P.O.V: Lucy

It was 9 am, the sun coming through my window making me feel the warm sensation all over my face.

The first thing I did after getting up was go to the bathroom. I turned on the water of the tub and when it had enough water I started to undressing myself.

I unbuttoned​ my pajamas shirt, revealing my bare chest. I left my shirt on a small table near to the tub and then I took off my pants, putting them in the same table that before.

Once I was totally naked I slowly put my foot into the water and so the rest of my body.

I could be here for hours... there is nothing more relaxing than a good bath at the morning.

I thought while I washed my body before getting​ out of the tub. And when I got out I noticed something; I hadn't​ brought any towels or clothes besides my pajamas.

Well done Lucy..

I sighed before walking out of the bathroom in search of a towel or something to cover myself before anyone could see me.

"Oi Luce."

I panicked​ at the sound before slowly looking towards the source of the voice.

It was Natsu, peeking through the window.

"Kyaaa!" I yelled before kicking Natsu out of my window.

Agh, I knew this would happen

I thought as a drop of sweat ran down my forehead.

I hurriedly found a towel and dried the barely nothing of water on my body and I dressed with the first thing I found; a blue skirt, a white top, a dark blue jacket with long sleeves, and my long boots. I also put my usual belt to which I hooked my keys and my whip.

By then, Natsu was already back in my window.

"Natsu, how many times I have told you that you have to use the door! For some reason exists​ the door you know!" I sighed a little annoying for what had just happened.

"It's funnier showing​ up like this," Natsu chuckled. "You always react in different ways."

"Aye." Happy spoked, supporting Natsu's opinion.

I just sighed at what they said before thinking about what to do while I headed to the kitchen.

"Oi Luce," Natsu tried to gain my attention. "We came because we have a new job to go as a team." He told me.

"As a team?" I asked, not knowing whether he meant us or somebody else.

"Our team... you know," He assumed. "Gray, Happy, Erza, you and me..." Natsu clarified. "Or have you forgotten that we are the strongest team in Fairy Tail?" He questioned.

You... I am far from belonging to one of the strongest

I thought at Natsu's words.

"And what is the job about?" I asked, trying to show some of enthusiasm, a fake one.

"They ask to defeat some monsters who are attacking a village near to Magnolia." Natsu told me, thinking about how to continue.

"The reward is 400,000 jewels and..." He kept in silence trying to generate some suspense, which I thought it was ridiculous.

"And...?" I motioned him to continue. "Come on Natsu why did you stop?" I said growing impatient.

"And..," He started again. "A celestial key." Natsu said proudly.

I widened my eyes in surprise because, well, I really wasn't expecting that. "It says which one or what kind of key is?!" I asked happily. There was nothing more that could cheer me up as much as this than knowing about a new celestial key.

"No..." He sighed disappointed. "But," He continued. "You surely will know if you come with us." Natsu said, assuring with this that he had convinced​ me.

He smiled confidently while looking at Happy in approval of his own words.

"Okay.. I guess it's a deal then," I accepted. "So, when do we leave?" I asked cheerfully mostly because of the reward.

"Now!" The dragon slayer shouted as he grabbed me by my arm dragging me out of my apartment along with Happy, heading towards the train station.

"It was about time Natsu." Erza said completely avoiding me.

She seemed to be angry about something but I couldn't decipher the reason.

Maybe I forgot something about her?

Gray and Natsu started fighting as always until Erza pulled them apart before hitting their heads together.

"How many times have I told you about not to fight, uh?!" The scarlet girl scolded them as she gave them one of those glares that would make you wish you were dead.

"S-Sorry Erza." Natsu and Gray lamented at the same time while hugging each other as if clinging to their lives.

"Tsh." Erza said turning to where I was, even though I think she did it without thinking, because once she saw me there her face turned to one of even more anger and disappointment.

I definitely have to had done something to make her react like this

With the intention of resolving things, I approached her.

"E-Erza..?" I asked her.

"..." There was no answer and followed to this came the train to the station so I had no opportunity to ask again.

Gray and Natsu sat together, both still complaining about the blow they received from Erza.

I looked at Erza trying to find some action that would give me some clue to know about her unusual behavior with me, but as I did this I noticed that the knight was already looking at me and when we made eye contact I quickly looked away and walked to my seat.

What just happened? That was so awkward

I thought uncomfortably as Erza sat next to me while Happy moved to lay on my lap ready to take a nap.

It was a three hour journey until we arrived at the place that the mission indicated. Apparently the place is named "Los Muermos".

Gray and Erza got out of the train, leaving me and Happy with a Natsu about to throwing up because of his motion sickness.

With difficulty​ I managed to take the dizzy Natsu out of the train

"Agh, Natsu, this is disgusting." I said as I looked at Natsu drooling.

When I got off the train with Natsu's arm around my neck and my hand on his waist to keep him standing, I looked at the direction of Gray and Erza.

While Gray was examining the surroundings, I found again Erza looking at me and avoiding eye contact with me. But this time I kept looking at her and thanks to that I noticed a slight blushing on her cheeks.

Was Erza blushing..? ..Why? I'm totally lost in all this

I said in my confused mind at the thought of how Erza has behaved since we started this mission.

"Well, let's go to the house of whoever asked for the mission and let's begin the work." Gray said enthusiastically to start moving.

