I took a deep breath, staring at the front door I haven't seen in a very long time, I didn't realise it was so hard to knock on the door until I'm right in front of it. I took another deep breath and raised my hand and knocked on the door.

"Coming"

The door opened and there was Jeremy, he was very shocked to see me, as I him, he has really grown.

"Wow jer you've really grown, what's it been just over a year now" I say to him

"Yeah.... well it's been so long" Jeremy said and gave me a hug which I returned.

"Whos at the door jer" said a voice which I recognised straight away as Elena my twin sister.

"Hey sis been awhile" I said smiling at her, she was very shocked to see me but ran at me and hugged me. After awhile she let's go and asks

"What are you doing here Rosalee? Why aren't you in New York getting treated?"

"Well I've been fine for awhile now and it's not like it can be treated" I said

"Yes but they can watch you, make sure that you-" I cut Elena off

"Yes yes I no but like I said I'm fine so are you going to make me stay outside all day?" I ask

"Ah no here let me grab your bags" Jeremy finally speaks and grabs my bag and brings them inside.

"Whose at the door" someone said I turn to look who said it to find out it was aunt Jenna, she was lying on the couch.

"Been awhile aunt Jenna" I smile at her

"Rosalee" Jenna says excitedly and tries to get up only to grunt in pain. I ran up to her.

"Whats wrong, what happened?" I ask

"Oh you know I just ran into a knife" she says

"Ran into a knife.... seriously, how can that happen" I ask

"I have no idea, I could die of embarrassment" Jenna says

"Dont say that, I just got back I can't have you dying on me" I joke.

"Haha ok, why don't you go unpack, your room is still the same, we can talk later" aunt Jenna says.

"Ok fine I'll be back soon" I say and grab my bags and went to my old room.

"I'm going out I'll see you later" yelled Jeremy.

I continued up stairs and unpacked my stuff.

JEREMY'S POV

Everyone has all gathered at the Salvatore house, we are getting ready to kill Katherine at the masquerade ball.

"Are you sure you don't want me to help" asks Alaric

"No we need you to keep an eye on Elena, make sure she doesn't leave" said Stefan.

"Trust me she won't leave my side" says Alaric.

"There is something else that everyone should know, which you should no before you go to our house" I say but more the last part to ric

"Of cause more surprises what could it possibly be" Damon asks

"Ah well Rosalee is back" I say, I got a few confused looks but Bonnie and Caroline looked surprised and happy.

"Really she's back, I can't wait to meet her it's been forever since I last saw her" Caroline screamed happily.

"Really when did she get back? Shouldn't she still be getting treated?" Bonnie says

"Who cares she's back, I can't wait to see her" Caroline says happily. Which I can understand she and rosalee were best friends.

"Ok can some one please tell me who this rosalee person is?" Asked Damon

"Yeah that would be good to no" said Stefan.

"Well not sure how your going to react to this but she's my sister.... elena's twin" I say

"Wait you mean to tell me there is another doublegagger" Damon says

"Well she is Elena's twin sister it can't be helped" I say

"So now we have three Katherine's running around" says Damon

"Well you will be able to tell her apart, Rosalee has short hair and glasses" I say

"Is there anymore surprises?" Asks Damon annoyed

"Nope that's it from me" I say

"Good now let's get back to planning" Damon says.

We get to planning and getting the equipment ready.

BACK WITH ROSALEE

I finished unpacking my staff ages ago so now Me, Elena and aunt Jenna were talking and catching up, eating pizza. Even guy named Alaric was here, I was happy for Jenna to be able to move on from Logan, that jerk. He seems nice and Jenna likes him so let's hope it turns out good.

"Where's Jeremy I thought he would be hungry by now" Elena asks putting a slice of pizza on a plate.

"He already left for the Lockwood party" aunt Jenna says

"He... He went to that?" Questions Elena

"I'm glad he needs to have more fun?" Jenna says

"Wow the Lockwood's really like to party, they do a lot of events at there house don't they" I say taking a bite of pizza.

"If you'll excuse me" Elena says getting up to go talk with Alaric.

Jenna turned on the tv, while I looked at Elena and Alaric something was off, I don't no what but they are hiding something.

Soon after Elena said she was going to bed, which I didn't believe it but Alaric and Jenna did. When Elena thought no one was looking she left the house.

"I think I'll go to bed too" I say a couple minutes after Elena left.

"Are you sure?" Jenna asks

"Yeah it was a long drive down here, I could use some sleep" I say walking out of the room.

"Kay night" yelled Jenna, once they went back to there movie and not paying any attention to me I grabbed my keys and left.

About 10 minutes later I arrived at the Lockwood's party. As soon as I got out of my car I felt a pain in my back. It wasn't an ordinary pain, it felt like someone stabbed me with something. After the pain subsided I continued to find Elena, I knew the pain came from her, it's more like a twin thing we have we could always tell what the other is feeling even the pain of an injury. I just hope Elena is ok and didn't get stabbed in the back.

Few minutes later I finally found Elena she was with Bonnie and Jeremy, Elena was bent down in pain so I rushed to her.

"Elena are you ok?" I asked

"Ro-rosalee" Elena said

"Yeah it's me, what's wrong?" I asked

"What are you doing here" Jeremy asked before Elena could answer me.

"I knew something was up so I followed Elena" I said

"I really hate this twin thing we have" said Elena

"Yeah so do I what was that pain in the back?" I asked

"You felt it?" Asked bonnie but before I could answer another pain across the right arm hurt, I saw Elena bleeding.

"What is this? what's happening? Why is Elena bleeding?" I asked

"Jeremy you have to stop them whatever they're doing to Katherine they're doing it to Elena and I guess Rosalee too, so go QUICKLY" Bonnie yells the last part but Jeremy goes running into the house leaving me clueless as to what's going on as another pain shot through mine and Elena's hand.

Next thing Jeremy comes back saying something about a witch, then Bonnie leaves to go find her.

After everything that happened me and Elena are standing next to a lake, we didn't talk we stand there in silent a million of questions going around in my head but I don't ask them cause I no Elena wouldn't be in the mood to answer them. Soon enough we heard foot steps we turn around to see a guy that I didn't know but Elena did.

"Stefan" was all she said.

"Elena are you ok" the guy now named Stefan said

"Yeah I'm fine, Bonnie helped with the pain, I'm fine" she said

"Right ok I see you two need to talk so I'll just leave" I say backing away

"Are you sure?" She asks

"Yeah I'll meet up with Jeremy I'll see you later" I say and left the two to talk.

It's been about 10 minutes and I still couldn't find Jeremy so I just decided to go back to my car and go home, I'll get my answers later.  As I was getting to my car I saw Elena.

"Hey Elena wait up" I yell and ran up to her.

"Rosalee I thought you were going to find Jeremy" Elena says

"Yeah I was but I couldn't find him, it's a big party you know and he could of went home by now" I say walking side by side with her.

"Thats true I guess, did you need a lift home" she asks

"Nah I brought my own car, how else do you think I got here" I say

We continue walking trying to find out when we both felt a presence behind us, we turn around and the guy puts a cloth to Elena's mouth, I went to scream but the he put the same cloth on my mouth and I black out.
