I've come to recognize all of a sudden that every day I wear my aromatherapy necklace, my mood is up. I get shit done. I cleaned my whole room, revived my long dead laptop, and talked to my relatives. I wasn't on my phone for almost 7 hours.

I actually lived my life. And I love it. I love living life!

When I don't have something to distract me on.. I don't survive. I don't live life.

I LIVE SO MUCH BETTER WHEN I SEE AND SMELL THE SCENT I PUT ON THE NECKLACE!

Aromatherapy works.. I don't feel anxious, I don't feel depressed or worried, I got things done, and I was just an absolute ray of sunshine all day..

I'm so proud of myself right now.

I need to test this more.. see what happens at school monday.
