~~~~~ Lith POV~~~~~~

     Gene (my best friend) and I were on our way to our shared apartment after a about six hours of dragging him with me to find manga and new anime releases. I'm thinking how long it will take me to finish the 76 manga I got while at a red light when suddenly I'm slammed into the headboard of the car and then showered with glass. I was taken over by pain,but reality hits me anyway. We're in a car crash. After a few minuets I'm still in intense pain when I look over to see Gene is passed out cover in blood from gashes on his head from the impact he had and cuts from the glass.

   I  started to panick when I reached over to wake him when I realize he's barely breathing. As soon I realize I try to move closer to my bag to get my phone when a sharp pain is in my left arm. There was a huge shard of glass sticking out of my arm. I build up the courage to pull it out of my arm. As I did I was hit with a huge wave of pain hits me. I reach over and grab my phone and I hold back a scream of pain. I quickly dial 911.

"What is your emergency" the person on the other end of the says.                                                        

"My freind and I were just in a terrible a-a-accident and he's b-b-barely breathing." I say choking back tears from pulling the shard out of my arm.

"Hold on miss there'll be there in three minutes. Can you stay on the line until they get there?" The person says.

"I'll try....." I said as I slowly black out.
