Amara begins to piece together fragments of what's happening. Through research, she learns of the Shadow Realm—a dimension that mirrors her world but is ruled by malevolent forces. The veil separating the realms has weakened, and creatures from the Shadow Realm are beginning to cross over.

Her fears are confirmed when a horrifying event shakes the campus: several students vanish without a trace, their last reported sightings near mirrors. Amara and Rowan investigate and find evidence that the mirrors are being used as gateways.

Rowan (terrified): "What do they want? Why now?"

Amara (determined): "I don't know. But if they're coming through mirrors, then I'm the one they want. I have to stop this."
