Shehnaaz returns from beauty parlour and hears a sulking voice. She goes towards the direction and finds Shantiben crying.

Shehnaaz: Amma, what happened? Why are you crying?

Shantiben: How does it matter to you?

Shehnaaz: What is the matter? Please stop crying and tell me.

Shantiben: Your husband, Sidharth told me that.. (cries loudly and speaks which wasn't making any sense)

Shehnaaz: What? Amma, I am not able to understand a single word. Do one thing, finish crying and then tell me.

Shantiben: Wait. (She stops crying) I will tell you first and then cry.

Shehnaaz looks at her suspiciously as she stopped crying at once.

Shantiben: Anarth taayi gayo Dikri. A girl proposed your husband, Sidharth today. He said he knows how painful it is to get rejected by the person you love hence he took some time and he is thinking of saying yes to that girl.

Shehnaaz: Hmmm.. okay! Now tell me the reason why you were crying?

Shantiben: (shocked) Huh? Sana!! I just told you the reason. Didn't this news affect you even a bit?

Shehnaaz: Why would it Amma? Whatever he wants to do in his life, he is free to do it. And please stop saying your husband, your husband.

Shantiben: (shocked) Sana, you are losing a really big part of your life. No one can love you like him ever in your whole life.

Shehnaaz: Amma, let me correct. No one can hurt and cheat me like him ever in my whole life.

Shantiben: Sana, he apologized to you, he accepted the mistake and showed you his love. Stop being so inconsiderate. He is the only male who accepted you as you are.

Shehnaaz: Amma, What is wrong with me, huh? Stop saying that he is the only person who accepted me, you are insulting me. Please stop body shaming me.

Shantiben: Wow! This was the Sana I wanted all this year who would speak up for herself but you never did. And now when you gained that confidence due to him, you are rejecting him?

Shehnaaz: Amma, I have another important commitment. I suggest you should stop crying on useless issues. Bye.

Radha: Hello.. hello.. Shehnaaz, stop crying beta. What happened?

Shehnaaz: Maa, Amma was telling that a girl... A girl proposed Sidharth and he is considering to accept it.

Radha: (surprised) What? No, he hasn't stepped out of the house all this time. How can someone propose him? They are executing the same game we decided to play on them. They want to make you weak by making you feel  possessive.

Shehnaaz: Maa, what if somebody actually proposed him over the phone?

Radha: Stop crying, I anyways have to ask him about you since the doctors have said he has recovered. I will question him about you. If I show him that I am not interested in listening to his story then he might get doubtful. He needs to feel real guilty about his deeds. I won't allow him to say yes to any other girl. Okay?

Shehnaaz: Hmmm.. okay Maa.

Radha: Sidharth, I have been quiet for long time now awaiting you to get physically fit. Will you answer me, what's with you and that girl who you introduced to me as your wife in the hospital?

Sidharth gulped and started sweating out of fear. He had almost forgotten that his mother still needed an explanation.

Radha: When did you marry that girl? Why did you lie to me that you were out of station when you were in the same city? Why didn't your so called wife visit you even after you being ill? Answer me.

Sidharth: Aa.. aa.. Mom, I married her accidentally..

He wipes his sweat off his forehead with his handkerchief with shivering hands.

Radha: Huh? Accidentally? What are you talking about? Explain me everything now. Before that, remember that I am your mom and I can catch your lies. So don't try to lie to me. It's a warning.

Sidharth hesitantly narrates a whole story from his point of view.

Radha: Shame on you! I thought you knew the pain and struggle that I went through to bring you up as a single mother but you stranded a girl after marrying her by not even showing your face to her. Instead of correcting your mistake, you disguised and cheated her further? How could you do that?

Sidharth hung his head down.

Sidharth: Mom, I love her and I am doing every possible thing in this world to bring her back with me into this house.

Radha: Are you guilty of your deeds? Because, I don't see it. You hid this from me as well.

Sidharth: Mom, I am guilty. What should I do? She isn't listening to me.

Radha: Be genuine enough to own your mistake and apologizing. You playing trick on her with her mother is further deceiving than making it right. I am giving you 24 hours time to get her back into this house. Else you can leave this house as well.

