Thirteen.
Scott got home late after having a few drinks with Chad. He had gotten home drunk and totally wasted.
"Who's there?" He asked immediately he got to his room. He had seen a figure and just then, he turned on the light. "A-Amanda?" Scott slurred, trying to keep his eyes focused on her.
"It's me baby. I've been waiting for you, I missed you." Amanda pouted, giving him a seductress smile.
Scott looked her up and down. She was dressed in black lacy lingerie. "You should not have come here." He chuckled drunkly.
Amanda walked up to him, "But I'm here already, aren't I?" She went closer to Scott, pulling him towards the bed.
Amanda pushed him gently on the bed, Scott obliged without struggling and she mounted on him.
He groaned, squinting at her. "A-Anna?"
Amanda placed a finger over his lips. "Let me."
Scott gripped her by the waist, switching positions. Amanda laid beneath him. "Oh Anna," he leaned in, placing his forehead against hers. "I thought I lost you." He whispered softly.
"Scott..."
Scott pressed his lips against hers. "Anna..." He whispered against her lips. "Anna..." Scott gave Amanda demanding kisses as their tongue both fought for dominance. It was Anna's scent, he could smell her.
🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
Scott groaned, rolling over his bed. He was having a severe headache, he sat up, massaging his painful temples. On a lamp stand, he saw a small note and he reach over to get it.
I had a wonderful time last night, now I know I'm your special. I'll see you later...
Love
Mrs Ontario-to-be... Amanda💋
What the hell? She had even kissed the paper? Scott shook his head in irritation that she had the audacity to call herself Mrs Ontario. As if. He scoffed. In her effing dreams.
Scott didn't even remember what happened last night, he didn't remember calling Amanda to his penthouse pad, how come she was in the place last night.
He got up to take his phone which was on a table. There were tons of messages from different people, even calls. Most of them were from Ethan Ontario.... His dad.
What the.... The only time his dad left many missed calls was when the sex tape scandal came to light. Why was he calling this time?
Just as he was about to open the messages, Daniel's call came in. Scott picked.
"Daniel what's up with dad? He's calling—" Before Scott could complete his sentence, Daniel interrupted him.
"Are you at your pad?"
Scott noticed the seriousness in Daniel's voice, he knew something was wrong. "Ye-yeah." He frowned. 'Did something happen?"
"You should see for yourself. It's the first thing that will welcome you on your social media."
"Daniel... What's going on?" He knew there was trouble.
"Scott, Dad wants to see. You need to come home, right now." Daniel said before hanging up.
Scott went to his Instagram page immediately, and what he saw was a massive disaster.
................................................................................
"What were you thinking?!" Ethan's voice roared angrily. Anger was an understatement, he was hopping-mad.
"Ethan please just—" Rhonda tried to calm him down but Ethan cut her off.
The Ontarios were all gathered in the study, Ethan, Rhonda, Daniel and Scott. The atmosphere was intense and suspenseful.
"How could you let this happen?!" Ethan glared dangerously at Scott.
Amanda had done the worst of all. She took to social media, posting her finger with their family heirloom ring around it with a caption IT'S A YES!!! SOON MRS ONTARIO. In the picture, Scott was seen sleeping peaceful.
It was a disastrous disaster!!
"I'll fix this." Scott finally spoke for the first time since he got home.
"Fix?! Did you say fix?! You gave out our family heirloom to that... that woman?! A cheap woman of the street?! How shameless can you get?! Give me one damn reason why I shouldn't disown you right now?!" Ethan's voice boomed.
Rhonda knew she can not stop her husband's rage but she needed to calm him down. "We can still fix everything, it's not too late."
"Tell that to the press!" He pointed at Scott. "You were asked to return that ring to the safe and what did you do? You stupidly gave it to a woman of no decency at all! Is that the kind of woman you want to bring to my family?! Now the whole world would make me a laughing stock! Why do you keep disgracing this family?! Do you know how much that ring is worth? And you threw it to that lewd wanton!" Ethan's mouth didn't have any filter when it came to loosed women.
"I was drunk, I didn't know what I was doing. Give me a chance to clear the whole issue." Scott told his father calmly.
"You'll just make matters worse." Ethan banged the table. "You are going to own up to what you have done. You did this, you have to face it. You Scott, you're going to marry that woman." Ethan told him.
"What?!" Rhonda and Scott exclaimed together.
"I have decided." Ethan said with finality.
"No, you... You can't be serious." Scott frowned at his father.
"Oh I'm dead serious Scott. You have no other choice, there is no better punishment to give you. You're gonna get married." Ethan stared daggers at him.
"Ethan I don't think this is the best solution." Rhonda shook her head in disagreement.
"Dad.... It doesn't have to be this way, you have to reconsider." Daniel tried to talk his father out of his decision.
"I said what I said!" Ethan had already made up his mind.
