I knew it was too good to be true.
Because the next day after I slammed my door in the brothers' faces, Derick would not leave me alone.
Skipping his class to get me in trouble during mine? Not a problem for this self-centered jerk.
"At least say something." he pestered me.
"No talking in detention!" the spinster looking lady with the pointy glasses ordered.
I smile smugly as Derick gets reprimanded.
He sticks his tongue out at me, and I give him the same.
It didn't take long for Mrs. Pointy face told us to stop making faces at eachother.
And Derick smirks at me because I got rileprimanded too.
Seriously, it's like he has the mentality of a seven year old. And some seven year olds are even more mature than him.
After the bell rang and we were let out, I hurried away from him. 'Til I realized, I don't have any way to get home. With it raining and the bus already having left an hour ago.
"Looks like you need a ride home." evilness radiating from him.
I sighed, and hopped into his car.
"What? That wasn't an invitation." he scowled.
I smirked, "It didn't have to be. Now drive on good monsieur." I motion to the steering wheel, not taking my eyes off of the road in front of the car.
He sighed and started driving, a hint of a smile on his face.
