Let's begin....

It was the next day morning.
Day before the wedding of Ragini and Pawan.
That actually seemed to be a day with full of tensions and worries for Raman.Since there was no news of Pawan's family. Neither they are picking up the calls which created a heated up situation for Raman.

Sanskar:i think rather than calling you should directly go and meet them.
He suggested it not able to see the tension of Raman. He seriously didn't wanted this marriage to proceed with... But he cannot directly say it to Raman and he somewhat guessed within himself that the groom family is acting of backing off now so they bend according to them.So it was better to clear everything then taking more of tensions.

They moved to The groom's home it was a one hour journey.

While on the other side Ragini felt fishy Raman was rarely seen and Ishita was been moody. She answers what she questioned like if she is in so much hurt.
And something really bothered her, she questioned Ishita many times but she changed the topic.
And this day day she got any call or text from Pawan and also when she texted him though he was online he didn't reply her.
She even dialled his number he didn't pick the call and in sometime it went switched off.

She was so confused of the situation that she wasn't understanding anything. Her mother was happily doing the arrangements packing her things along with her cousin sisters Ruhi and Pihu.
Janki was placing all of her necessary things and Ruhi and pihu were laughing and joking.her inner voice was constantly alerting her that there was something wrong is happening!

While on the other side Raman and sanskar see the groom's home was locked.
Raman:they are not home where did they go?
Sanskar just looks keenly at the home.he just moved a bit and sees the compressor or AC is also On.he could lightly listen the commentary of cricket from Tv.
He understood that they are deliberately doing it.
He moved to Raman.
Raman being tensed:they are not picking the call and not in home also..
Sanskar: let's go..
Raman looks at him:how can i go?i will wait here..
Sanskar:Till when?
Raman looks at him.
Sanskar:until they come to you?
Raman:Sanskar..
Sanskar:bhaiyya i am silent that doesn't mean I don't oppose your this act.i want you to know and understand the things which you are misunderstanding.so first come..
He dragged Raman with him.

In car...

Sanskar:as per i know you never showed your hands to someone but today you literally begged in front of all the people you knew...if your niece gets to know about it.would she be happy?or is she even having an idea about it?
Raman looks at him:who will not get such problem during the weddings..so it's normal!
Sanskar:i cannot comment more on this you should just think and understand.you know they are deliberately doing it they are at the home only.so that you bow according to them.if i am right then in sometime time you will get a call regarding their extra demands.woh bhi kisi aur se karwayenge dekh lena!
Raman:you are just misunderstanding!
Sanskar:you will know it!
He didn't speak further because impossible to change the thoughts of Raman so he just stayed silent because it won't take a long time for Raman to know about it instead he know where it would end if he tries to argue,it would end with Raman getting heated up and complicate the situation more!

Soon after sometime..
Raman:Sharma ji why they aren't picking the call?from last night i am trying to contact them..
Sharma ji:yes they called me actually they were busy and was also not at home so they asked me to inform you that they are demanding extra 5 lakhs.
Raman:what?yahan mein zameen aasman ek kar raha hoon 5 lakh poora karne ke liye...
Sharma ji:if you think like that you won't get a guy like Pawan!
Raman:but from where i will get it in short notice..
Sharma ji: Cheque is also okay for them..
Raman gets tensed:why they are telling at the last moment.
Sharma ji:just think..who will marry her?you know all of those past relations if i say it you don't like it but you know everyone left her considering her as a bad luck to her own parents and also you..because to look after her you had to leave your big job.
Raman: it's not because of her.don't drag her between.
Sharma ji:see i told you if i say anything you will get angry.
Raman:but they asked for a Car i got it and then all of the wishes in marriage preparation and jeweleries for Ragini.it was all their wish.you know that..
Sharma ji:i know that...even if you search you won't get a guy like Pawan.
Raman:but..
Sharma ji:they had told me if you can arrange it then only marriage will take place tomorrow or else no!
Raman:at least make me talk to them..please
Sharma ji:it's their final decision. I tried to make then understand but they didn't!

After the call..
Raman was tensed..
He looks at Sanskar who was already looking at him as the part he was right.
Raman: it's normal.. it's that they are just asking credits
Sanskar smiles:they are fooling you bhaiyya.today what they are asking you in name of credits those are the dowry they won't return you.if they really wanted this no..they would delayed the marriage for some more days until they could arrange for themselves.
Raman looks at him.
Sanskar:you know people's mind have set like this whatever the thing we are giving it's for their own daughter.for everyone it looks like it's a simple thing but it isn't.. but let me tell you it's a dowry and above all it's illegal and it's a crime.
Raman still was not ready to accept it:no you not understanding..
Sanskar looks at him:now you know everything.understanding or not it's upto you.
He stops the car in front of the Raman's home and handover the car keys to him:i'll go if you need anything then let me know!

