A few moments later,
Evening,
On her way to return home...
Midoriya's POV
Arghhhh, that was really tiring and exhausting!
I couldn't believe Recovery-san would make me did some works just right after I woke up from faint.
Why did I pass out in the first place? I don't even remember what happe—
All of a sudden, earlier scenario flashed before my green eyes. Blood rushed up to my head when I recalled what occured just now.
Gosh, no need to remind me of that scenario repeatedly, Author-san! It is embarrassing! I just passed out in front of my celebrity crush!
AHHHH!!! This is too humiliating!
I chewed on my bottom lip while my face grew redder from embarrassment as seconds ticked away. Several moments later, I arrived in front of my house.
I was about to unlock the front gate when my phone started buzzing in the pocket of my skirt. I slipped my hand into the pocket and took out my phone. I read the phone screen. Aizawa-san's name was on display.
Internally, I began panicking. What did he want? Did he want to ask about earlier? There was no way I will tell him the truth! Even if It will cost my life!
Scaredly, I tapped the message icon. My eyes read every single alphabet written on the screen carefully. Upon finishing, a surprise-filled gasp escaped my mouth.
Aizawa-san : Midoriya-san, are you home yet? Your mother is here, in my house. She had been waiting for you for quite a while. If you read this message, please come to my house right after you from work.
"Mom is here?!" I shouted out of shock from the top of my lungs. I looked around the area, but I noticed no sign of my mother's presence.
Mom didn't inform me that she wanted to come to visit! Maybe she wants to surprise me...
..well, it had been a while since we last met after all.
Smiling at myself, I made up my mind to head to my neighbor's house. I stood in front of the door, slowly knocking on the door three times. I could hear footsteps erupting from the inside of the nice house.
I silently waited for Aizawa-san to open the door. In couple of seconds, the door creak opened by a black-haired man.
Aizawa-san.
Wow, is it just me or does he look much more exhausted then he usually does??
"H-hello, Aizawa-san... Thank you for looking after my mother during my absence." I bowed down respectfully to the Erasure Hero.
I rose up from my bowing position, meeting my soft gaze with his tired one. My heart started to beat fast in my chest, which was not a good sign.
At this rate, if I fail to control my emotion, I will pass out again like earlier—
"It is fine. Come in, she is in the living room." Aizawa-san gestured me to walk to the living room. I tugged a small smile of gratefulness for him. And all of a sudden, he... Looked away from me.
What is wrong with Aizawa-san?
The two of us silently headed to the living room. My mother jumped from the couch upon seeing my figure. I opened my arms arms and surged forward to hug the woman who gave birth to me.
"Izuku honey! I miss you so much..."
"I miss you too, Mom!"
I expressed my feeling that I had been keeping up inside. I tightened the hug, not wanting to let Mom go.
After felt like forever, we both broke apart. I turned facing Aizawa-san, smiling widely at my co-worker.
"Thank you again, Aizawa-san! We will take our leave now."
"...no problem."
Aizawa-san unenthusiastically replied to me with his tired, deep voice. I just chuckled, gesturing my mother to leave the house.
Mom nodded her head. She waved a goodbye for Aizawa-san before walking out of the two-storey house. I approached my idol hero, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
"... Hey, I heard everything from Recovery-san... You are the one who carried me to the infirmary room, right?" I spoke up shyly, eyes averting from meeting his.
"Well, yeah. I can't leave you laying on the floor in school building, can I? That will cause a big problem."
Aizawa-san retorted bluntly. I chuckled heartily again. Sometimes, his blunt, blank response was amusing that he managed to make me laugh.
I have never laughed a lot around men...
"Well then, see you tomorrow at school, Aizawa-san." I smiled happily at Aizawa-san. His eyes widened a little bit, but I brushed it off. Perhaps he was trying to stay awake until we leave.
We should leave as soon as possible. Poor Aizawa-san wants to sleep.
"See you tomorrow too..."
When I heard his voice, I turned to him back. I tugged a toothy grin, a sign that told him I was very happy to see my celebrity crush.
Yes, celebrity crush. A feeling that I developed ever since I discovered about Eraser Head.
A romantic feeling that will never become reality.
You know, for example, a romantic feeling toward an anime character.
One thing that hurt so much about this situation is... I could never have my feeling return.
Because the one I'm in love is... My idol.
Someone that I look up to. Someone that become my reason to be a hero.
There is no way my idol will feel the same was as me. Come on, he is a very experienced pro hero! While I'm a rookie hero who just started working officially as a hero!
So many diffences between us.
After a little chat, I left the house, tears almost left my eyes.
I'm glad I could hold it back till Mom leaves.

everal hours later,
Midnight,
On way back home..
Third Person's POV
Inko descended the quiet road in nervousness. She was completely alone right now. Izuku had offered her to stay over but she refused, because she wanted to stay at her home instead.
Now she regretted her selfish decision.
Walking through the night quickly, Inko kept glimpsing over her shoulder whenever she heard suspicious, creepy noise from behind her. She had a feeling someone was following her ever since she left her daughter's house.
Ignoring the frightening presence, the green-headed woman pretended to stay calm. She did her best not to show her fear, but her effort proved to be futile.
She was seriously terrified, hoping that she was already home currently. However, her house was still a few kilometers far away from her current spot.
The footsteps behind Inko became louder and louder until the noise could be heard clearly by her. The fear began settling in her veins, blood pumping up faster through her body. The beat in her chest pounded loudly against the ribcage.
Not wanting to be in a much more dangerous situation, Inko turned to look at whoever this person who was following her.
"If you want m-money, they I will five you everything I have! Just please, spare me..."
Timidly, the chubby woman handed over her handbag to this mysterious guy standing before her. A creepy grin cocked on his dried lips, before a sharp knife pierced in Inko's stomach.
Inko coughed up a large amount of blood from her mouth. She shakily looked up to the man in black hoodie, his ashen blue hair exposed a little.
"...y-you are—"
But before she could speak up again, her body turned into a pile of dust.
