You glided through the air, Shock scouting for islands. You sighed and felt like someone was watching you. You let out a low growl, "Lightning if you're staring at me again." He quickly flew over from the clouds above you. "I'm not." He snapped. "Well excuuuuuuuse me Princess." You growled, your (e/c) eyes turning to slits.

Shock flew over quickly, "I found some rocky ledges we could rest on." He said. You nodded in approval and followed shock, with the others following behind. You still felt like you were being watched so you kept alert. You twisted around and we're met with a dragon nearly crashing into you. Time seemed to slow for a moment as the black dragon glided past. You growled and shot (F/C) plasma at the dragon, hitting it's red tail fin, making it burst into flames. The black dragon started to lowered until it fell, flapping its wings like a bird that couldn't fly.

You dived down and grabbed onto them, hauling them onto the rocks. You growled and puffed out some smoke in their face before flying to the higher ones with the others. Leaving them to ask, " What just happened?"

Night began to fall and you set up some nests with the others. Hot coals kept you warm in the cold night. Sure, you were a nightfury, but you kept awake at day to protect yourself and the others. You slowly drifted off to sleep, a dreamless sleep.
