"Mia! Henry!" A voice exclaimed. I groaned and rolled over on my side mumbling, "Five more minutes." "Mia!" The voice yelled sternly. I opened my eyes only to shut them again when the sun hit my eyes. I blinked a couple of times and then noticed Regina standing over me and Henry. After our date last night we had decided to sleep under the stars while Regina watched Matt.

"Regina, you couldn't wake me up around like 12 in the afternoon?" I asked. "It's one in the afternoon," Regina told us. I rolled my eyes and got up. Henry got up too and I immediately wondered where Matt was. "Where's Matt?" I asked. "Ruby's watching him. We have to go do something and I don't think Matt should come," Regina informed me.

"What are we doing?" I asked. "We're going to get some answers," Regina said as she started walking away. We immediately ran after her as Henry asked, "Answers to what?" Regina froze and spun around. "Hook is the Dark One," Regina said. My mouth dropped open and Henry said, "I thought my mom was the Dark One." "She is, but Hook is too," Regina said. "Two Dark Ones?" I asked. Regina nodded and quickly started walking off again.

"Who are we going to talk to?" I asked. "Emma," Regina stated. We walked up to a group of people which included, Robin, Snow, and Charming. "Where's Hook?" I asked. "That's the thing. We can't find him," Snow said. "You can't find the other Dark One?" I asked. "That's why we are going to talk to Emma," Charming answered.

We all walked to Emma's house and when we reached it, Charming agreed to go to the shed and check if the dream catchers were in there. When he left, the rest of us opened the door to the house and found Emma on the couch with a magic blocking cuff around her wrist. "What happened?" Henry asked. Emma remained silent. "You turned Hook into a Dark One?" Regina asked. I saw Emma flinch at her words and she turned to Regina saying, "It was the only way to save him."

"And you didn't think of the consequences for everyone else?" Regina asked with a hint of anger. "I couldn't just let him die. You can understand that," Emma told her. Regina sighed, "Well, yes, but... Now we have bigger problems."

"I know. I didn't think any of this would happen. I was trying to get rid of the darkness for good. You can't tell me, after all Zelena's done to you, your life wouldn't be easier if she were gone. I was doing you a favor," Emma responded. "What?" I whispered to Henry. "Emma tried to kill Zelena," Henry answered as if it were the most normal thing in the world and in this town, it was.

"Come on. This is premeditated murder, Emma. There had to be another way. You should have come to us," Snow told her. "And risk losing someone else? I thought the best way to control the darkness was to isolate myself. But when I did that, there was no one around to give me hope or tell me when I was being stupid!" Emma exclaimed.

Was she really turning this around and blaming us? I rolled my eyes as said, "Fine. You're being stupid. So stop it. Right now, we have to clean up this mess." "No. We don't. Give us back our memories. Your dreamcatchers... Regina can access them, can't she? We can piece together Hook's plan and stop him," Snow told Emma practically begging her to give us our memories.

"I'm afraid not. Dreamcatchers you said were in the shed... They're gone," Charming informed us as he ran back into the room. We all turned to Emma who shrugged. Regina, who sounded really annoyed asked, "What the hell is Captain Dark One up to?"

"Once a pirate, always a pirate," I mumbled as the whole group, now including Emma, Belle, and Gold, sat in Regina's house. Gold had told us how Hook had payed him a visit and basically told Gold he was fighting him on his ship later.

"As a man, Hook spent centuries trying to kill me. It makes sense that revenge would be on his mind," Gold pointed out. "Why wipe my memory if he was going to announce his plan anyway? There must be more to it," Emma said. "Yeah, well, even if there is, we only have until noon to stop him. And to save you," Belle told Gold as she took his hand. Gold gave her a smile and I felt like there was something he was hiding.

"What about Merlin's message? He said this "Nimue" is the key to stopping the Dark One," Charming said. "Nimue was Merlin's true love," Emma told us. "And she was also the first Dark One," Gold added. "I know. How do we find out more about her?" Emma asked.

"Start your search with the Dark One chronicles. There are many texts that can help us," Gold answered. "As much as I appreciate devotion to scholarship, there is an easier way. I am still a Dark One. I can protect you, Gold. You just have to take off the cuff," Emma told Gold who chuckled. "You don't trust me," Emma stated.

Emma looked at all of us and we all avoided her gaze. "Well, if the situations were reversed, would you trust me?" Gold asked. "Henry or Mia. I need you to tell them it's okay to take off this cuff. It's the only way to figure it all out," Emma pleaded. "No," Henry said firmly. "What?" Emma asked surprised.

"You lied to us... about Hook, about everything. Why should we trust you now?" Henry asked. "Henry, I'm your mother," Emma sighed. "Are you? Because the mom I knew wouldn't keep things from me," Henry said angrily. I put my hand on his shoulder to calm him down, but he kept getting angrier.

"I thought you were the one person who would understand," Emma told him. "I thought you were the one person I could trust," Henry told her and when I looked up at him, I saw that his eyes were filled with tears. "So you can forgive Regina and Gold for everything they've done, but not me?" Emma asked with a hint of anger.

Well we're all getting angry now aren't we? "They've changed. They showed me they changed," Henry stated. "So did I," Emma pointed out. "When we first met, yeah. But the minute things got tough, you didn't come to anybody. You decided that you would figure it out on your own. We were a team," Henry whispered the last part. "Operation Cobra. I remember," Emma smiled sadly.

"But now you just want your dark magic back so you can do it alone. And I've seen what you do with dark magic," Henry told her. He turned to me and whispered, "I'll be upstairs." Then he ran upstairs. Emma turned to me. "Mia?" She asked. I laughed. "You actually think I would let them take your cuff off?" I asked her.

She looked at me confused. "You took my heart out! You made me break up with Henry and tell him that I didn't love him! You made me break his heart and watch him cry and I can never forgive you for that!" I yelled and then ran up the stairs to go check on Henry.

Sorry for the late update! But I finally came up with some good ideas and I'm really excited for the next couple of chapters. The only thing I'm not excited for is the last chapter before the whole Underworld part. You are not going to believe what happens in that chapter because the ending is totally different from the tv show. You are not going to be emotionally ready for the chapter!

Anyways....
