At this point, things got serious. 

My mom said- " I ask again, What did you do? " I gulped, the next thing you know I made up a whole scene. I began- " I wanted to drink water. So, while on the way to drink water I slipped and touched the hot stove! ". My mom let out a sigh and said- " Come straight to the point. " So I gulped AGAIN. This time she was serious-serious by that I mean she knew I was lying to her BIG TIME. 

So I started, by saying- " I was trying to show everybody that I can cook- " My mom cut me off by saying- " So, what were you trying to cook? " I said- " I tried to cook rice. I left it on the stove for too long. " I continued- " Who knew that rice, when you keep the rice to boil for a long time, would literally BURN? " I closed by saying- " I thought, by rubbing off the burnt skin it would help it recover faster " My mom then what said was the best out of all - " Genius. Just Genius. " I smiled in pain- " Ouch ;-;  "

Soon after that, my mom called my brother and ordered him to take me to the clinic to get this burn dressed. 

I adore naming objects, humans, and animals. Thus, I had to come up with a name to call this beautiful miracle. I decided that this miracle would be called Gerald!

Well, that's how Gerald came to be!
