"Get in"the police woman told Sophia. Silently Sophia got into the backseat of the car though it wasn't like she had much of her choice. The police woman got into the front seat of the car and started the engine.

Chapter 3:

As soon as Sophia sat in the car she took out her phone and her new air pods.

"What are you doing" the police woman asked her turning around to look at her.

"Well you are probably gonna annoying and I've got data so I decided why not watch some videos on YouTube" Sophia said.

"How old are you? " the lady asked her.

"Wow you are super inquisitive, but since you asked in 13 years " Sophia said rolling her eyes.

" That's alot of attitude from a thirteen year olds girl" the lady commented.

"Well since you asked me so many questions in gonna ask you a question? " Sophia said.
"The question is why did you take me and what are you going to do with me ?" She asked.

"I'm not going to answer that question and maybe you should just shut up" the lady told Sophia. Then as if a second thought she asked Sophia "Where did you learn how to fight like that?"

Sophia looked at her, ignored her, switched her phone on and started playing a game after she realised that she needed to keep her data for something else.

" Hello girl I asked you a question so now answer me" the lady told Sophia.

" You told me to shut up so now I will because it was whatvi was told to do and I have been taught to do what I was told to do " Sophia said struggling to keep her laughter in after seeing the lady's face.

"Aaargh kids and their attitudes are so irritating " the lady muttered.

"I heard that " Sophia commented.

" You were supposed to Shut Up and not talk " the lady told her.

"Yeah I know,its just so much more fun to annoy adults " Sophia said laughing.

"Clearly " Sophia heard the lady say which must made her laugh even more.But then she suddenly stopped laughing at a sudden thought.

" You know my mum is gonna probably kill me "she told the lady suddenly very sober.

" And why is that?" The lady questioned as she looked at Sophia through the review mirror.

"Because since my dad died I'm barely allowed out of the house alone and today was the one of the first days in weeks and now I've gotten arrested. I'll probably never be allowed out againnn" Sophia groaned.

" Well then you lucky since we called your mother already and told her that you'd be a little late" The lady said.

"Umm...excuse me what? Did you just say that you called  my mother. How do you know who she is? And how the heck to you'll have her number?" Sophia questioned.

"We've got our ways and those ways will not be shared" the lady said.

After that they lapsed into a silence and Sophia looked out the window.But when the women took a turn into a street full of beautiful houses and high buildings.

Sophia questioned her "Why did you turn into this road ?".

" Because this is where we need to go" the lady said.

"But only the richest people live here and there are no police stations anywhere near here " Sophia said.

"Only the richest hmm..." The lady thought out loud. "But want it only a few months ago when you  yourself lived here " she pointed out.

"Yes,but that was before my dad died" Sophia muttered under her breath so softly that the lady didn't hear her.

Sophia's dad used to work for a trading company and used to be the one who uses to go to all the different countries with the goods. And just six months ago he had gone on a trip to Australia and three days later they got a call saying that he was caught in a shooting incident and was unfortunately killed.

The people had told them that the funeral was already held in Australia and there was no need for them to go there. Before that Sophia's mother hadn't worked and just used to live at home so she didn't have any money of her own and Sophia's father hadn't left much behind for them. So when someone asked to buy the house and everything in it Sophia's mother had not hesitated and sold the house. With the money she got from selling the house she managed to buy a new much smaller House in the part of the city where the ordinary non extra rich people lived. And with some the remaining money her mother bought the things she would need in the house and thing's for the new boutique she would start to make more money.

5 minutes later they pulled up outside a huge fancy mansion one that Sophia instantly recognized but of course she would recognize it since she lived in that house for 12 years of her life.

Sophia gasped "There is absolutely no way that I will go into that house" she said.

The lady looked turned around in her seat to face Sophia and told her " If you do not go in there by yourself then I will pick you up and carry you in.And believe me what you will see inside the house will make you happy you went in"

" I can't go in. Do you know how difficult it is to go into a place where you've lived for twelve years of your life and then  and just have all of those amazing memories come back to you. And then leave it all over again ?" Sophia asked her voice thick with sadness.But she couldn't cry she wouldn't cry.

"Its just a house. Sure you lived there for so long but it doesn't really matter." the lady said.

"Yes it does matter.This was the last place I seen my father before he died" Sophia said her voice cracking and this time she couldn't stop the single tear slipping down her cheek and landing on her jeans.

"I'm sorry but you have to come with me" inside the lady said ringing the bell. A miniute later the gate opened and the car drove inside. After that she got out of the car and went over to Sophia's door. "Come on let's go " she said helping Sophia out of the car .

Sophia didn't know what to do so she just allowed the lady to lead had towards the frond door. She then knocked sharply on the frosted aluminium door. A second later a girl opened the door.

"Please come in " the girl said. But she did not look at them because she bent flown to pick up a piece of paper that was lying on the floor.

But when she stood up Sophia recognised the maid "Hannah?" she said breaking out into a wide smile.

The girl looked up and saw Sophia "Ohh my.Sophia what are you doing he-" she was cut off by Sophia lunging to hug her.

Hannah was the maids daughter and she was a year older then Sophia but they had been friends from they were younger. Since Hannah went to boarding school every holiday she came with her mom to work. And that made Sophia and Hananh bother less bored.

"Soyour mom still works here?" Sophia asked.

"Yeah she does,though for me when I come here it's kinda boring but at least it's only for the holidays" Hannah said laughing.

"I'm sorry to disrupt this little reunion but I've got to take Sophia somewhere" The lady said giving Hannah a look that Sophia couldn't quite understand.

"Oh...yes. Sorry I should go" Hannah said. "Bye Sophia" she added waving and then she was gone down the hallway.

"Okay let's go " the lady said leading Sophia to the living room.

When they entered the room the first thing Sophia seen was the family portrait hanging on just above the mantle. But the thing that surprises Sophia was that was not any family portrait.No that was her family portrait. Sophia turned around to ask the lady about it but the lady was gone.

Then someone walked through the other door at the opposite end of the room.
"No,no,no that's impossible" Sophia said before she felt the floor rushing to meet her and then everything went black.
