Opal was bought from petsmart four years ago by my grandma. While with my grandma, she was kept in a one gallon tank with no filter and was fed diced carrots as her whole diet. Opal came to me one year later in bad shape. She had frunkulosis and scale rot, and had a small tumor by her eye. After treatment for a few months, she is doing much better. She is kept in a six gallon tank and fed a mixture of Topfin fish food(highly reccomend) and diced fruit. She has a tank friend named Amber who is a snail, and im looking towards posdibly breeding her in this new year.