"Mhm. Let's do this fast." The scarlet girl added while nodding.

"I.. I think the same." I said unsure of following Erza's words.

"Aye." Happy said while taking Natsu out of the ground.

"I-I'm all f-fired up!" Natsu stuttered still in the middle of his dizziness.

"It's a big place to only pay 400,000 jewels," Gray said in front of the big house that seemed to belong to who requested the mission, "Kind of stingy.." He murmured.

"Don't be such an idiot." I said with shapes of melancholy, remembering the moments when in my family we had bad economic times but we still kept living at the mansion.

I quickly discarded all my thoughts and I noticed Erza turning to see me for my unusual comment but I didn't bother to look back at her.

"Luuucy, are you okay?" Happy said with worried voice while pulling on my boot to catch my attention.

I knelt down to look at Happy, "Why are you asking me that?"

"Because you have a face of concern." Happy answered me.

Really? I didn't even noticed it, I suppose I let myself be carried away by my thoughts

I said in my mind trying to change my face for a warm smile and reassuring Happy.

"I just had a bad feeling remembering something, nothing else." I said to him still smiling.

"Okay Happy, let's go inside." Natsu said, changing the subject.

"Yeah, we have work here." Gray said while walking to the house with Natsu and Happy flying around.

I saw Erza standing unmoving so I took the opportunity to ask her what happened.

"Hey Erza?" I asked facing her back.

"..." Nothing.

"Er-" I was about to ask again when I saw her shoulders shaking as if she was holding her laughter.

This made so angry that I didn't bother to speak again and I just grabbed her arm aggressively to turn her around and she could confront me in my face.

But when I turned her around, something unexpected happened. Erza had tears in her eyes.

What is going on? Like literally, What did I do? Was she crying?

Ohh.. No. She wasn't laughing.. Erza was holding back her tears...this is bad.

"Er-Erza," I stuttered. "I-I am really sorry... I didn't know."

Is this real? Titania? The Queen of the Fairies? Crying? And why?

I couldn't assimilate this. First I was super angry with her and then I even felt guilty.

She was still crying. Erza was rigid, her arms at her sides and her head slightly down but since I am lower than her I could still see her face, sobbing, trying to fight back her tears, and a little flushed on her cheeks.

Erza looks cute from this perspective, seeing her in this state when she always looks so serious and cold

I thought as I leaned in to embrace and comfort her but when I did that she immediately pushed me back causing me to fall in the ground.

"Go away! I don't need you to console me." Erza said with resentment in her words.

"What the fuck?! Erza what is wrong with you?!" I shouted. "Since we started the mission that you are in this way with me, what did I do to you?!" I looked at her from the ground.

She just stared at me before walking away towards the house.

I followed her but I was suddenly stopped when I realized that Natsu and Gray were already returned as well as Erza who would had met the same surprise.

"Oi Lucy we just told Erza that we are ready. We just have to go to a mountain near to here where the monsters are and burn it all." Natsu said with a malevolent smiled at the thought of burning everything.

"Freeze everything, better said." Gray said teasing Natsu and starting a fight.

But this time Erza didn't stop them.

We started walking towards the mountain in a tense and awkward atmosphere between me and Erza.

I have never seen Erza so upset and treating me like this

I thought while we walked.

Since I was lost in my thoughts, I didn't realize what was happening around me and when it was too late I received a strong hit all over my body from one of the monsters we were looking for.

"F-Fuck." I complain of the pain while rubbing my arm, feeling some blood and small wounds.

When I began to open my eyes I saw a dark figure with claws in his hands and a face similar to the Vulcans but unlike the others, this one was much more bigger... much more bigger even than we expected.

"Don't kidding me." Gray said with a bit of concern to see the same figure that I.

"This is quite a challenge," Natsu chuckled. "I like it."

"Don't be rushed Natsu." Erza said while watching more of the same monsters coming out from behind of the one who attacked me.

"I have a bad feeling about this." I said worried.

They all began to attack, Natsu with a roar of the Fire Dragon, Gray with ice spears and ice hammers and Erza changing her armor to the defeat to the monsters.

All this while I was rising myself from the ground getting ready to fight.

I summoned Loke The Lion to help me to fight but before I knew it I was dragged by a fist causing me to hit Gray, Natsu and for worse, Erza.

"Luce what the hell?" Natsu asked under me and over Gray and Erza.

"Get off." Gray said angrily at being crushed by me and Natsu.

"Im sorry gu-" I said before being cut off by Erza.

"Don't be a hindrance."

Those words really hurted me and the only thing I answered was getting up so that Natsu and the others could return to the battle.

"Are you okay?" Loke asked me.

"Yeah... I guess." I answered still thinking of what had just happened.

I summoned 2 more spirits even though I was almost on the limit. But I didn't want to be an obstacle for Erza and the others.

I wanted to prove that I could help, that I was strong...

I called Virgo, and Aquarius from a puddle.

"Time for punishment Hime?" Virgo said with a poker face.

"Ughhh. Did you call me from a dirty puddle, you little brat?!" Aquarius scolded me.

I wanted to answer but for some reason I couldn't.

I started to feel dizzy and from the edges to the center everything turned black. I felt like I was falling but I didn't even feel the hit when I reached the ground.

My magic reserves were still not empty so I didn't understand why I was fainting.

"Sorr-" It was the only thing I reached to say before passing out.
