I lifted the knife to his back. He wrapped his arms around me. My hand shook and I started to lower the knife towards his back when something pulled me back and slapped me a cross the face.
"How dare you try to kill my friend! You, you traitor!" Thalia daughter of Zeus screamed in my face. Nico put a hand on his back and looked at it. He had blood on his fingertips. He looked at me wide eyed. He stood up.

"Sam I thought you liked me. How could you? I loved you!" Tears welled up in my eyes.

"Nico I'm sorry I had to Kronos would've killed him." Nico looked even more stunned.

"Forget it, forget everything." He ran away.

"If you ever lay a hand on him I will kill you!" Thalia yelled. "Freak show!" She ran after Nico. I pulled my knees into my chest and sobbed.

"I love you too Nico." I whispered. I stood up and ran to my cabin. I plopped onto my bed and sobbed so much more I could've made a river. I can no longer serve Kronos, I must find away to get Xavier and Nico back.

I walked towards the dining pavilion. I got my breakfast and sat at my table. I looked at the Hades table but Nico wasn't there. I looked around the pavilion reviving a glare from Thalia.

When I finished eating I walked over to the Hades cabin. I knocked on the door. After a few moans and grunts the door opened showing Nico. I gasped. He looked horrible. He stared at me for a second then closed the door. I try to stop it with my hand before it could close but failed.

"Nico I'm sorry. What I did was unforgivable. If you hate me and want me to leave I understand." The door opened but Nico wasn't there. Thalia opened the door.

"What did I tell you traitor?! Are you deaf?! As Nico's supportive friend I suggest you leave before I kick you into next Tuesday!" I frowned and left.

Every time I try to talk to Nico he either walks away, is with Thalia, or as I walk towards him Thalia appears. Ugh I'm such an idiot. Thalia was right, I am a traitor, but I'm going to fix that.