Radha walks away after giving him an ultimatum.

Shantiben: Hello Dikra, looks like Sana is going on a date with someone. She has got a nice clothes and also done a great makeover. I am getting a doubt. She reacted disinterested when I said about another girl proposing you.

Sidharth: Saasumaa, I am sandwiched between you three ladies. I can't think anything. I want to speak to her in private.

Shantiben: Come home Dikra.

Sidharth agrees and gets ready and goes to Shehnaaz's house. He knocks on door, Shantiben opens it.

Shantiben: Jai Shri Krishna Dikra. I am going to Rupal's house. Don't give up until she gives up.

Sidharth: Hmmm

Shantiben had already left before he could speak. He shrugged and walked inside. He searches for her and finds her in her room sitting on her bed, lost in her thoughts and looking out of the window. He goes inside but she didn't realise his presence. He looks at the documents on the bed. It read "Divorce Agreement".

He was taken aback. He couldn't feel the ground underneath his feet.

Sidharth: Sana! Divorce papers!

Sana: You were so desperate for signature that you came home?

Sidharth: You don't consider our marriage itself, what difference would a divorce do to you?

Sana: Really? If it didn't then I wouldn't have waited for an unknown person to return before you told me that you are the one who married me.

Sidharth: (Walks close to her and grips her both arms and stares into her eyes) Sana, I never believed in marriage because my mother had a bad one. I believe that love is essence of any relationship to keep it working. I know that what I did was wrong. To escape the goons of bank collection team I got dressed into the grooms dress and before I sneak out, I was escorted to the pandal by his relative and I just kept quiet to avoid attention of those goons. Not knowing what to do after the marriage, I eloped.

When you came to help me mistaking my acting to be reality, I was moved and intrigued to know about you and to speak to you but I realized you hate perfect people. So I continued with my character to know about you and then realized how I was the reason for your misery. I wanted to help you so I stayed longer but then I genuinely fell in love with you.

I repeat, I don't believe in marriage and it isn't binding. But I love you and that is binding me into this relationship for life. I can sign on this paper but how do I stop loving you? How, Sana?

Shehnaaz's eyes were filled with tears as she knew that there wasn't even an ounce of lie in each word he spoke. His eyes were assuring it. She blinked her eye lashes which were heavy due to holding tear droplets, making them roll on her cheeks. He wiped her tears with his thumbs and she hugged him tightly. He hugged her back. They pull back after sometime and he pecked her forehead by cupping her face.

Shehnaaz: If you love me so much then why did you send this divorce papers? (Cries)

Sidharth: (shocked) I sent it? No! I didn't. I thought you got this to send it to me.

She looks at him in shock.

Shehnaaz: No! Amma gave it to me in the morning saying that you sent it. I was ready to forget everything that day in hospital itself but I got call from Maa, I mean your mom. She heard everything and asked me to not forgive you until you genuinely realise your mistake. I just followed her instructions.

Sidharth: Huh? Mom knew all this while? She was acting unaware all this time?

Shehnaaz nods.

Sidharth: Hell! I was ready to admit everything genuinely long ago but Saasumaa gave me all weird ideas everytime. She gave you the divorce papers without my knowledge. Our mom's are complicating our relationship. Instead of sitting with us and asking us to sort it out, they made their own teams against each other.

Shehnaaz: What do we do now?

Sidharth: Let's continue playing with them.

Shehnaaz: What?

Sidharth: Let them think we are in opposite team but in actual, we will be in one team.

Shehnaaz: Why? They also want us to be together. Why do we need to beat around the bush?

Sidharth: Just because they wasted our precious time which we could have spent together. I want to revenge for the all the time I spent away from you.

Shehnaaz: But wouldn't this mean more time away from each other.

Sidharth: No, because mom had given me 24 hour deadline to get you home. It's due to get over soon and I will be thrown out of the house. You tell saasumaa that you are going somewhere on work and will stay together.

Shehnaaz: Where do we stay?

Sidharth: Are you a police inspector or a lawyer? You ask so many questions. We will be together, isn't that enough? Or you don't want to stay with me?

Shehnaaz: (Replies quickly) No. When did I say so?

He smiles and she blushes.
