I found myself with cousin Beanie most the time, so that I'd have some protection from Pansy. Though it was made clear the Linda and Ben were still dating, People started saying I was way to clingy and over protective of my cousin, even though he was the one being over protective of me. I felt like an awkward third wheel, when accompanying them on trips to Hogsmeade. However those two are the only things keeping Pansy away from me. Of course I'm not sure why. Possibly because it keeps me away from Draco. Or that Linda scares the living daylights out of Pansy. I mean... Linda scares the living daylights out of everyone. Not that I didn't approve of Linda, she was one of the only girls I approved of in fact. Besides Hermione and Ginny of course. And boy am I glad Ben had such a wonderful girl like Linda to support and back Ben up. She's there for him when I can't be and I'm very thankful for that. She's got a good head on her shoulders, and a good heart in her chest.  Not many girls now a days do anymore. Linda is defiantly some one I could go to for advice. In fact, I'm on my way to talk to her right now. She was with Ben (Whats new?) and a couple of first year Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs under a tree, and they all looked very distressed.

"Linda! Beanie!" I yelled. Linda turned around, looked to me, sighed in relief and dragged me over to the little grouping.

"Corrine, thank goodness. We could use your help." Linda announced, pushing me to the tree.

"Why? Whats wrong?" I asked.

"Courtney disarmed Jacob and sent his wand flying into the tree. Now we can't get it down, and we don't want to risk using accio. Especially with... That Umbridge woman and her team looking for witches and wizards to punish. We could sure use the help of an acrobatic professional, aye?" Linda asked, gesturing to each of the kids and the tree as she spoke. I nodded and looked to Ben.

"What story did you tell them to convince them I'm the person for the job, Beanie?" I asked. Ben shrugged.

"The one where you climbed the tree to get the soccer ball after I drop kicked it into the really high tree." Ben replied, nonchalantly. I nodded and rolled up me sleeves.

"Alright. I'll help you guys. But I'll need a boost in order to reach that first branch without magic." I announced looking to Ben. He nodded. "Knee down, hand cradled" I announced backing up a bit. Ben nodded and got down on one knee, and intertwined his fingers, and waited for me to nod to him. I nodded and took of towards him then jumped landed on his hands and he flung me up high enough for me to grab hold of the branch. I pulled myself on top of the branch and started climbing higher and higher until I got to the wand. I grabbed it, and then swung like the monkey I am, down to the last branch, and hung down by the crooks of my knees and tossed the wand to Ben. Then I unhooked my knees and started swinging back and forth. Then I took off, did a back flip and landed it perfectly. I span around and looked to my audience. They applauded wildly. I bowed and looked to Ben.

"Show off" Ben coughed.

"You wish." I replied, sticking out my tongue at him. I turned to the first year Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws. "Now, I suggest you get that spell down so you don't risk sending another wand into a tree. Kay?" I asked. They all nodded and ran off to test out Jacob's newly reunited wand. We all shook our heads.

"First years" we all three stated aloud.

"So. What brings you outside, cousin Cory? Was it your awesome Cousin?" Ben asked, hooking his arm around my neck. I shrugged.

"Something along those lines. Honestly just trying to avoid the dog." I replied, with a stink eye. The two both knew who the dog is and nodded.

"I can understand that. She is a vicious one, that girl, isn't she?" Linda asked. I nodded.

"She has a nasty bite to go along with that bark." I responded. Ben snorted.

"Not the first time she's been accused of it I would think." Ben stated. Linda and I snickered.

"Aye!" Linda laughed. The entire time I just stood there laughing at each of the wise dog jokes that the two cracked. Soon, we all had the best prank plan this side of Hogwarts has seen.

"Cory. You share a common room with the K-9 right?" Ben asked. I nodded. "You know the Weasley's right? Fred and George?" Ben asked again.

"It would be a sin if I didn't." I replied. "Why?"

"She's obsessed with Stormy, right?" Ben asked I nodded. "What if we turned that K-9 into the Dog she is?" Ben asked. Linda widened her eyes and hit Ben in the arm.

"Bean!" She exclaimed. I was surprised as well.

"What are you nipping at Beanie?" I asked. Ben snorted.

"What if we sent a box of chocolates from Stormy to the dog, and she turned into the pug she is?" Ben asked.linda and I gasped.

"Cousin Beanie," I started, which got his attention. I broke away from his arm and smiled. "You're Bloody Genius" I announced. Then the planning began. We formulated that we'd need Draco's signature, chocolates perfect for turning a human into a dog, from Fred and George of course, and a convincing atmosphere that made it seem that Draco had actually sent the chocolates to her.

