"did you know that bells had a date?" jere flopped into my bed while i was putting on some makeup "so she's not going to the party"

"yeah i heard, i was there when it happened" i said looking at him through the mirror

"that's not fair though" he groaned "we have to go to the book party"

i got up and threw myself on top of him while laughing "it'll be fun" my chin sat on his chin as i looked at him and he gave me a face "hopefully"

he chuckled and pushed me off of him "wanna ride with me and the boys?"

i nodded and stood up with him "can i drive"

he grabbed the keys of out his pocket and handed me them "just don't kill us please"

"i'll try not too" i kissed his cheek

and i swear i saw his cheeks redden

i sighed sitting in between steven and and jeremiah "old people are to talkative" i rested my head on here's shoulder

conrad then spoke up "you know, this shit is so boring?"

"yeah where?" steven asked, not looking up from his phone

"we could go into town, i don't know. buy some week from that guy with the rainbow dash tattoo" jere gave us ideas

"nah he got arrested last summer" conrad exclaimed

"shit really?" jere leaned his head back

"we could go to the drive in" steven smirked

"dude, no i don't wanna watch belly hooking up with some kid in the back seat of a minivan" jere said making me slap him on his chest

after a couple of seconds conrad started to speak again "let's go to the drive in"

i rolled my eyes as all the boys stood up, before jere could walk away got ahold of his hand

"what's up?" he asked me, gripping my hand

"wanna go night surfing?" i asked " im not gonna be apart of crashing belly's first date"

he nodded, put his arm over my shoulder and we walked out to the jeep "we can tell steven to drop us off at my house"

"how's lauren and taylor?" jere asked me as we walked down to the beach

"they are both good, you'll see them in the fourth too, i'm pretty sure they are coming down for the day" i tell him

the beach was finally in our view, i gripped my board and looked at the waves

"it's a good night" i exclaimed

" hell yeah it is, cmon" he ran to the water, i followed after him

we paddled out far enough to get some good waves

after some time we both got a good amount of waves that we surfed

we then sat down in the sand, i was sitting in between jeres legs, my back leaning into his chest

he wrapped and arm around my body and asked me "how's being a deb going?"

"well i mean it's only been one day of being a deb" i paused "buts it's really fun, all the girls are cool and nice, and i also know now that gigi has a little thing for you" i jabbed my elbow into his stomach softly

he groaned and laughed a little bit "yeah i know" he told me

i moved to sit directly in front of him  "why don't you go for her?"

i really hope you don't

" i don't like her" he said, his pretty eyes were glistening in the moon light "what?" he caught me staring at him

i shrugged and told him "you eyes look really pretty right now"

he smirked and leaned towards me "yeah?"

i nodded, licked my lips and leaned my face closer to his

"yeah" i repeated

we were so close to kissing each other, and of course it had to be ruin

"who's that?" jeremiah asked me as i stood up

"it's belly, she wondering where we are, so let's go" i help him stand up

i hope this isn't gonna be awkward now.