"I can't marry Amanda. I don't want to marry her!" Scott raised his voice.
"You will marry her." Ethan commanded.
"She means nothing to me, I don't even have any feelings for her!" Scott countered his father.
"You should have thought of that before all of this!"
"Ethan, please don't do this..." Rhonda begged on her son's behalf.
"Should I disown him instead?" The whole room went silent. "Thought so." And with that, Ethan stormed out of the study.
Rhonda turned to Scott. "Scott?" Her voice was soft as she called his name.
"Mom let me fix it, I swear I'll fix it. That bitch is really going to hear from me." Scott said to his mother.
"Your father is only angry. I'll talk to him when he is calmer." Rhonda promised him.
Daniel sighed heavily... "Man what were you thinking?" Daniel frowned at him.
"Daniel this is not the time to blame anyone." Rhonda shook her head .
"No, I know I fucked up and he's right. What was I thinking? I should have known that woman was crazy from the beginning." Scott scratched the back of his head. "This is all a big mistake."
"We'll figure something out." Rhonda sighed.
🕸🕸🕸🕸🕸🕸
Scott stormed into Amanda's apartment. He had met some paparazzi trying to take a few photos of him but he evaded them.
"Amanda!" Scott threw the door open.
Amanda who was in her room, walked into the living room. "Scott!! You're here." She ran to him, giving him a hug.
Scott tore her away from his body. "What did you do?" He glared at her.
Amanda was confused. She had her hair up in a messy bun, she wore black booty shorts and a crop top. "What are you talking about baby?" She pouted, batting her lashes at him.
Scott saw the ring on her finger and immediately grabbed her hand. "This isn't yours. Take it off this instant." He was dead serious.
Amanda frowned at him. "You don't remember? I'm your fiancée. You gave the ring to me because you love me, don't you remember?"
"Of course I don't remember! How did you get into my pad?! What were you doing there?" His grip tightened around her wrist.
"Scott, stop." Amanda tried to pull away from his grip.
"You knew I wasn't in the right state of mind and yet you went ahead to post it. What's wrong with you?" Scott was very furious but he let her go.
Amanda smirked at him. "You gave me the ring because you love me, I didn't force you."
Scott ran his hand through his hair. "Stop saying that!"
"Stop saying what?" Amanda bit her lips, eyeing him seductively.
He sighed, looking at her. "Look, this is all a mistake okay? I don't love you, never have, never will. So cut this bullshit about love." Scott told her in the calmest way as possible.
Amanda scoffed at him. "You're only saying that because you don't remember what happened last night. You told me you love me, I felt that you meant it. Scott, we didn't just have sex, we made love last night."
Scott rolled his eyes. "Give me a break Amanda, you're talking nonsense. Whatever happened last night was because I was wasted, you and I know that." He told her plainly.
"Stop denying it Scott, I know you have feeling for me. There's no use denying it anymore." Amanda gave him a flirtatious smile.
Scott laughed sarcastically. "Then you must be more delusional than I thought! Amanda, we're not getting married. This is all a big mistake, do you understand?"
"Of course we are! And I don't regret anything I did, it's about time those other bitches knew their place." Amanda told him, placing her hands beside her waist.
"Have you totally lost it?! What's wrong with you?" Scott was furiously staring daggers at her.
"While you're still digesting the news of our engagement, I'll hold on to this beautiful ring you got for me." Amanda showed him her hand, waving it for him to see.
"I never gave you that Amanda." Scott shook his head.
"You did, after you said you wanted to spend the rest of your life with me." She smirked proudly. "Such a shame you don't remember how you proposed." She pouted.
Scott pointed at her. "We're not done yet, I'll be back." He said turning to leave.
"Bye baby!" Amanda waved briskly at him.
"Bitch." He muttered, loud enough for her to hear.
Was this her plan all along? To corner him?!
................................................................................
Anna narrowed her eyes at her phone. She was looking at US weekly news, reading the article on Scott's engagement to an Amanda Chester a reality TV celebrity. She has spent barely three days in America yet the first epic news was about Scott Ontario.
His taste in women really deteriorated. Anna thought, although, she wondered how Amanda was able to lock him down with marriage because she didn't think Scott had a serious relationship with any woman. Perhaps, Amanda was pregnant. Unless that, Ethan Ontario would impose that Scott marry her.
Anna slipped her phone into her bag, taking in a deep breath before glancing around her new resturant. It was really beautiful, painted in green.
This was it. A new beginning for her. She finally had the courage to come back which meant she was sure that she'd moved on from the past. Anna smiled to herself, recollecting everything she had achieved throughout the years.
She owned her own restaurant which was doing very well.
She had good people surrounding her.
She was an independent young lady.
She had gained so much confidence and happiness.
Most of all, she was a mother. A proud mother of a remarkable little girl.
She couldn't count all her blessings but she knew just how blessed she was.
Anna was absolutely grateful to God for everything.
