A/N: The bold is them speaking underwater because they have a special language that they do by illuminating the fish-like fin on the end of their tails.
Waves looked around her underwater room. Two seaweed beds with coral strung around them lines on of the walls and a giant tapestry lined the other. She fingered her necklace. It was a black weirdly shaped half of a circle with a white circle on the wider end of the shape. A blue lump sat on one of the beds watching her.

Hurricane? Why are you watching me? She asked with a flick of her tail.
I'm not! Why do you still have that didn't Mother tell you that it held you down in training? She shot back.

Who cares! She thought but didn't dare to say that to her much more stronger sister. Why did she always have to be her mother's favorite? What was she trying to always prove she was better?

Waves huffed and left the room. She didn't have time for that she had to see her parents. She had a feeling that something was wrong. A vision swelled her mind and made her want to collapse.

It is worse than the dream! It must be important! Waves thought clutching her head. Breath, just breath. Let the vision cascade out like a waterfall. It can't hurt me! Not yet!

Her mother had told her before the visions started that this might happen  because she was in the royal family. Even years from now Waves still remembered the old scroll about the legendary seers. The scroll had black ink in the ancient writing that read, The power of a seer is very important, but beware the power can sometimes be too much for one dragon, sometimes it takes two to conquer the power. She didn't understand it at the time but her mother said it meant she had to marry someone strong and dependable to help her rule. Her mother also said that she should pick the TideWing she would have to love. But why did she have too marry someone her mother chose? Why did she not want to marry anyone her mother chose?