Raman enters inside the home gate where in near by ground,marriage mandap was setting up and workers were arranging the chairs and decorators were decorating the venue.he had invited thousands of people for Ragini's marriage.everything was giving him so much tension that he can't tolerate.he have already spent huge amount by taking so much of credits already.
He feared that Ragini might accept this as her fate as once she had decided of not marrying.and now..she had kept a lot of dream with this marriage she like Pawan so much.each of his thoughts were stabbing him.
He sat not able to tolerate..he never let anyone to point out at Ragini.he was feeling heavy to breath..
Someone places hand on his shoulder.
He didn't wanted to know who it was. It was revealed to be Ishita.

Raman just cried. Ishita quickly kneeled in front of him: Raman control yourself.nothing is spoiled yet.it would have spoiled if Ragini was married to such a guy.and him and his family would not let him be happy!
Raman looks at her.
Ishita:Sanskar had already told me everything.

Sanskar was the student of Ishita and He used to work with Raman to explore and learn about the Computers. Raman owns a cyber and Ishita is a lecturer.

Raman:i.. I don't know what to do!
Ishita:i know the situation is difficult but we have to face it. And i request Raman now you know that they are not perfect for Ragini...what even after marriage they blackmail you with Ragini's future no Raman for our Ragini we don't need such a family.in fact she doesn't need it she is qualified and there would be someone who would come to us asking her hand for the marriage. Not the one with whom you have to deal. She need a good life Raman not a business which will ruin all of her dreams!
Raman looks at the decorations:how will be able to .... Ragini.. she would be broken!
Ishita side hugs:i know and she knows it.she will understand i know it's not easy for her but she is matured!
Raman:didi..
Ishita also didn't had an answer for this.she cannot answer for this when she know how delicate janki's condition was...she would be traumatized.
Raman:what will i tell her?
Ragini was standing near her eyes have welled up:i will make her understand..
Both looks at her and stood.

She controlled her sobs and smiled:i will tell mumma she will understand.
She holds Raman's hand:you are everything to me mamu.you did everything which even my dad couldn't do...i respect you and love you a lot.let it go like the fate had stored..
She smiles through tears and looks around the decorations:waise bhi this decorations are not so beautiful and charming as your smile..
Raman smiles listening her and he hugs her.
Ragini just simply cried in his embrace hiding her pain.

She was sensitive even little things hurts her..then how it would hurt her when her marriage is called off just some hours ago and it wouldn't have hurt her if she didn't started to dream her future with Pawan and now when she was in love with him.she now knows that it was the dowry which was making him sweeter with her but the stupid heart...it doesn't understand!

Sanskar was standing near the gate he unknowingly smiled.he just couldn't go home since he felt Raman was all alone but now he felt he wasn't alone.
But he looked around.this was not a easy thing,this was really not a small matter at this stage the breaking of marriage costs the bride's family a lot.since the society is something that they will point the girl's character.and they have to bound to them since they have to live in the same society.

Trio moved inside..
They didn't fear anything more then Janki's condition.
But Janki was sleeping.
Ruhi:bua was working for long so i made her sleep.did you want to say something?
They didn't say anything.
Raman: Ishita take care here.i will be back in sometime!!

While Ragini moved inside her room and cried silently!

It turned night..
Sanskar was facing the river standing on the bridge his mind was making up something.
Sanskar turned and saw Raman along with his friends standing bit far.

And Raman was standing tensed near his car. With 2 of his friends.
One of Raman's friend,Karam:did you let everyone know that there's no marriage taking place.
Raman:no.. I didn't even let my sister know about it.she would break down i.. I can't imagine..
Karam:but you cannot hide it.it's better to stop..
Raman:I cannot tell it!
Ajay his other friend:but you have to.. Tomorrow morning is the marriage.. what will you do?People would insult you. It's better to stop all these soon as possible.

Raman's phone rings. It was Sharma ji.
Raman picks the phone.
Sharma ji:i spoke to them for now they will agree with 3 lakhs and later you give them 7 lakhs. They are so good from heart!
Raman:then why can't they directly call me. I went there in that moment i was supposed to beg them also..
Sharma ji:i told right they were busy. You know Pawan is a gem he told and made his family understand all this and..
Raman:No I don't have a single money to give them..
Sharma ji:but you only told that you have 3 lakh cash.
Raman:now I don't have. Even now if they are ready then i will think and let them call me directly!
He disconnects the call.

Karam: what are you doing? You could have settle..
Raman just didn't answer.
Ajay:what are you doing?
Since he resisted himself to answer they stood silent..

Some more time passed..

Sanskar stood in front of Raman:are you still waiting for them to revert back?
Raman looks at him.he didn't answer!
Sanskar:if i say something would you mind?
Ajay:what you want to say sanskar?
Sanskar:i understand all these because i also have sisters.how if once the wedding is called off how it affects the family i understand it.i understand your tensions and concerns so i am keeping up a proposal to marry your niece...
Raman looks on shocked.
Sanskar: tomorrow at the same time, only if you permit?
There was only silence.
Sanskar: there's nothing that i have to tell you about me or my family since you know about it,your niece won't get any kind of problem with me or my family i can assure you with my words.so let me know what's your take on this...
Raman looks on..
