Morning! I woke up to my mother hugging me tightly and my dad and brother getting me a cake and breakfast in bed. These things happen very rarely or on a special occasion. And so I tried to recall if today was a special day or in case I forgot something but I came up with nothing. And all I knew was todays' not my birthday!
I asked my mom what's going on as I rest my head on her shoulder.
But all she said was;today turned out be the best day of her life.
I got more confused and so I broke the silence building up in the room-

"What's going on guys? Tell me. I am terrified to see you all like this. And that too ,so early in my room."
*Everybody sighed in chorus*

"And now ,what was that for?"I said after being all perplexed.
"First of all ,Gray stop grinning and tell me whats the matter,its not my birthday today you all are mistaken .You guys even forgot my birth date,how stupid."
"Okay okay Munchkin today turned out to be the best day for all of us."said Gray
"Whyyy?"I said in frustration

I hate when my family tries to hide something from me ...it is always so irritating.

"Telling...have patience munch.Okay! so as you remember you filled in a form for Cambridge University last year and -" I cut him off in the middle of his sentence.

"Wait what,Am I -Am I -Am......" not able to recall what he just said, I spoke with my heart pounding heavily against my chest.
"Yes my lil' princess you've been accepted at the Cambridge and we got this letter of acceptance in the mail today in moring and by the way its not too early its been 12pm in the afternoon now.So get up and get dressed we are waiting for you downstairs in the hall.."
"SERIOUSLY? You not joking ?"I squeed
"No" said my mom

"Wait guys! I bet you are pranking me ...tell me Gray whats going on, in your gutter mind"

"Darling we are serious ...see this and you'll yourself know " said my mum .

I was actually suprised.

I ambushed onto my mom and felt my cheeks wetting with the tears of joy. I've never been this happy before.

"Finally,this aas hole will be gone soon" Gray uttered. Needless to say, he got a punch in his face from me.

After having a delightful lunch with my family I set off to catch up on my pretty ladies.

They are way too excited to know why I sounded so happy on phone today when I talked to them before lunch...and somewhere deep inside me, I had this feeling that they know why I sounded so happy.

So we drove to the nearest coffee shop.
I was so excited to tell them what happened this afternoon.
As we sipped our coffee I started...
"As you all know I filled in a form for  my graduation in Cambridge University, London and-"
Before I could complete I was hugged by them hard......choking.They know I got accepted, and to celebrate this moment we went shopping.

There we tried on heaps of dresses but bought nothing.

And slowly the day sets in with my relatives calling me to wish me luck on my new journey and congratulating me and my family.
(I sometimes wonder how fast my relatives get to know about all the stuff!
Must be my mom....who else!)

I never felt so proud of myself as I felt today as Cambridge has always been my dream college.

I was left with only a month before my uni. starts and all the preparation and packing was being done.

At night I couldn't figure out how am I suppose to sleep. My mind, my heart all were flooded with the thoughts of the university. I was way too excited!
