Black hair swayed in the wind as school was let out. He was excited for the final day for the beta of Sword Art Online, the game he had been playing recently. The boy was more excited for the official release, but that was for another day. He slipped into his home after texting his cousin and got ready to play.

He smiled as he raced through the dungeon he was in before. Another Beta Player, Koharu, was racing behind him, trying to catch up.

"WAIT!" He sent a grin back as he slashed through the enemies. She gritted her teeth before managing to get in front of him and slash one of the enemies, only to get shown up by him.

"Oops!" She yelped before racing after him. They had met on the first day on the beta and she kept getting aggravated by his talents.

"Get back here!"

"Nope! Come catch me!"

"Damn it!"

She finally did catch him and tackled him. They laughed before getting up from the ground.

"Alright. You win. I thought you were a lot farther behind." She huffed with a smile before a notification filled the air.

"Beta will be ending soon. Please log off as soon as possible to allow Devs to prepare for official release."

They fell silent before she straightened up.

"We begin again at the release." He grinned before they shook hands and logged off.
