Conner. If anything I think it will help him find more stability knowing he isn't alone.," he assured at the uneasy looks he received while he settled at the island in the kitchen.

"You knew?" Zatanna asked as she and M'gann went back to measuring and mixing the ingredients form earlier.

Kaldur nodded with a soft grin at the memory of Robin telling him his plans. "Robin told me shortly after it was made apparent that not even Batman could convince Superman to step up into the role of mentor, though I was unaware of this other Superboy," Kaldur frowned at the last comment but didn't elaborate further on what it was exactly their, technically youngest, teammate had planned.

A/N Did I write most of this while I'm supposed to be doing another project for these stupid online classes? Yes. Was it worth it? IDK but at least I'm updating something right?

Anyways, since I decided I needed two author's notes in here, tell me what you think and if I should make a part 2 with the dinner and Birdflash added on since this IS supposed to be a "Meet the Batfam" fic. (I also wanna gush a bit on my babies and how underrated they can be. Sue me)

Shoutout to kate_birch and PNGonzalez and Robin_Kid aka some of the beautiful people from my server! (link to join in my bio)
