"Corrine, Do you love me?" Draco asked.

"Unconditionally, Draco." I replied. He gave me a half smile, and Goyle passed him a small box. Then Blaze, Crabbe, and Goyle stood up and went to the boys dorm. "Why?" I asked.

"I... Uh... Have something for you. But first I want to tell you something. But you have to promise not to tell anyone." Draco announced, getting serious. I nodded.

"Ok. I'm listening. You have my undivided attention." I announced.

"Corrine," Draco started, and grabbed my hands. "I... Well... I..." Draco mumbled.

"You?" I asked.

"I found out... That your father... Is a death eater. I wanted to be honest with you. And I didn't know how to bring it up. But I bought you something and-" I hugged Draco.

"Draco. I know my Dads a death eater. He just owled me a few minutes ago. That's what brought me to tears. Thank you for being honest with me though. But I don't need a present." I announced.

"There's more, Corrine." Draco announced. I pulled back and looked into those stormy grey eyes. They were full of pain and worry.

"What's wrong, Draco?" I asked placing a hand on his cheek. Draco gave me the box. I opened it. Inside was a green, black, and silver snake ring. I gasped. "D-Draco..."

"It's just a promise ring. I wanted to tell you that by the end of the summer... I'm expected... To... Be...-"

"A death eater. Dad told me that too." I explained, due to the surprised look on his face. Draco turned away from me.

"So that's it then. You hate me don't you?" Draco asked. I turned his head towards me, and kissed his lips.

"I could never hate the boy I love." I announced.

"But... I'm going to be a death eater!" Draco exclaimed. I kissed him yet again.

"I can see past being a death eater, Draco. I've lived with one all my life. Like I said. My love for you is unconditional." I whispered. Draco smiled and finally started kissing back.

"As is mine for you" Draco replied, after a 15 second snogging session. I smiled.

"Then it's settled. I, Corrine Marie Snaproot, Promise to always provide unconditional love to you. I also promise to never tell anyone about the conversation we had on this day." I announced.

"Your middle name is Marie?" Draco asked, with a smirk. I crossed my arms and glared at him. "Ok ok, and I Draco Lucius Malfoy-"

I snorted at his middle name, and he glared at me.

"Promise to always love and protect you, even in the most impossible situations. I also promise not to tell a soul about this little conversation." Draco finished.

"What conversation?" I asked. Draco nodded.

"Exactly" Draco replied. I admired my ring, and how it fit my finger perfectly. It was my new favorite position, ever.

"So..." I announced.

"So..." Draco replied. I poked him in the chest.

"YOUR IT!" I exclaimed, running out of the common room, and into my room.
