"Wake up kid!" Yelled one of the soldiers.

Maki jolted awake and started coughing.

"Who are you?!" Maki started backing away from the soldier.

"Calm down kid, you're safe. The name's Axel..well the name i was given when i was taken here." Axel laughed.

"Here, change into this, you'll need it on your first day!" Axel pushed Maki into a changing room.

After about five minutes maki came out in a gold and white soldier uniform.

"Great, now let's bring you to the Major!" Axel said a little to happily and he dragged Maki to a big set of doors, Axel pushed Maki inside. Maki stumbled in and looked at the tall man infront of her. Being the nine year old she is, Maki tears up.

"Where am I...? Where is my mommy!?" Maki screamed.

"You, little girl, are in my army base! You are going to stay with me and become the greatest work of art.." The Major yelled happily.

"What do you mean?" Maki wearily asked.

"You will become my weapon. In return for staying you will be Fed, Clothed, and Housed." The Major smiled and picked Maki up, Major walked to the shooting range, through the archery area and the close combat area.

"This is just part of the base where you will be trained by me and me best women. Alicia come here, spot #23145!" The Major said into his Walky Talky.

A women looking around the age of nineteen through twenty five with short, brown hair and emerald green eyes walked to the Major.

"Alicia, this is your new roommate and the person you will be training, only under my supervision taking she is only twelve years old" The Major explained.

Alicia nodded and crouched down to Maki's level, holding out her hand.

"Hello, my name is Alicia and I will be your temporary mentor!" Alicia happily exclaimed.

Maki wearily took Alicia's hand and shook it.

"Hi...I'm Maki.." Maki pulled her hand away and shied away, hiding behind Major. Alicia Laughed and stood up.

"Would you like to start training now?" Alicia asked, handing Maki a bow and arrow. Maki took the bow and arrow from Alicia. In complete concentration, Maki aimed the arrow at the dummy and shot, hitting the dummy right in the forehead, knocking it over in the process.

Alicia stood there in awe while Major was smirking. They both clap,

"Very impressive." Major applauded. Maki Smiled and put the bow on the rack.

" Papa use to teach me to hunt. He is gone now." Maki looked down in sadness but shook it off.

"Its okay hunny, be proud to be here now, we will take good care of you." Alicia smiled at Maki and picked her up.

"Take her back to your room and stay there. You have 1 hour to get ready for dinner and the others."

Maki nodded and clung to Alicia. Alicia walked back to her room and opened the door, setting Maki on the bed next to her own, Alicia soon started taking out clothes and putting them next to Maki.

"Would you like to wear a skirt, pants, or shorts?" Alicia asked Maki.

"Pants please, and a hoodie if you have one, supposedly an oversized hoodie.." Maki said.

Alicia nodded and took out a pastel blue oversized hoodie and gave it to Maki.

Maki starts to put the clothes on.

"So..Maki, why are you here?" Alicia asked.

"Well..long story short, my village was attacked I passed out and I woke up here." Maki tried to explain in as little detail as possible. Alicia just nodded and sat back next to Maki. About one hours later, Alicia lead Maki to the dinner area. Every soldier was staring at Maki. Maki hid behind Alicia, afraid someone would hurt her.

"Hey! Little girl!" yelled Axel from across the room.

Maki ran to Axel and sat next to him, Alicia was close behind.

"Hey kiddo, what you up to?" Axel said, rubbing Maki's head.

"Nothing, its just weird to be here, its my first time in a place like this.." Maki says as she sits down next to Axel, Alicia sits down with Axel and Maki.

After awhile of Maki explaining the small piece of past she remembered about her village, they start eating dinner.

"Maki, come here!" Boomed a loud voice, it turned out to be Major.

Maki ran over to him, a little frightened.

"Yes sir...?" Maki asked.

"Sit, have dinner with me and my best workers." Major sayed.

Maki sat on the chair next to Major then a young boy, around the age eight, he had blue eyes and short light brown hair.

"That little boy is Alex, he is eight years old. The man over here next to me is Xander and he is nineteen, and the last boy here is Andrew, Andrew is fourteen." Major explained.

Andrew, Alex, and Xander smile and return to eating.

Andrew has pitch black eyes and messy blonde hair. Alex has one green and one yellow eye with brown hair, dyed red at the tips. Lastly, Xander has black hair with White tips and soft baby blue eyes.

Maki slowly started to eat her food, picking around.

"Major? May I go to my room? I'm not hungry." Maki politely asked.

Major nodded hesitantly.

"You may, but you're eating tomorrow, I wouldn't like one of my very best soldiers to not be eating, also you're already are very thin." Major pointed out. He stood up and started walking.

Maki followed and walked to her room.

"Thank you sir.." Maki started to open the door but Major stopped her.

"Maki are you anorexic?" Major asked.

Maki stood there and slowly nodded.

"Yes sir.."

"I will assign you someone that can help you." Major sighed and walked away. Maki walked into her room and laid on the bed. Soon falling asleep.
