Run for it
I too fell unconscious and lost all knowledge between then and when I woke in a fancy lounge tent with Dakoda beside me. I sat up and hugged him, crying. I was afraid I was dead and would never see him again. When I let go from the hug I found Meshia sitting across the room. I stopped crying to asked her, "what happened to Sadie?"
She looked down in disappointment, "She hurt one of his prized possession. All bad dogs have to get put down."
I felt too bad to move. Why did they hurt her? Why did she hurt me? "We need to leave." My eyes started to fill with tears again.
"You can't. He's claimed you as his," Meshia said. I could tell that she wanted to leave as well.
I began to speak, "How long have you been here?"
She had to think and then said, "four long years."
"Then come with me. We could find more Prymods and join a pack," I had to convince her.
She finally gave in, "Come on. Let's go before the master comes back." She didn't have to ask us twice. She grabbed some hats and we disguised ourselves. Once we finished, we headed out the door. I was a little woozy, but nothing was going to stop me now. We went from tent to tent for cover. We had to give a few of excuse to some of the members so we didn't seem so suspicious. We usually used food or the bathroomsas our reasons.
We finally made it to the outside of the circus grounds. Seeing the outside was a miracle after being in there for so long. Meshia was especially excited. we had to run into the near by forest as soon as possible so we went on. We finally made it to the middle of the woods. it was so beautiful and we didn't even want to go but I knew what was best. "How do we find a pack."
Meshia reached into her mind of knowledge and pulled out the answer. "Prymods originated from creatures of the dark. In order to find other packs they used summoning circles to enhance their smelling powers." Without our response, she wondered to an empty dirt patch in the forest. We followed her into the woods as she began to draw an eight point star. She finished the circle around the star and gestured for me to stand in it.
"I-uh-meh-I don't-no thanks," I mumbled.
