example: weather powers can include wind manipulation, cloud manipulation, rain, snow, etc.

-No Mary Sue characters: AKA don't overpower your character

-No one's character is more important than any other character in the group

-Do not control other people's characters

-All characters MUST be approved by me; if your character is not approved then I will offer advice on how it could be approved

-Do not harass other admins or characters
