Short recap: van mikado had just moved to Vale from Atlas where he could enjoy buddyfights and on that same day he meets a fuanus girl that was being picked on by fuanus haters and decided to help her out and the next day he went to beacon to start his new school without knowing he would meet the same fuanus girl that he had helped.

3rd POV
As the day went by van would focus on his class work and when ever he was finished he would take out his deck and work on it.

Van: Ok I think this is a good deck for now.

As van was about to get up from his set Ruby walked over to him while having her hoodie up on her head.

Ruby: Hello.

Van: Hi.

Ruby: I'm Ruby I hope we can be friends.

Van: Same here and you already know my name.

Ruby: want to join me and my friends?

As Ruby lead van over to her friends they started to talk about many things mostly about buddy fights.

Ruby: Well our next class is with professor goodwitch which is basically our buddyfight class.

Van and yang both headed down to the buddy arena for their friendly fight then the two came up on the stage with their core deck case in hand.

Van: Let's show them our power luminize *core case turn into a belt* explosive dragon fang.

Both: Raise the flag

Yang: Ancient world.

Van: Dragon world.

Glynda: Yang will be going first.

Van: My turn draw! Charge and draw!

As van looked at his card a small smirk appears on his face.

Van: Alright I buddy call drum to the right.

Van lp: 8>>9

Drum: Alright now I can join in the fun.

Van: I cast dragonic charge and dragonic charge plus due the effects of both spells my guage increase by four two from each card.

Van g: 2>>6

Drum: Hehe, I knew you would do something like this.

Van: I call Boomerang dragon to the center.

Boomerang: I'm the thunder from down under.

Van: And I call thousand rapper dragon to the left.

Rapper: Hmm.

Van: I cast and set dragon return system and I equip dragonblade, drumsword.

Van lp: 9>>8

Weiss: I think I've seen this before.

Van: Ok boomerang attack the fighter.

Boomerang dragon flow up in  the air and turned into a giant boomerang and van jumped up in the air then grabbed boomerang and throw him throws yang.

Yang: Ahh!!!

Boomerang dragon: *flyes back to van* What a good show *turns into a card*

Van: If your wondering why boomerang dragon returned my hand cards it's because that's his ability and aslo my drs effect activates my guage increase bye one and the critical of my drumsword by one as well.

Van g: 6>>>7

Yang lp: 10>>>9

Van: Drum attack the fighter.

Drum: Here I was starting to fall asleep *starts up his drill and flies up in the air* crash drill ram bunker!!

Yang: Ahh!!

Yang lp: 9>>>6

Van: Next me and thousand will do a link attack.

Thousands: Alright.

van and thousand rapper ran across the fighting arena then jumped up and swinged their blades at yang.

Thousand: Infarale berital

Van: Taste my drumsword.

Yang: Ahh!!!!

Yang: *holding herself on one knee* Damn you are good. When it's my turn again I'll deal you some major damage.

Van: Sorry but this is my final faze!!

(Play the ost on the top now)

Van: Impact!!!! Gargantuan punisher!!!

Van: *jumps down as his sword disappears* Thanks for the amazing fight.

Glynda: And that's the end of the game Van mikado is the winner.

Van walked over to yang who was sitting down on the ground as he hold out his hand to her.

Van: Thanks for the great game I hope we can do this again some day. *smiles*

Yang: *takes his hand* Thanks your strong just like a childhood friend of mine.

Van: *pulls her up and lets go of her hand* Oh really and what's his name?

Yang: His name is Mitchell Korasaki the number one buddy fighter at beacon.

Van: He's number one *smiles* Sounds interesting.

Meanwhile on top of beacon's roof lies a boy laying down with his eyes closed and besides him is a small three headed dog with black fur while the boy starts to wake up.

Boy: I feel a strong will fighter that had join beacon. *smiles* This is going to be fun.

As soon he stood up the three headed dog woke up and looked up at him.

Dog: So Mitchell what should we do about this person?

Mitchell: We'll observe him then we'll fight him Cerberus.

Cerberus: Alright.