"I think I have the perfect idea in order to get his signature." Linda announced. She told me I should be doodling my name on a piece of parchment, except instead of Corrine Marie Snaproot I should put Corrine Marie Malfoy. It should be written several different times in different fonts. Then ask Draco how how he signs his name. Try to act interested and copy his style, but keep it separate so that it was easy to forge. I agreed to do so and brought it upon myself to do it at lunch.

I pulled out a piece of parchment and quill and dipped the tip in ink. I quickly scribbled the name a few times and smiled. Corrine Marie Malfoy. I kind of like the ring to it. Soon I was joined by Draco, but acted as though I was to absorbed in what I was doing to notice. I sighed dreamily to add to the effect, which immediately caught Draco's attention. He kissed my cheek and looked over my shoulder. I jumped a little to add even more to the effect, then swiped away the parchment.

"What is that?" Draco asked reaching around me to try to grab it, but I held it out of his reach.

"Nothing." I stated quickly, as if I was hiding it. Draco smirked.

"Doesn't look like nothing." Draco announced. I blushed and folded it in half.

"It's nothing. Really." I announced. Draco smirked. Then he jabbed his fingers into my sides and grabbed the parchment. "No, wait, don't"
But it was to late. He had already opened it and looked at it. Draco looked at me surprised.

"Corrine Marie Malfoy, hmm?" He asked giving me a smile. I blushed deeper.

"You weren't supposed to see that." I replied. Draco looked to me lovingly.

"I think it's adorable." He replied. I blushed deeper.

"I couldn't pick the font style I wanted. Hey how do you sign your name?" I asked, handing him my quill and then moving the page up a bit so he could show me. He signed his name in the most masculine cursive I've ever seen. It was a huge D with the other letters in his name following in a small font then a Huge M and the small letters following that. I smiled and attempted to sign my name in his don't under it but failed miserably.

"No no, you have to grip it like this." Draco announced, wrapping his hand around mine, and then showing me how to sign my name. Draco pulled out one of his own quills and started doodling his name, almost as many times as I had. Then he did the cutest thing I've ever seen. He tugged on my hand and flipped it over to bare my wrist. Then he scribbled a DM on my wrist followed by a + and a CS and surrounded the entire thing with a heart. DM + CS. Hey I'm CS! I smiled and kissed Draco on the cheek. Then I grabbed his arm and did the same thing. Not only had I gotten Draco's signature, but I had also received the best temporary tattoo I ever got.

"How am I supposed to keep this from getting soiled?" I asked. Draco smirked, and preformed a spell. Then he put a few drops of water on it. It didn't effect the ink. He preformed the same spell on his wrist and put a few drops on his. Didn't even lift. I nuzzled into his chest. He kissed my head and wrapped his arms around me.

"You are the most interesting person I know, Enny." Draco announced, grabbing my parchment.

"I'd hate to be normal, that's an insult to normal people across the globe I try to be the most unique person I can be. Whether it be good or bad." I replied.

"I'm just glad I was the one you trusted to exploit your creativity and unnormalness to. That's a word right?" Draco asked. I shrugged.

"It is if you want it to be." I replied. He kissed my nose.

"I am such a lucky man." Draco announced. I looked to the entrance of the grand hall. Linda and Ben were standing there, tapping their wrists. I kissed Draco on the lips and grabbed my parchment back from him.

"I got to go. I'm studying with Ben and Linda for the O.W.L.S. I'll see you later, bye!" I announced and ran to them. I could feel Draco's gaze never leave me as I trotted off to meet Ben and Linda.

"You got it right?" Linda asked. I nodded and showed her the parchment.

"And you told him we were off to study for the O.W.L.S?" Ben questioned. I nodded.

"I feel kinda bad for lying to him." I sighed.

"What he doesn't know won't kill him." Ben announced. "Now come on, Fred and George made us an appointment." Ben announced, taking off toward the Owl infirmary. There we met Fred and George.

"Here are the chocolates you ordered, great for turning someone into a dog." George announced, handing the box to Ben.

"Thanks Weasley's, what do I owe you?" Ben asked, pulling out his sack.

"12 nuts, Bean." Fred announced. Ben handed Fred the currency.

"Nice doing business with you fellas." Ben announced.

"Anything for a paying customer." They replied at the same time. I groaned and rolled my eyes.

"Twin telepathy. Ugh." I stated.

"Still doesn't exist, Corrine." They both replied.

"Sure it doesn't." I replied sarcastically. Then we walked off and got ready to start our prank.
