P.O.V: Lucy

I was walking through the outside of Magnolia when I felt something strange on my magic's flow.

I touched my stomach as a react of the discomfort.

"What is this..?" I murmured.

I adjust me to the strange feeling and continued my way away from Magnolia sunk in my thoughts.

I lifted my head to get rid of my thoughts and as I did this my heart quickened to see a familiar figure on the way.

A scarlet haired woman running towards the city. I knew perfectly who is was..

..Erza

I have to hide! quickly

I looked the surroundings to find a hidden space but then I thought.

Wait a minute.. I'm wearing a hood, Erza shouldn't be able to recognize me.
I just don't have to drew her attention

But as soon as I thought that, the strange sensation returned and even stronger, causing me a pain that made me fall to the ground supporting in my hands and knees.

It seemed that the more Erza approached, the pain became stronger, so much, that it made me vomit

What happened to the plan of not drawing attention Lucy!

It was too late, Erza was heading towards me, probably to help me.
I hid the Fairy Tail symbol from my hand with my sleeve before Erza could see it.

"Miss, you need help?" Erza said, rubbing her hand on my back causing me to tickle. I couldn't help twisting, so I hid it lifting myself from the floor.

"Y-Yeah, I'm okay." I said making my voice hoarser for not to be recognized.

"Ah.. alright then, but if you want I can help you to go to the Hospital from Magnolia, it's right there." She said pointing the way to the city.

"I know, I come from the city actually." I said coldly.

"Oh! By chance, haven't you seen any blonde woman?" She said hopefully.

Erza..

I just wanted to hug her and tell her that I was right there! ..but then I looked into her eye and that make me remembered my goal.
I would never hurt her again.

"No.. sorry.. I haven't seen anyone." I said with a lump in my throat.

Her face changed to one full of sadness.

Fuck Erza.. don't do that to me

But then she gave me a smile and told me.

"Doesn't matter.. I'm sure I will find her."

I kept staring at every detail of her face because I knew I wouldn't have this opportunity in a long time.

Her now one, but still beatiful eye showing me hope, courage, suffering. Her eyebrows a little furrowed. Her mouth drawing a little smile telling me that everything will be just fine..
Her lips..

"I have to go now. I hope you will be okay!" She said kicking me out of my trance.

She run towards the city waving her hand in a signal of goodbye.

I, instead, do the signal of Fairy Tail.
I raise my right hand with the "L" form showing my pink tattoo that I had to hide from Erza.

I will miss you.. Erza Scarlet.

For a moment I began to ask me if this was the right thing to do, but I quickly erased​ those thoughts from my mind waving my head from side to other.

I wiped my knees from the dirt and once ready I started my journey to my old house, the Heartfilia mansion.

Since it's so expensive no one has managed to buy it, so it shouldn't be difficult to get in.

For many reasons I had to go there.
It has a library full of information. I could find things about my mother or my magic ancestors. I also could train my body or my magic in any of the gardens.

It was the perfect place to initiate my travel, after all, it's where my own beginning is.

I had been walking for hours and the fatigue was winning. So I decided to rest near a lake that I found.

I leaned against a tree and slid down to the ground. I opened my backpack to search for the canteen but when I wanted to drink water from it I noticed that it was empty.

So I lifted up and walked to the lake, I leaned over and dipped the canteen in the water.

"Time for punishment? Hime."

"KYAA-"

I fell facing into the water for the scare I had when I heard an unexpected but familiar voice.

"VIRRG-WRO-GOO!" I said while I had water in my mouth.

"That's not my name, Hime."

"I-I know that!" I yelled to her trying to get out the lake.

"It's a little cold here to swim Hime." She said with poker face.

"I-I know t-that too!" I said shivering.

I took off my hood and hung it on a branch to dry it.

"Why are you here Virgo?"

"Because I was bored so I decided come here for be punished Hime."

I closed​ my canteen full with water and put it into my bag.

"If you want you can read my book where I write punishments that I would like to receive." Virgo insisted​.

I undressed myself from my wet clothes and hang them, just like I did with my hood.

"You ignore me? Hime." She said leaning her head.

I sighed.

"Virgo do you think you could bring me some celestial clothes?"

"Of course Hime, I will be right back."

In a golden light Virgo appeared with celestial clothes on her hands and she gave them to me.

"Thanks Virgo."

She did a little but creepy smile.

I dressed​ with the celestial clothes and sat on the ground leaning on a tree to take a nap.
I asked Virgo to wake me up when my cloak was dry.

"Sleep well Hime." She said while dancing.

Who knows why she was dancing...

"Thanks." I said closing my eyes.

20 minutes later Virgo woke me up to tell me that my cloak was dry. So I put it on, I set my things and when I was ready I started​ my way again.

Let's do this!

When I finally arrived at the konzern Heartfilia, I knew that I still had to walk more through the gardens and houses that formerly belonged to my family.

I just want arrive to the mansion to have a bath and rest

After walking for a few minutes, I reached the mansion.

The first thing I did was go to my old room and leave my things there. Then I went to the bathroom, turned the water on and I undressed myself.

I got into the tub feeling the warm water brushing my skin.

I sighed in relief.

It's a wonderful feeling after having walked so much

I started to wash me when I noticed that around my left leg, still bandaged, the water was black.

I quickly stepped out of the water and sat on the floor, scared.

I cut the bandages to expose the wound and I found something shocking.

What kind of monster did this to me..

I couldn't believe it.

It looked like I had a tattoo right over my wound, the veins around had dark blood and my wound that should be still a little open seemed to be completely healed.

This can't be real..

I had my hand covering my mouth, shivering for the fear of my own leg.

I tried to react and I stood up to go to the library of the mansion, taking care that nothing touched my 'wound'.

Once I arrived I searched for any book which talked about the Swirds.

I found three books that talked about monsters. The last one, tituled "Dark Monsters" had the information about the beast that made me this wound.

I read it.

And I felt lost.

I didn't know what to do knowing this.

How am I still alive?
